7 And they pass a voice throughout Yah Hudah and Yeru Shalem to all the sons of the exile to gather to Yeru Shalem;
8 and whoever comes not within three days according to the counsel of the governors and the elders, that they devote all his acquisitions and separate him from the congregation of the exiles.
9 And all the men of Yah Hudah and Ben Yamin gather to Yeru Shalem within three days - the ninth month, on the twentieth of the month; and all the people settle in the broadway of the house of Elohim - trembling because of this word and for the great rain.
