Jeremiah 21:7-10 And afterward, saith the LORD, I will give Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have commiseration, nor fondle.

7 H310 And afterward, H5002 [H8803] saith H3068 the LORD, H5414 [H8799] I will give H6667 Zedekiah H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H5650 and his servants, H5971 and the people, H7604 [H8737] and such as are left H5892 in this city H1698 from the pestilence, H2719 from the sword, H7458 and from the famine, H3027 into the hand H5019 of Nebuchadnezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon, H3027 and into the hand H341 [H8802] of their enemies, H3027 and into the hand H1245 [H8764] of those that seek H5315 their life: H5221 [H8689] and he shall smite H6310 them with the edge H2719 of the sword; H2347 [H8799] he shall not spare H2550 [H8799] them, neither have commiseration, H7355 [H8762] nor fondle.

8 H5971 And to this people H559 [H8799] thou shalt say, H559 [H8804] Thus saith H3068 the LORD; H5414 [H8802] Behold, I set H6440 at the face of H1870 you the way H2416 of life, H1870 and the way H4194 of death.

9 H3427 [H8802] He that abideth H5892 in this city H4191 [H8799] shall die H2719 by the sword, H7458 and by the famine, H1698 and by the pestilence: H3318 [H8802] but he that goeth out, H5307 [H8804] and falleth H3778 to the Chaldeans H6696 [H8802] that besiege H2421 H2421 [H8804] you, he shall live, H5315 and his life H7998 shall be to him for a prize.

10 H7760 [H8804] For I have set H6440 my face H5892 against this city H7451 for evil, H2896 and not for good, H5002 [H8803] saith H3068 the LORD: H5414 [H8735] it shall be given H3027 into the hand H4428 of the king H894 of Babylon, H8313 [H8804] and he shall burn H784 it with fire.
