Ezra 1:1-4 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia , that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled , the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia , that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom , and put it also in writing , saying,

3 H5971 Who is there among you of all his people H430 ? his God H5927 [H8799] be with him, and let him go up H3389 to Jerusalem H3063 , which is in Judah H1129 [H8799] , and build H1004 the house H3068 of the LORD H430 God H3478 of Israel H430 , (he is the God H3389 ,) who is in Jerusalem.
