Vi har ikke nødig å svare dig et ord på dette. 17 Vår Gud, som vi dyrker, er mektig til å frelse oss; av den brennende ildovn og av din hånd, konge, vil han frelse. 18 Men hvis ikke, da skal du vite, konge, at vi ikke vil dyrke dine guder eller tilbede det gullbillede du har stilt op.
Romanian(i) 15 Acum fiţi gata, şi în clipa cînd veţi auzi sunetul trîmbiţei, cavalului, chitarei, alăutei, psaltirii, cimpoiului şi a tot felul de instrumente, să vă aruncaţi cu faţa la pămînt, şi să vă închinaţi chipului pe care l-am făcut; dacă nu vă veţi închina lui, veţi fi aruncaţi pe dată în mijlocul unui cuptor aprins! Şi care este dumnezeul acela, care vă va scoate din mîna mea?`` 16 Şadrac, Meşac şi Abed-Nego au răspuns împăratului Nebucadneţar:,,Noi n'avem nevoie să-ţi răspundem la cele de mai sus. 17 Iată, Dumnezeul nostru, căruia îi slujim, poate să ne scoată din cuptorul aprins, şi ne va scoate din mîna ta, împărate. 18 Şi chiar de nu ne va scoate, să ştii, împărate, că nu vom sluji dumnezeilor tăi, şi nici nu ne vom închina chipului de aur, pe care l-ai înălţat!``
Ukrainian(i) 15 Тепер, якщо ви готові, щоб того часу, коли почуєте голос рога, сопілки, гітари, гусел, псалтиря й флейти та всіляких родів музику, попадали й кланялися бовванові, якого я зробив. А якщо ви не поклонитеся, тієї години будете вкинені до середини палахкотючої огненної печі, і хто той Бог, що врятує вас від моїх рук? 16 Шадрах, Мешах та Авед-Неґо відповіли та й сказали цареві Навуходоносорові: Ми не потребуємо відповідати тобі на це слово. 17 Якщо наш Бог, Якому ми служимо, може врятувати нас з палахкотючої огненної печі, то Він урятує й з твоєї руки, о царю! 18 А якщо ні, нехай буде тобі, о царю, знане, що богам твоїм ми не служимо, а золотому бовванові, якого ти поставив, не будемо вклонятися!
