Isaiah 17:5-11 והיה And it shall be כאסף gathereth קציר as when the harvest man קמה the corn, וזרעו with his arm; שׁבלים the ears יקצור and reapeth והיה and it shall be כמלקט as he that gathereth שׁבלים ears בעמק in the valley רפאים׃ of Rephaim.

6 H7604 ונשׁאר shall be left H5955 בו עוללת Yet gleaning grapes H5363 כנקף in it, as the shaking H2132 זית of an olive tree, H8147 שׁנים two H7969 שׁלשׁה three H1620 גרגרים berries H7218 בראשׁ in the top H534 אמיר of the uppermost bough, H702 ארבעה four H2568 חמשׁה five H5585 בסעפיה branches H6509 פריה in the outermost fruitful H5002 נאם thereof, saith H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהי God H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

7 H3117 ביום day H1931 ההוא At that H8159 ישׁעה look H120 האדם shall a man H5921 על to H6213 עשׂהו his Maker, H5869 ועיניו and his eyes H413 אל to H6918 קדושׁ the Holy One H3478 ישׂראל of Israel. H7200 תראינה׃ shall have respect

8 H3808 ולא And he shall not H8159 ישׁעה look H413 אל to H4196 המזבחות the altars, H4639 מעשׂה the work H3027 ידיו of his hands, H834 ואשׁר which H6213 עשׂו have made, H676 אצבעתיו his fingers H3808 לא neither H7200 יראה shall respect H842 והאשׁרים either the groves, H2553 והחמנים׃ or the images.

9 H3117 ביום day H1931 ההוא In that H1961 יהיו be H5892 ערי cities H4581 מעזו shall his strong H5805 כעזובת H2793 החרשׁ bough, H534 והאמיר and an uppermost branch, H834 אשׁר which H5800 עזבו as a forsaken H6440 מפני because H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel: H1961 והיתה and there shall be H8077 שׁממה׃ desolation.

10 H3588 כי Because H7911 שׁכחת thou hast forgotten H430 אלהי the God H3468 ישׁעך of thy salvation, H6697 וצור of the rock H4581 מעזך of thy strength, H3808 לא and hast not H2142 זכרת been mindful H5921 על therefore H3651 כן therefore H5193 תטעי shalt thou plant H5194 נטעי plants, H5282 נעמנים pleasant H2156 וזמרת slips: H2114 זר it with strange H2232 תזרענו׃ and shalt set

11 H3117 ביום In the day H5194 נטעך shalt thou make thy plant H7735 תשׂגשׂגי to grow, H1242 ובבקר and in the morning H2233 זרעך shalt thou make thy seed H6524 תפריחי to flourish: H5067 נד a heap H7105 קציר the harvest H3117 ביום in the day H2470 נחלה of grief H3511 וכאב sorrow. H605 אנושׁ׃ and of desperate
