3 As I entreated you to still abide in Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that you might exhort some men that they teach no other doctrine,
4 nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which bring questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith; so do.
5 Now the end purpose of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, and from a good conscience, and from sincere faith without hypocrisy:
6 From which some having erred, have turned aside to vain wrangling;
7 desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor the things which they affirm.
