Genesis 47:1-10 Then Joseph came and told Pharaoh , and said , My father and my brethren , and their flocks , and their herds , and all that they have, are come out of the land of Canaan ; and, behold, they are in the land of Goshen.

2 H3947 And he took [H8804] H7097 some H251 of his brethren H2568 , even five H582 men H3322 , and presented [H8686] H6440 them unto H6547 Pharaoh.

3 H6547 And Pharaoh H559 said [H8799] H251 unto his brethren H4639 , What is your occupation H559 ? And they said [H8799] H6547 unto Pharaoh H5650 , Thy servants H7462 are shepherds [H8802] H6629 H1 , both we, and also our fathers.

4 H559 They said [H8799] H6547 moreover unto Pharaoh H1481 , For to sojourn [H8800] H776 in the land H935 are we come [H8804] H5650 ; for thy servants H4829 have no pasture H6629 for their flocks H7458 ; for the famine H3515 is sore H776 in the land H3667 of Canaan H5650 : now therefore, we pray thee, let thy servants H3427 dwell [H8799] H776 in the land H1657 of Goshen.

5 H6547 And Pharaoh H559 spake [H8799] H3130 unto Joseph H559 , saying [H8800] H1 , Thy father H251 and thy brethren H935 are come [H8804] unto thee:

6 H776 The land H4714 of Egypt H6440 is before thee H4315 ; in the best H776 of the land H3427 make H1 thy father H251 and brethren H3427 to dwell [H8685] H776 ; in the land H1657 of Goshen H3427 let them dwell [H8799] H3045 : and if thou knowest [H8804] H3426 H582 any men H2428 of activity H7760 among them, then make them [H8804] H8269 rulers H4735 over my cattle.

7 H3130 And Joseph H935 brought in [H8686] H3290 Jacob H1 his father H5975 , and set him [H8686] H6440 before H6547 Pharaoh H3290 : and Jacob H1288 blessed [H8762] H6547 Pharaoh.

8 H6547 And Pharaoh H559 said [H8799] H3290 unto Jacob H4100 , How H2416 old H3117 H8141 art thou?

9 H3290 And Jacob H559 said [H8799] H6547 unto Pharaoh H3117 , The days H8141 of the years H4033 of my pilgrimage H3967 are an hundred H7970 and thirty H8141 years H4592 : few H7451 and evil H3117 have the days H8141 of the years H2416 of my life H5381 been, and have not attained [H8689] H3117 unto the days H8141 of the years H2416 of the life H1 of my fathers H3117 in the days H4033 of their pilgrimage.

10 H3290 And Jacob H1288 blessed [H8762] H6547 Pharaoh H3318 , and went out [H8799] H6440 from before H6547 Pharaoh.
