8 H5674 ואעבר Now when I passed H5921 עליך by H7200 ואראך thee, and looked upon H2009 והנה thee, behold, H6256 עתך thy time H6256 עת the time H1730 דדים of love; H6566 ואפרשׂ and I spread H3671 כנפי my skirt H5921 עליך over H3680 ואכסה thee, and covered H6172 ערותך thy nakedness: H7650 ואשׁבע yea, I swore H935 לך ואבוא unto thee, and entered H1285 בברית into a covenant H854 אתך with H5002 נאם thee, saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD, H1961 ותהיי׃ and thou becamest

9 H7364 וארחצך Then washed H4325 במים I thee with water; H7857 ואשׁטף yea, I throughly washed away H1818 דמיך thy blood H5921 מעליך from H5480 ואסכך thee, and I anointed H8081 בשׁמן׃ thee with oil.

10 H3847 ואלבישׁך I clothed H7553 רקמה thee also with embroidered work, H5274 ואנעלך and shod H8476 תחשׁ thee with badgers' skin, H2280 ואחבשׁך and I girded thee about H8336 בשׁשׁ with fine linen, H3680 ואכסך and I covered H4897 משׁי׃ thee with silk.

11 H5710 ואעדך I decked H5716 עדי thee also with ornaments, H5414 ואתנה and I put H6781 צמידים bracelets H5921 על upon H3027 ידיך thy hands, H7242 ורביד and a chain H5921 על on H1627 גרונך׃ thy neck.

12 H5414 ואתן And I put H5141 נזם a jewel H5921 על on H639 אפך thy forehead, H5694 ועגילים and earrings H5921 על in H241 אזניך thine ears, H5850 ועטרת crown H8597 תפארת and a beautiful H7218 בראשׁך׃ upon thine head.

13 H5710 ותעדי Thus wast thou decked H2091 זהב with gold H3701 וכסף and silver; H4403 ומלבושׁך and thy raiment H8336 שׁשׁי fine linen, H4897 ומשׁי and silk, H7553 ורקמה and embroidered work; H5560 סלת fine flour, H1706 ודבשׁ and honey, H8081 ושׁמן and oil: H398 אכלתי thou didst eat H3302 ותיפי and thou wast exceeding beautiful, H3966 במאד H3966 מאד H6743 ותצלחי and thou didst prosper H4410 למלוכה׃ into a kingdom.
