¹ When a dispute becomes between men and they come to judgment to be judged; then they justify the just and declare wicked the wicked:

⁶ Deviate not the judgment of your poor in his dispute. ⁷ Remove afar from a false word; and the innocent and just slaughter you not: for I justify not the wicked.

¹⁶ And I misvahed your judges at that time, saying, Hearken between your brothers and judge justness between every man and his brother and the sojourner with him: ¹⁷ recognize not faces in judgment; and hear the small as well as the great: fear not the face of man; for the judgment is of Elohim: and for the word that is too hard for you, approach me and I hear it.

THE TORAH ON SETTING JUDGES AND OFFICERS Give yourselves judges and officers in all your portals, which Yah Veh your Elohim gives you throughout your scions: to judge the people with judgment of justness. ¹⁹ Neither deviate judgment nor recognize faces nor take a bribe: for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the just. ²⁰ Justness - pursue justness, that you live and possess the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you. THE TORAH ON JUDGMENT Whenever a word rises that marvels you in judgment - between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between plague and plague - words of dispute within your portals: then rise, and ascend the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses; ⁹ and come to the priests the Leviym and to the judge of those days; and inquire: and they tell you the word of the judgment:

¹⁷ then the two men, between whom the dispute is, stand at the face of Yah Veh - at the face of the priests and the judges, being in those days; ¹⁸ and the judges inquire well: and behold, if the witness is a false witness and witnesses falsely against his brother; ¹⁹ then work to him as he intrigued to work to his brother: thus you burn the evil from among you.

³ The Elohim of Yisra El says - the Rock of Yisra El words to me, He who dominates over humanity is just; dominating in the awe of Elohim:

⁶ And says to the judges, See what you work: for you judge not for humanity, but for Yah Veh, who is with you in the judgment: ⁷ and now, the fear of Yah Veh be on you; guard and work it: for with Yah Veh our Elohim there is neither wickedness nor partiality of faces nor receiving of bribes. ⁸ And also in Yeru Shalem Yah Shaphat stands - of the Leviym and of the priests and of the head of the fathers of Yisra El, for the judgment of Yah Veh and for controversies: and they return to Yeru Shalem. ⁹ And he misvahs them, saying, Work thus: in the awe of Yah Veh, trustworthily; and with a heart at shalom: ¹⁰ and whatever strife comes to you - of your brothers who settle in your cities; between blood and blood; between torah and misvah; statutes and judgments; enlighten them not to guilt against Yah Veh and thus rage come on you and on your brothers: work thus and guilt not.

⁷ when I went out to the portal through the city; when I prepared my settlement in the broadway! ⁸ The lads saw me and hid themselves and the aged rose and stood; ⁹ governors refrained uttering and set their palm on their mouth; ¹⁰ the eminent hid their voice and their tongue adhered to their palate. ¹¹ When the ear heard, it called me blithesome; and when the eye saw, it gave me witness; ¹² because I rescued them who cried - the humble and the orphan and whoever had no helper. ¹³ The blessing of him who was ready to destruct came on me; and I caused the heart of the widow to shout. ¹⁴ I enrobed justness and it enrobed me; my judgment was as a mantle and a turban; ¹⁵ I was eyes to the blind and feet to the lame; ¹⁶ - a father to the needy. I probed contentions that I knew not; ¹⁷ I broke the molars of the wicked and cast the prey from his teeth.

² until when judge you wickedly and lift the faces of the wicked? Selah. ³ Judge the poor and orphan; justify the humble and impoverished; ⁴ slip away the poor and needy; rescue them from the hand of the wicked.

¹⁵ He who justifies the wicked and he who judges wicked the just - even they both are abhorrence to Yah Veh.

⁸ Open your mouth for the mute for the plea of all sons of survivors: ⁹ open your mouth, judge justness and plead the cause of the humble and needy.

¹⁷ learn to well-please; seek judgment; blithe the oppressed; judge the orphan; plead for the widow.

²³ your governors revolt - companions of thieves: every one loves bribes and pursues bribes: they neither judge the orphan, nor comes the plea of the widow to them

²³ who justify the wicked for a bribe, and turn aside the justness of the just from him!

⁴ and with justness he judges the poor, and reproves with straightness for the humble of the earth: and he smites the earth with the scion of his mouth and with the spirit of his lips he executes the wicked:

THE REIGN OF JUSTNESS
Behold, a sovereign reigns in justness and governors govern in judgment: ² and man is as a refuge from the wind and a covert from the flood; as rivulets of water in a parch as the shadow of a heavy rock in a languid land:

¹² O house of David, thus says Yah Veh: Plead the cause in the morning and rescue the stripped from the hand of the oppressor lest my fury go out as fire and burns so no one can quench at the face of the evil of your exploits.

²⁴ and concerning controversy, they stand and judge; and they judge according to my judgments: and they guard my torah and my statutes in all my congregations; and they hallow my shabbaths:

And I say, Hear, I beseech you, O heads of Yaaqov and you commanders of the house of Yisra El; Is it not for you to know judgment? ² - Who hate the good and love the evil? Who strip their skin from off them and their flesh from off their bones?

⁴ So the torah is exhausted and judgment goes not in perpetuity: for the wicked surround the just; so twisted judgment proceeds.

¹³ - eyes, purer than to see evil, that cannot look on toil: Why look on them who deal covertly? And hush when the wicked swallow him who is more just?

¹⁸ and you return and see between the just and the wicked, between him who serves Elohim and between him who serves him not.

¹⁰ and also the axe is already laid to the root of the trees: so every tree not producing good fruit is exscinded and cast into the fire.
