Genesis 3:3-7 ומפרי העץ of the tree אשׁר which בתוך in the midst הגן of the garden, אמר hath said, אלהים God לא Ye shall not תאכלו eat ממנו of ולא it, neither תגעו shall ye touch בו פן it, lest תמתון׃ ye die.

4 H559 ויאמר said H5175 הנחשׁ And the serpent H413 אל unto H802 האשׁה the woman, H3808 לא Ye shall not H4191 מות surely die: H4191 תמתון׃ surely die:

5 H3588 כי For H3045 ידע doth know H430 אלהים God H3588 כי that H3117 ביום in the day H398 אכלכם ye eat H4480 ממנו thereof, H6491 ונפקחו shall be opened, H5869 עיניכם then your eyes H1961 והייתם and ye shall be H430 כאלהים as gods, H3045 ידעי knowing H2896 טוב good H7451 ורע׃ and evil.

6 H7200 ותרא saw H802 האשׁה And when the woman H3588 כי that H2896 טוב good H6086 העץ the tree H3978 למאכל for food, H3588 וכי and that H8378 תאוה pleasant H1931 הוא it H5869 לעינים to the eyes, H2530 ונחמד to be desired H6086 העץ and a tree H7919 להשׂכיל to make wise, H3947 ותקח she took H6529 מפריו of the fruit H398 ותאכל thereof, and did eat, H5414 ותתן and gave H1571 גם also H582 לאישׁה H5973 עמה with H398 ויאכל׃ her; and he did eat.
