⁷ And when they haue fynished theyr testymonye, the beast that came out of the bottomlesse pyt, shal make warre agaynst them, and shal ouercome them, and kyl them.

²¹ I behelde, and the same horne made battaile againste the saintes, yea and gat the victorie of them, ²² vntill the tyme that the olde aged came, that the iudgemente was geuen to the chefest sayntes: and till the tyme that the saintes hath the kingedome in possession.

²⁵ He shall subdue thre Kynges, and shal speake wordes against the hyest of all: he shall destroy the saintes of the most hyest, and thincke, that he may chaunge tymes and lawes. They shalbe geuen vnder his power, vntill a time, two tymes, and half a tyme.

²³ After these kyngedomes (whyle vngodlynes is a growynge) there shall aryse a kynge of an vnshamefast face, whiche shalbe wyse in darcke speakinges. ²⁴ He shalbe myghty and stronge, but not in his owne strength. He shall destroye aboue measure, and all that he goeth aboute shall prospere: he shall slaye the stronge and holye people.

² for I will gather together al the heathen, to fighte agaynste Ierusalem, so that the city shalbe woune, the houses spoyled, & the wemen defiled. The half of the city shal go away into captiuite, & the residue of the people shal not be caried out of the cyty. ³ After that shal the lord go forthe to fyght agaynste those heathen, as men vse to fight in the daye of batell. ⁴ Then shall his fete stand vpon the mount olyuete, that lyeth vpon the east syde of Ierusalem. And the mount olyuete shal cleue in two, eastward & westward, so that there shalbe a great valley: & the half mount shal remoue toward the north, & the other toward the south. ⁵ And ye shal fle vnto the valley of my hylles, for the valley of the hylles shal reach vnto Asal. Yea, fle shal ye, like as ye fled for the earthquake in the dayes of Osiah king of Iuda. And the lord my God shall come, and al sayntes with him. ⁶ In that day shal it not be light; but could & frost. ⁷ This shalbe that specially day, whiche is knowne vnto the Lord: neyther day nor light, but about the euening time it shalbe light. ⁸ In that tyme shal the waters of lyfe runne out from Ierusalem: the half parte of them toward the east sea, & the other half toward the vttermost sea, & shal continue both somer & winter. ⁹ And the lord him selfe shalbe king ouer al the earth. At that time shal there be one Lord onlye, & his name shalbe but one. ¹⁰ Men shall go about the whole earth, as vpon a feld: from Gibea to Remnon, & from the south to Ierusalem. The shal be set vp, & inhabited in her place: from BenIamins porte, vnto the place of the first port, & vnto the corner porte, & from the tower of Hananeel, vnto the kinges wine presses. ¹¹ There shal men dwel, & there shalbe nomore cursing but Ierusalem shalbe safely inhabited. ¹² This shalbe the plage, wherwith the Lorde wyll smite al people, that haue fought agaynst Ierusalem: Namely, their flesh shal consume awaye, though they stand vpon their fete: their eyes shalbe corrupt in their holes, and their tung shall consume in their mouth. ¹³ In that day shal the Lorde make a great sedicion amonge them, so that one man shal take another by the hande, & lay his handes vpon the handes of his neighbour. ¹⁴ Iuda shal fight also against Ierusalem, & the goodes of al the heathen shalbe gathered together round aboute: gold & siluer, & a very great multitude of clothes: ¹⁵ & so shal this plage go ouer horses, mules, camels, asses, & al the beastes that shalbe in the host, like as yonder plage was. ¹⁶ Euery one that remayneth then of al the people, which came against Ierusalem, shal go vp yearly, to worshippe the king (euen the Lord of hostes) & to kepe the feast of tabernacles: ¹⁷ & loke what generacion vpon earth goeth not vp to Ierusalem for to worshippe the kinge (euen the Lorde of hostes) vpon the same shal come no rayne. ¹⁸ Yf the kinred of Egypt go not vp, and come not, it shall not rayne vpon them neyther. This shalbe the plage wherwith the Lorde wil smite al heathen, that come not vp to kepe the feast of tabernacles: ¹⁹ yea, this shalbe the sinne plage of Egipt, & the sinne plage of al people that go not vp to kepe the feast of tabernacles. ²⁰ At that time shall the riding geer of the horses be holy vnto the Lord, & the kettels in the Lordes house shalbe lyke the basens before the aulter: ²¹ yea al the kettels in Ierusalem & Iuda, shalbe holy vnto the Lord of hostes: & all they that slay offeringes, shall come take of them, & dight them therin. And at that tyme there shalbe no mo Cananites in the house of the Lorde.

³² And he sayed vnto them, Go ye and tell that foxe, beholde I caste oute deuyls, & heale the people to day and to morowe, and the third daye I make an ende.

⁴ I haue glorifyed the on the earthe. I haue finyshed the worke whiche thou gauest me to do.

³⁰ Assone as Iesus had receyued of the vyneger he sayed: It is finyshed: and bowed hys head, and gaue vp the ghoste.

²⁴ But none of these thinges moue me: neyther is my lyfe dere vnto my selfe: that I myght fulfyl my course with ioye, and the ministracyon whiche I haue receyued of the Lord Iesus, to testifye the gospell of the grace of God.

⁸ And then shall that wicked be vttered, whome the Lorde shall consume with the spirite of hys mouth, and shall destroye wt the aperaunce of hys commynge. ⁹ euen hym whose commynge is by the workynge of Sathan, with all liynge power, signes and wonders:

⁷ I haue fought a good fyght, and haue fulfylled my course, and haue kepte the fayth.

¹ And the fyfte Angel blewe, and I sawe a starre fall from heauen vnto the earth, And to hym was geuen the keye of the bottomlesse pyt. ² And he opened the bottomlesse pyt, and there arose the smoke of a great fornace. And the sunne, and the ayer were darkened by the reason of the smoke of the pytt.

³ And I will geue power vnto my .ij. witnesses, & they shal prophesy .M.ij.C. & .lx. daies, cloteth in sacke cloth.

¹ And I sawe a beaste ryse out of the sea, hauyng .vij. heades, and .x. hornes, and vpon his hornes ten crounes, and vpon his heade the name of blasphemye. ² And the beaste whych I sawe, was lyke a cat of the mountayne, and hys fete were as the fete of a beare, and his mouth as the mouth of a Lyon. And the dragon gaue him hys power and hys seale, and great authorytye, ³ & I sawe one of his heades as it were wounded to death and his deadlye wounde was healed. And al the worlde wondred at the beaste, ⁴ & they worshipped the dragon, which gaue power vnto the beaste, and they worshipped the beast saiynge: who is lyke vnto the beast? who is able to warre with him?

⁷ And it was geuen vnto hym to make warre wyth the Saynctes, and to ouercome them. And power was geuen hym ouer al kynredes, tonges and nacions,

¹¹ And I behelde another beast commyng vp out of the earth, and he had two hornes lyke a lambe, and he spake as dyd the dragon.

¹⁶ And he made al both smale and greate, ryche and poore, free and bonde, to receyue a marke in theyr ryght handes, or in theyr forheades. ¹⁷ And that no man myghte by or sell, saue he that had the marke, or the name of the beaste, other the numbre of his name.

⁶ And I saw the wyfe drounken with the bloude of Saynctes, and with the bloud of the wytnesses of Iesu. And when I saw her, I wondred wyth great maruayle. ⁷ And the angel said vnto me, wherfore maruailest thou? I wil shewe the the mistery of the woman, & of the beast that beareth her, whyche had seuen heades & .x. hornes. ⁸ The beaste that thou seest, was, & is not, & shal ascende out of the bottomlesse pyt, & shal go into perdition, and they that dwel on the earth, shal wondre (whose names are not wrytten in the boke of lyfe from the beginninge of the worlde) when they beholde the beaste that was, and is not.

¹⁹ And I sawe the beast and the kynges of the earth, & theyr warriers gathered together to make battayl against him that sat on the horse & agaynst hys souldyers. ²⁰ And the beast was taken, & with hym that false prophete that wrought miracles before him with which he deceyued them that receiued the beastes marke, & them that worshipped his Image These both were cast into a ponde of fyre burnyng with brimstone:
