Isaiah 48 Hear ye this, O house of Jacob , which are called by the name of Israel , and are come forth out of the waters of Judah , which swear by the name of the LORD , and make mention of the God of Israel , but not in truth , nor in righteousness.

3 H5046 I have declared [H8689] H7223 the former things H227 from the beginning H3318 ; and they went forth [H8804] H6310 out of my mouth H8085 , and I shewed [H8686] H6213 them; I did [H8804] H6597 them suddenly H935 , and they came to pass [H8799] .
