Jeremiah 34:10-17 Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

11 H310 But afterward H3651 H7725 they turned, H5650 and caused the servants H8198 and the handmaids, H834 whom H7971 they had let go H2670 free, H7725 to return, H3533 and brought H3533 them into subjection H5650 for servants H8198 and for handmaids.

12 H1697 Therefore the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H3414 to Jeremiah H3068 from the LORD, H559 saying,

13 H3541 Thus H559 said H3068 the LORD, H430 the God H3478 of Israel; H3772 I made H1285 a covenant H1 with your fathers H3117 in the day H3318 that I brought H3318 them forth H776 out of the land H4714 of Egypt, H1004 out of the house H5650 of slaves, H559 saying,

14 H7093 At the end H7651 of seven H8141 years H7971 let you go H376 every man H251 his brother H5680 an Hebrew, H834 which H4376 has been sold H5647 to you; and when he has served H8337 you six H8141 years, H7971 you shall let him go H2670 free H1 from you: but your fathers H8085 listened H3808 not to me, neither H5186 inclined H241 their ear.

15 H3117 And you were now H7725 turned, H6213 and had done H3477 right H5869 in my sight, H7121 in proclaiming H1865 liberty H376 every man H7453 to his neighbor; H3772 and you had made H1285 a covenant H6440 before H1004 me in the house H834 which H7121 is called H8034 by my name:

16 H7725 But you turned H2490 and polluted H8034 my name, H376 and caused every man H5650 his servant, H376 and every man H8198 his handmaid, H834 whom H7971 he had set H2670 at liberty H5315 at their pleasure, H7725 to return, H3533 and brought H3533 them into subjection, H5650 to be to you for servants H8198 and for handmaids.

17 H3651 Therefore H3541 thus H559 said H3068 the LORD; H8085 You have not listened H7121 to me, in proclaiming H1865 liberty, H376 every one H251 to his brother, H376 and every man H7453 to his neighbor: H2005 behold, H7121 I proclaim H1865 a liberty H5002 for you, said H3068 the LORD, H2719 to the sword, H1698 to the pestilence, H7458 and to the famine; H5414 and I will make H2189 you to be removed H3605 into all H4467 the kingdoms H776 of the earth.
