Zechariah 13 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

1 H3117 In that day H4726 there shall be a fountain H6605 opened [H8737] H1004 to the house H1732 of David H3427 and to the inhabitants [H8802] H3389 of Jerusalem H2403 for sin H5079 and for uncleanness.

2 H3117 And it shall come to pass in that day H5002 , saith [H8803] H3068 the LORD H6635 of hosts H3772 , that I will cut off [H8686] H8034 the names H6091 of the idols H776 out of the land H2142 , and they shall no more be remembered [H8735] H5030 : and also I will cause the prophets H2932 and the unclean H7307 spirit H5674 to pass [H8686] H776 out of the land.

3 H376 And it shall come to pass, that when any H5012 shall yet prophesy [H8735] H1 , then his father H517 and his mother H3205 that begat [H8802] H559 him shall say [H8804] H2421 unto him, Thou shalt not live [H8799] H1696 ; for thou speakest [H8765] H8267 lies H8034 in the name H3068 of the LORD H1 : and his father H517 and his mother H3205 that begat [H8802] H1856 him shall thrust [H8804] H5012 him through when he prophesieth [H8736] .

4 H3117 And it shall come to pass in that day H5030 , that the prophets H954 shall be ashamed [H8799] H376 every one H2384 of his vision H5012 , when he hath prophesied [H8736] H3847 ; neither shall they wear [H8799] H8181 a rough H155 garment H3584 to deceive [H8763] :

5 H559 But he shall say [H8804] H5030 , I am no prophet H376 , I am an husbandman H5647 [H8802] H127 H120 ; for man H7069 taught me to keep cattle [H8689] H5271 from my youth.

6 H559 And one shall say [H8804] H4347 unto him, What are these wounds H3027 in thine hands H559 ? Then he shall answer [H8804] H5221 , Those with which I was wounded [H8717] H1004 in the house H157 of my friends [H8764] .

7 H5782 Awake [H8798] H2719 , O sword H7462 , against my shepherd [H8802] H1397 , and against the man H5997 that is my fellow H5002 , saith [H8803] H3068 the LORD H6635 of hosts H5221 : smite [H8685] H7462 the shepherd [H8802] H6629 , and the sheep H6327 shall be scattered [H8799] H7725 : and I will turn [H8689] H3027 mine hand H6819 upon the little ones [H8802] .

8 H776 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land H5002 , saith [H8803] H3068 the LORD H8147 , two H6310 parts H3772 therein shall be cut off [H8735] H1478 and die [H8799] H7992 ; but the third H3498 shall be left [H8735] therein.

9 H935 And I will bring [H8689] H7992 the third part H784 through the fire H6884 , and will refine [H8804] H3701 them as silver H6884 is refined [H8800] H974 , and will try [H8804] H2091 them as gold H974 is tried [H8800] H7121 : they shall call [H8799] H8034 on my name H6030 , and I will hear [H8799] H559 them: I will say [H8804] H5971 , It is my people H559 : and they shall say [H8799] H3068 , The LORD H430 is my God.

ERV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness. ² And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land. ³ And it shall come to pass that, when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shall not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth. ⁴ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he prophesieth; neither shall they wear a hairy mantle to deceive: ⁵ but he shall say, I am no prophet, I am a tiller of the ground; for I have been made a bondman from my youth. ⁶ And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds between thine arms? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. ⁷ Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered; and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones. ⁸ And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. ⁹ And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
