El îţi va pune pe grumaz un jug de fer, pînă te va nimici. 49 Domnul va aduce de departe, dela marginile pămîntului, un neam care va cădea peste tine cu sbor de vultur, un neam a cărui limbă n'o vei înţelege, 50 un neam cu înfăţişarea sălbatică, şi care nu se va sfii de cel bătrîn, nici nu va avea milă de copii. 51 El va mînca rodul turmelor tale şi rodul pămîntului tău, pînă vei fi nimicit; nu-ţi va lăsa nici grîu, nici must, nici untdelemn, nici viţeii dela vaci, nici mieii de la oi, pînă te va face să pieri.
Ukrainian(i) 47 За те, що не служив ти Господеві, Богові своєму, у радості та в добрі серця, із рясноти всього, 48 то будеш служити ворогові своєму, якого Господь пошле на тебе, у голоді, і в прагненні, і в наготі, і в недостатку всього, а він дасть залізне ярмо на твою шию, аж поки вигубить тебе. 49 Господь нанесе на тебе народ іздалека, з кінця землі, так, як летить орел, народ, що мови його ти не розумієш, 50 народ жорстокий, що не зважатиме на старого, а для юнака не буде милостивий. 51 І він буде жерти плід твоєї худоби та плід твоєї землі, аж поки вигубить тебе, і він не позоставить тобі збіжжя, ані виноградного соку, ані оливи, ані породу биків твоїх, ані котіння отари твоєї, аж поки вигубить тебе.
