Deuteronomy 12:11-12 והיה Then there shall be המקום a place אשׁר which יבחר shall choose יהוה the LORD אלהיכם your God בו לשׁכן to dwell שׁמו to cause his name שׁם there; שׁמה thither תביאו shall ye bring את כל all אשׁר that אנכי I מצוה command אתכם עולתיכם you; your burnt offerings, וזבחיכם and your sacrifices, מעשׂרתיכם your tithes, ותרמת and the heave offering ידכם of your hand, וכל and all מבחר your choice נדריכם vows אשׁר which תדרו ye vow ליהוה׃ unto the LORD:
