Ecclesiastes 5:11-16 ברבות increase, הטובה When goods רבו אוכליה that eat ומה them: and what כשׁרון good לבעליה to the owners כי thereof, saving אם thereof, saving ראית the beholding עיניו׃ with their eyes?

11 H7235 ברבות increase, H2896 הטובה When goods H7235 רבו H398 אוכליה that eat H4100 ומה them: and what H3788 כשׁרון good H1167 לבעליה to the owners H3588 כי thereof, saving H518 אם thereof, saving H7200 ראית the beholding H5869 עיניו׃ with their eyes?

12 H4966 מתוקה sweet, H8142 שׁנת The sleep H5647 העבד of a laboring man H518 אם whether H4592 מעט little H518 ואם or H7235 הרבה much: H398 יאכל he eat H7647 והשׂבע but the abundance H6223 לעשׁיר of the rich H369 איננו will not H3240 מניח H3462 לו לישׁון׃ him to sleep.

13 H3426 ישׁ There is H7451 רעה evil H2470 חולה a sore H7200 ראיתי I have seen H8478 תחת under H8121 השׁמשׁ the sun, H6239 עשׁר riches H8104 שׁמור kept H1167 לבעליו for the owners H7451 לרעתו׃ thereof to their hurt.

14 H6 ואבד perish H6239 העשׁר riches H1931 ההוא But those H6045 בענין travail: H7451 רע by evil H3205 והוליד and he begetteth H1121 בן a son, H369 ואין and nothing H3027 בידו in his hand. H3972 מאומה׃ and nothing

15 H834 כאשׁר As H3318 יצא he came forth H990 מבטן womb, H517 אמו of his mother's H6174 ערום naked H7725 ישׁוב shall he return H1980 ללכת to go H935 כשׁבא as he came, H3972 ומאומה nothing H3808 לא nothing H5375 ישׂא and shall take H5999 בעמלו of his labor, H1980 שׁילך which he may carry way H3027 בידו׃ in his hand.

16 H1571 וגם also H2090 זה And this H7451 רעה evil, H2470 חולה a sore H3605 כל in all H5980 עמת points H935 שׁבא as he came, H3651 כן so H1980 ילך shall he go: H4100 ומה and what H3504 יתרון profit H5998 לו שׁיעמל hath he that hath labored H7307 לרוח׃ for the wind?
