Luke 20:27-40

  20:27   4334 προσελθόντες δε But coming forward, 5100 τινες a certain one 3588 των of the * Σαδδουκαίων Sadducees, 3588 οι the ones 483 αντιλέγοντες speaking against 386 ανάστασιν a resurrection, 3361 μη claiming it not 1510.1 είναι to be, 1905 επηρώτησαν asked 1473 αυτόν him,   20:28   3004 λέγοντες saying, 1320 διδάσκαλε Teacher, * Μωσής Moses 1125 έγραψεν wrote 1473 ημίν to us, 1437 εάν If 5100 τινος anyone's 80 αδελφός brother 599 αποθάνη should die 2192 έχων having 1135 γυναίκα a wife, 2532 και and 3778 ούτος he 815 άτεκνος [²childless 599 αποθάνη ¹should die], 2443 ίνα that 2983 λάβη [²should take 3588 ο   80-1473 αδελφός αυτού ¹his brother] 3588 την the 1135 γυναίκα wife, 2532 και and 1817 εξαναστήση should raise up 4690 σπέρμα seed 3588 τω to 80-1473 αδελφώ αυτού his brother.   20:29   2033-3767 επτά ουν [²then seven 80 αδελφοί ³brothers 1510.7.6 ήσαν ¹There were], 2532 και and 3588 ο the 4413 πρώτος first 2983 λαβών having taken 1135 γυναίκα a wife 599 απέθανεν died 815 άτεκνος childless.   20:30   2532 και And 2983 έλαβεν [³took 3588 ο ¹the 1208 δεύτερος ²second] 3588 την the 1135 γυναίκα wife, 2532 και and 3778 ούτος he 599 απέθανεν died 815 άτεκνος childless.   20:31   2532 και And 3588 ο the 5154 τρίτος third 2983 έλαβεν took 1473 αυτήν her, 5615-1161 ωσαύτως δε and likewise 2532 και also 3588 οι the 2033 επτά seven; 2532 και and 3756 ου they did not 2641 κατέλιπον leave 5043 τέκνα children, 2532 και and 599 απέθανον they died.   20:32   5305-1161 ύστερον δε And afterwards 3956 πάντων all 599 απέθανεν died 2532 και and 3588 η the 1135 γυνή woman.   20:33   1722 εν In 3588-3767 τη ουν then the 386 αναστάσει resurrection, 5100 τίνος which 1473 αυτών of them 1096 γίνεται does she become 1135 γυνή wife? 3588-1063 οι γαρ for the 2033 επτά seven 2192 έσχον had 1473 αυτήν her 1135 γυναίκα as wife.   20:34   2532 και And 611 αποκριθείς answering 2036 είπεν [²said 1473 αυτοίς ³to them 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus], 3588 οι The 5207 υιοί sons 3588 του   165-3778 αιώνος τουτού of this age 1060 γαμούσι marry 2532 και and 1548 εκγαμίσκονται give in marriage.   20:35   3588-1161 οι δε But the ones 2661 καταξιωθέντες being deemed worthy 3588 του   165-1565 αιώνος εκείνου of that age 5177 τυχείν to attain 2532 και and 3588 της of the 386 αναστάσεως resurrection 3588 της of the ones 1537 εκ from 3498 νεκρών the dead, 3777 ούτε neither 1060 γαμούσιν marry 3777 ούτε nor 1547 εκγαμίζονται give in marriage.   20:36   3777-1063 ούτε γαρ For neither 599 αποθανείν [²to die 2089 έτι ³any longer 1410 δύνανται ¹are they able], 2465 ισάγγελοι [³like angels 1063 γαρ ¹for 1510.2.6 εισι ²they are], 2532 και and 5207-1510.2.6 υιοί εισι they are sons 3588 του   2316 θεού of God, 3588 της [³of the 386 αναστάσεως ⁴resurrection 5207 υιοί ²sons 1510.6 όντες ¹being].   20:37   3754-1161 ότι δε But that 1453 εγείρονται [³be raised 3588 οι ¹the 3498 νεκροί ²dead], 2532 και even * Μωσής Moses 3377 εμήνυσεν indicated 1909 επί at 3588 της the 942 βάτου bush, 5613 ως as 3004 λέγει he says, 2962 κύριον The Lord 3588 τον   2316 θεόν God * Αβραάμ of Abraham, 2532 και and 3588 τον the 2316 θεόν God * Ισαάκ of Isaac, 2532 και and 3588 τον the 2316 θεόν God * Ιακωβ of Jacob.   20:38   2316-1161 θεός δε But God 3756-1510.2.3 ουκ έστι is not 3498 νεκρών of the dead, 235 αλλά but 2198 ζώντων of living ones; 3956-1063 πάντες γαρ for all 1473-2198 αυτώ ζώσιν live to him.   20:39   611-1161 αποκριθέντες δε And answering 5100 τινες some 3588 των of the 1122 γραμματέων scribes 2036 είπον said, 1320 διδάσκαλε Teacher, 2573 καλώς well 2036 είπας you spoke.   20:40   3765-1161 ουκέτι δε And no longer 5111 ετόλμων they dared 1905 επερωτάν to ask 1473 αυτόν him 3762 ουδέν anything.
