Genesis 40

ASV_Strongs(i)
H310 And it came to pass after H1697 these things, H8248 that the butler H4428 of the king H4714 of Egypt H644 and his baker H2398 offended H113 their lord H4428 the king H4714 of Egypt.
H6547 And Pharaoh H7107 was wroth H5921 against H8147 his two H5631 officers, H8269 against the chief H8248 of the butlers, H8269 and against the chief H644 of the bakers.
H5414 And he put H4929 them in ward H1004 in the house H8269 of the captain H2876 of the guard, H1004 into the prison, H4725 the place H3130 where Joseph H631 was bound.
H8269 And the captain H2876 of the guard H6485 charged H3130 Joseph H8334 with them, and he ministered H3117 unto them: and they continued a season H4929 in ward.
H2492 And they dreamed H2472 a dream H8147 both of them, H376 each man H2472 his dream, H259 in one H3915 night, H376 each man H6623 according to the interpretation H2472 of his dream, H8248 the butler H644 and the baker H4428 of the king H4714 of Egypt, H631 who were bound H1004 in the prison.
H3130 And Joseph H935 came in H1242 unto them in the morning, H7200 and saw H2196 them, and, behold, they were sad.
H7592 And he asked H6547 Pharaoh's H5631 officers H4929 that were with him in ward H113 in his master's H1004 house, H559 saying, H6440 Wherefore look H7451 ye so sad H3117 to-day?
H559 And they said H2492 unto him, We have dreamed H2472 a dream, H6622 and there is none that can interpret H3130 it. And Joseph H559 said H6623 unto them, Do not interpretations H430 belong to God? H5608 tell it me, I pray you.
H8269 And the chief H8248 butler H5608 told H2472 his dream H3130 to Joseph, H559 and said H2472 to him, In my dream, H1612 behold, a vine H6440 was before me;
H1612 and in the vine H7969 were three H8299 branches: H6524 and it was as though it budded, H5322 and its blossoms H5927 shot forth; H811 and the clusters H1310 thereof brought forth ripe H6025 grapes:
H6547 and Pharaoh's H3563 cup H3027 was in my hand; H3947 and I took H6025 the grapes, H7818 and pressed H6547 them into Pharaoh's H3563 cup, H5414 and I gave H3563 the cup H6547 into Pharaoh's H3709 hand.
H3130 And Joseph H559 said H6623 unto him, This is the interpretation H7969 of it: the three H8299 branches H7969 are three H3117 days;
H5750 within yet H7969 three H3117 days H6547 shall Pharaoh H5375 lift up H7218 thy head, H7725 and restore H3653 thee unto thine office: H5414 and thou shalt give H6547 Pharaoh's H3563 cup H3027 into his hand, H7223 after the former H4941 manner H8248 when thou wast his butler.
H3190 But have me in thy remembrance when it shall be well H6213 with thee, and show H2617 kindness, H2142 I pray thee, unto me, and make mention H3318 of me H6547 unto Pharaoh, H3318 and bring me H1004 out of this house:
H1589 for indeed I was stolen away H776 out of the land H5680 of the Hebrews: H6213 and here also have I done H3972 nothing H7760 that they should put H953 me into the dungeon.
H8269 When the chief H644 baker H7200 saw H6622 that the interpretation H2896 was good, H559 he said H3130 unto Joseph, H637 I also H2472 was in my dream, H7969 and, behold, three H5536 baskets H2751 of white H7218 bread were on my head:
H5945 and in the uppermost H5536 basket H3978 there was of all manner H4639 of baked H6547 food for Pharaoh; H5775 and the birds H398 did eat H5536 them out of the basket H5921 upon H7218 my head.
H3130 And Joseph H6030 answered H559 and said, H6623 This is the interpretation H7969 thereof: the three H5536 baskets H7969 are three H3117 days;
H7969 within yet three H3117 days H6547 shall Pharaoh H5375 lift up H7218 thy head H8518 from off thee, and shall hang H6086 thee on a tree; H5775 and the birds H398 shall eat H1320 thy flesh from off thee.
H7992 And it came to pass the third H3117 day, H6547 which was Pharaoh's H3117 birthday, H6213 that he made H4960 a feast H5650 unto all his servants: H5375 and he lifted up H7218 the head H8269 of the chief H8248 butler H8269 and the head of the chief H644 baker H8432 among H5650 his servants.
H7725 And he restored H8269 the chief H8248 butler H4945 unto his butlership H7725 again; H5414 and he gave H3563 the cup H6547 into Pharaoh's H3709 hand:
H8518 but he hanged H8269 the chief H644 baker: H3130 as Joseph H6622 had interpreted to them.
H8269 Yet did not the chief H8248 butler H2142 remember H3130 Joseph, H7911 but forgat him.
