Isaiah 32:1-8

  1 H2005 הן Behold, H6664 לצדק in righteousness, H4427 ימלך shall reign H4428 מלך a king H8269 ולשׂרים and princes H4941 למשׁפט in judgment. H8323 ישׂרו׃ shall rule
  2 H1961 והיה shall be H376 אישׁ And a man H4224 כמחבא as a hiding place H7307 רוח from the wind, H5643 וסתר and a covert H2230 זרם from the tempest; H6388 כפלגי as rivers H4325 מים of water H6724 בציון in a dry place, H6738 כצל as the shadow H5553 סלע rock H3515 כבד of a great H776 בארץ land.   3 H3808 ולא shall not H8159 תשׁעינה be dim, H5869 עיני And the eyes H7200 ראים of them that see H241 ואזני and the ears H8085 שׁמעים of them that hear H7181 תקשׁבנה׃ shall hearken.
  4 H3824 ולבב The heart H4116 נמהרים also of the rash H995 יבין shall understand H3045 לדעת knowledge, H3956 ולשׁון and the tongue H5926 עלגים of the stammerers H4116 תמהר shall be ready H1696 לדבר to speak H6703 צחות׃ plainly.
  5 H3808 לא shall be no H7121 יקרא called H5750 עוד more H5036 לנבל The vile person H5081 נדיב liberal, H3596 ולכילי the churl H3808 לא nor H559 יאמר said H7771 שׁוע׃ bountiful.
  6 H3588 כי For H5036 נבל the vile person H5039 נבלה villainy, H1696 ידבר will speak H3820 ולבו and his heart H6213 יעשׂה will work H205 און iniquity, H6213 לעשׂות to practice H2612 חנף hypocrisy, H1696 ולדבר and to utter H413 אל against H3069 יהוה   H8442 תועה error H7324 להריק to make empty H5315 נפשׁ the soul H7457 רעב of the hungry, H4945 ומשׁקה and he will cause the drink H6771 צמא of the thirsty H2637 יחסיר׃ to fail.
  7 H3596 וכלי also of the churl H3627 כליו The instruments H7451 רעים evil: H1931 הוא he H2154 זמות wicked devices H3289 יעץ deviseth H2254 לחבל to destroy H6035 ענוים   H561 באמרי words, H8267 שׁקר with lying H1696 ובדבר speaketh H34 אביון even when the needy H4941 משׁפט׃ right.
  8 H5081 ונדיב But the liberal H5081 נדיבות liberal things; H3289 יעץ deviseth H1931 והוא   H5921 על and by H5081 נדיבות liberal things H6965 יקום׃ shall he stand.
