Esther 4:11-16 כל All עבדי servants, המלך the king's ועם and the people מדינות provinces, המלך of the king's ידעים do know, אשׁר that כל whosoever, אישׁ man ואשׁה or woman, אשׁר whosoever, יבוא shall come אל unto המלך the king אל into החצר court, הפנימית the inner אשׁר whether לא is not יקרא called, אחת one דתו law להמית of his to put to death, לבד except מאשׁר who יושׁיט shall hold out לו המלך the king את שׁרביט scepter, הזהב the golden וחיה that he may live: ואני but I לא have not נקראתי been called לבוא to come in אל unto המלך the king זה these שׁלושׁים thirty יום׃ days.

15 H559 ותאמר bade H635 אסתר Then Esther H7725 להשׁיב return H413 אל return H4782 מרדכי׃ Mordecai

16 H1980 לך Go, H3664 כנוס gather together H853 את H3605 כל all H3064 היהודים the Jews H4672 הנמצאים that are present H7800 בשׁושׁן in Shushan, H6684 וצומו and fast H5921 עלי ye for H408 ואל me, and neither H398 תאכלו eat H408 ואל nor H8354 תשׁתו drink H7969 שׁלשׁת three H3117 ימים days, H3915 לילה night H3117 ויום or day: H1571 גם also H589 אני I H5291 ונערתי and my maidens H6684 אצום will fast H3651 כן likewise; H3651 ובכן and so H935 אבוא will I go in H413 אל unto H4428 המלך the king, H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא not H1881 כדת according to the law: H834 וכאשׁר and if H6 אבדתי I perish, H6 אבדתי׃ I perish.
