Deuteronomy 23:3-5

ECB⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ an Ammoniy or Moabiy enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh - even to their tenth generation enter not to the congregation of Yah Veh eternally: ⁴ for word that they anticipated you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came from Misrayim; and because they hired Bilam the son of Beor of Pethor of Aram Naharaim against you to abase you: ⁵ and Yah Veh your Elohim willed to not hearken to Bilam; but Yah Veh your Elohim turned the abasement to a blessing to you, because Yah Veh your Elohim loved you:
