Ezekiel 20:13-18 וימרו rebelled בי בית But the house ישׂראל of Israel במדבר against me in the wilderness: בחקותי in my statutes, לא not הלכו they walked ואת משׁפטי my judgments, מאסו and they despised אשׁר which יעשׂה אתם האדם a man וחי בהם ואת שׁבתתי in them; and my sabbaths חללו polluted: מאד they greatly ואמר then I said, לשׁפך I would pour out חמתי my fury עליהם upon במדבר them in the wilderness, לכלותם׃ to consume

15 H1571 וגם Yet also H589 אני I H5375 נשׂאתי lifted up H3027 ידי my hand H4057 להם במדבר unto them in the wilderness, H1115 לבלתי that I would not H935 הביא bring H853 אותם H413 אל them into H776 הארץ the land H834 אשׁר which H5414 נתתי I had given H2100 זבת flowing H2461 חלב with milk H1706 ודבשׁ and honey, H6643 צבי the glory H1931 היא which H3605 לכל of all H776 הארצות׃ lands;

16 H3282 יען Because H4941 במשׁפטי my judgments, H3988 מאסו they despised H853 ואת H2708 חקותי in my statutes, H3808 לא not H1980 הלכו and walked H853 בהם ואת H7676 שׁבתותי my sabbaths: H2490 חללו but polluted H3588 כי for H310 אחרי after H1544 גלוליהם their idols. H3820 לבם their heart H1980 הלך׃ went

17 H2347 ותחס spared H5869 עיני Nevertheless mine eye H5921 עליהם spared H7843 משׁחתם them from destroying H3808 ולא them, neither H6213 עשׂיתי did I make H853 אותם H3617 כלה an end H4057 במדבר׃ of them in the wilderness.

18 H559 ואמר But I said H413 אל unto H1121 בניהם their children H4057 במדבר in the wilderness, H2706 בחוקי in the statutes H1 אבותיכם of your fathers, H408 אל ye not H1980 תלכו Walk H853 ואת H4941 משׁפטיהם their judgments, H408 אל neither H8104 תשׁמרו observe H1544 ובגלוליהם with their idols: H408 אל nor H2930 תטמאו׃ defile yourselves
