Proverbs 29:2-12

  29:2   1471.1 εγκωμιαζομένων In the lauding 1342 δικαίων of the just 2165 ευφρανθήσονται [²will be glad 2992 λαοί ¹peoples]; 758 αρχόντων [⁴the rule 1161 δε ¹but 765 ασεβών ⁵of the impious 4730.1 στένουσιν ³moan over 435 άνδρες ²men].   29:3   435 ανδρός A man 5368 φιλούντος fond of 4678 σοφίαν wisdom 2165 ευφραίνεται gladdens 3588 ο   3962-1473 πατήρ αυτού his father; 3739-1161 ος δε but the one 4165 ποιμαίνει tending 4204 πόρνας harlots 622 απολεί destroys 4149 πλούτον wealth.   29:4   935 βασιλεύς [²king 1342 δίκαιος ¹A just] 450 ανίστησι establishes 5561 χώραν regions; 435 ανήρ [³man 1161 δε ¹but 3892.1 παράνομος ²a lawbreaking] 2679 κατασκάπτει razes them.   29:5   3739 ος The one who 3903 παρασκευάζεται makes preparations 1909 επί [²against 4383 πρόσωπον ³the person 3588 του   1438 εαυτού ⁴of his own 5384 φίλου ⁵friend 1350 δίκτυον ¹with a net] 4016-1473 περιβαλλεί αυτό puts it around 3588 τοις   1438 εαυτού his own 4228 ποσίν feet.   29:6   264 αμαρτάνοντι [⁴sinning 435 ανδρί ³against a man 3173 μεγάλη ¹A great 3803 παγίς ²snare is set]; 1342-1161 δίκαιος δε but the just 1722 εν [²in 5479 χαρά ³joy 2532 και ⁴and 1722 εν ⁵in 2167 ευφροσύνη ⁶gladness 1510.8.3 έσται ¹will be].   29:7   1987 επίσταται [²has knowledge 1342 δίκαιος ¹A just man] 2919 κρίνειν to judge 3998 πενιχροίς for the destitute; 3588-1161 ο δε but the 765 ασεβής impious 3756 ου do not 3539 νοεί comprehend 1108 γνώσιν knowledge; 2532 και and 4434 πτωχώ to the poor 3756 ουχ there does not 5224 υπάρχει exist 3563 νους the mind 1921.2 επιγνώμων of an arbitrator.   29:8   435 άνδρες [²men 3061 λοιμοί ¹Mischievous] 1572 εξέκαυσαν burn away 4172 πόλιν a city; 4680-1161 σοφοί δε but wise men 654 απέστρεψαν turn away 3709 οργήν anger.   29:9   435 ανήρ [²man 4680 σοφός ¹A wise] 2919 κρινεί judges 1484 έθνη nations; 435 ανήρ [³man 1161 δε ¹but 5337 φαύλος ²a heedless], 3710 οργιζόμενος in provoking to anger, 2606 καταγελάται ridicules 2532 και and 3756 ου is not 2670.4 καταπτήσσει struck with awe.   29:10   435 άνδρες Men 129 αιμάτων [²in blood 3353 μέτοχοι ¹being partners] 3404 μισήσουσιν shall detest 3741 όσιον the sacred; 3588-1161 οι δε but the 2117 ευθείς upright 1567 εκζητήσουσι will seek after 5590-1473 ψυχήν αυτού his soul.   29:11   3650 όλον [⁵entire 3588 τον   2372 θυμόν ⁶rage 1473 αυτού ⁴his 1627 εκφέρει ³brings forth 3588 ο ¹The 878 άφρων ²fool]; 4680-1161 σοφός δε but the wise 5009.2 ταμιεύεται stores his up 2596 κατά in 3313 μέρος part.   29:12   935 βασιλέως A king 5219 υπακούοντος hearkening 3056 λόγον [²matter 94 άδικον ¹in an unjust] 3956 πάντες makes all 3588 οι the ones 5259 υπ΄ under 1473 αυτόν him 3892.1 παράνομοι lawbreakers.
