Indonesian⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ Inilah pesan yang diberikan TUHAN kepada Hosea anak Beeri pada masa kerajaan Yehuda berturut-turut diperintah oleh Raja Uzia, Yotam, Ahas, serta Hizkia, dan kerajaan Israel diperintah oleh Yerobeam anak Yoas. ² Ketika TUHAN pertama kali berbicara kepada bangsa Israel dengan perantaraanku, TUHAN berkata, "Hosea, kawinilah seorang yang suka melacur, dan anak-anakmu juga akan menjadi seperti dia. Umat-Ku sama seperti istrimu itu; mereka tidak setia kepada-Ku, dan meninggalkan Aku." ³ Maka aku mengawini seorang wanita bernama Gomer anak Diblaim. Viešpats tarė: “Eik, imk sau žmoną paleistuvę ir susilauk iš jos paleistuvių vaikų, nes kraštas padarė didelę paleistuvystę, atitoldamas nuo Viešpaties”. ³ Jis vedė Gomerą, Diblaimo dukterį.
