Matthew 26:59-66

Worrell(i) 59 And the high priests and the whole Sanhedrin were seeking false witness against Jesus, that they might put Him to death; 60 and they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. But afterward two false witnesses, coming forward, 61 said, "This Man, said, 'I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.'" 62 And the high priest, standing up, said to Him, "Answerest Thou nothing? What are these testifying against Thee?" 63 But Jesus was silent. And the high priest said to Him, "I adjure Thee by the living God, that Thou tell us whether Thou art the Christ, the Son of God" 64 Jesus saith to him, "You said it: nevertheless I say to you, henceforth ye shall see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of heaven." 65 Then the high priest rent his garments, saying, "He blasphemed! What further need have we of witnesses? Behold, ye just now heard the blasphemy! 66 What think ye?" And they, answering, said, "He is worthy of death."
