Esther 3:8-13 And Haman said to king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of your kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.

10 H4428 And the king H5493 took H2885 his ring H3027 from his hand, H5414 and gave H2001 it to Haman H1121 the son H4099 of Hammedatha H91 the Agagite, H3064 the Jews’ H6887 enemy.

12 H4428 Then were the king’s H5608 scribes H7121 called H7969 on the thirteenth H6240 H3117 day H7223 of the first H2320 month, H3789 and there was written H3605 according to all H2001 that Haman H6680 had commanded H4428 to the king’s H323 lieutenants, H6346 and to the governors H5921 that were over H4082 every province, H8269 and to the rulers H5971 of every people H4082 of every province H3791 according to the writing H5971 thereof, and to every people H3956 after their language; H8034 in the name H4428 of king H325 Ahasuerus H3789 was it written, H2856 and sealed H4428 with the king’s H2885 ring.
