  9 H4872 And Moses H559 said [H8799]   H3091 unto Joshua H977 , Choose us out [H8798]   H582 men H3318 , and go out [H8798]   H3898 , fight [H8734]   H6002 with Amalek H4279 : to morrow H5324 I will stand [H8737]   H7218 on the top H1389 of the hill H4294 with the rod H430 of God H3027 in mine hand.
  10 H3091 So Joshua H6213 did [H8799]   H4872 as Moses H559 had said [H8804]   H3898 to him, and fought [H8736]   H6002 with Amalek H4872 : and Moses H175 , Aaron H2354 , and Hur H5927 went up [H8804]   H7218 to the top H1389 of the hill.

  13 H3091 And Joshua H2522 discomfited [H8799]   H6002 Amalek H5971 and his people H6310 with the edge H2719 of the sword.
  14 H3068 And the LORD H559 said [H8799]   H4872 unto Moses H3789 , Write [H8798]   H2146 this for a memorial H5612 in a book H7760 , and rehearse [H8798]   H241 it in the ears H3091 of Joshua H4229 : for I will utterly [H8800]   H4229 put out [H8799]   H2143 the remembrance H6002 of Amalek H8064 from under heaven.
  15 H4872 And Moses H1129 built [H8799]   H4196 an altar H7121 , and called [H8799]   H8034 the name H3071 of it Jehovahnissi:
  16 H559 For he said [H8799]   H3050 , Because the LORD H3027 hath sworn H3676   H3068 that the LORD H4421 will have war H6002 with Amalek H1755 from generation H1755 to generation.
