Deuteronomy 17:8-9

THE TORAH ON JUDGMENT Whenever a word rises that marvels you in judgment - between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between plague and plague - words of dispute within your portals: then rise, and ascend the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses; 9 and come to the priests the Leviym and to the judge of those days; and inquire: and they tell you the word of the judgment:

7 when I went out to the portal through the city; when I prepared my settlement in the broadway! 8 The lads saw me and hid themselves and the aged rose and stood; 9 governors refrained uttering and set their palm on their mouth; 10 the eminent hid their voice and their tongue adhered to their palate. 11 When the ear heard, it called me blithesome; and when the eye saw, it gave me witness; 12 because I rescued them who cried - the humble and the orphan and whoever had no helper. 13 The blessing of him who was ready to destruct came on me; and I caused the heart of the widow to shout. 14 I enrobed justness and it enrobed me; my judgment was as a mantle and a turban; 15 I was eyes to the blind and feet to the lame; 16 - a father to the needy. I probed contentions that I knew not; 17 I broke the molars of the wicked and cast the prey from his teeth.
