Job 2:3-6 ויאמר said יהוה And the LORD אל unto השׂטן Satan, השׂמת לבך אל עבדי my servant איוב Job, כי that אין none כמהו like him בארץ in the earth, אישׁ man, תם a perfect וישׁר and an upright ירא one that feareth אלהים God, וסר and escheweth מרע evil? ועדנו and still מחזיק he holdeth fast בתמתו his integrity, ותסיתני although thou movedst בו לבלעו me against him, to destroy חנם׃ him without cause.

H5750 ועדנו and still H2388 מחזיק he holdeth fast H8538 בתמתו his integrity, H5496 ותסיתני although thou movedst H1104 בו לבלעו me against him, to destroy H2600 חנם׃ him without cause.

4 H6030 ויען answered H7854 השׂטן And Satan H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD, H559 ויאמר and said, H5785 עור H1157 בעד for H5785 עור H3605 וכל yea, all H834 אשׁר that H376 לאישׁ a man H5414 יתן hath will he give H1157 בעד H5315 נפשׁו׃ his life.

5 H199 אולם But H7971 שׁלח put forth H4994 נא now, H3027 ידך thine hand H5060 וגע and touch H413 אל and touch H6106 עצמו his bone H413 ואל thee to H1320 בשׂרו and his flesh, H518 אם and H3808 לא H413 אל H6440 פניך thy face. H1288 יברכך׃ he will curse

6 H559 ויאמר said H3069 יהוה H413 אל unto H7854 השׂטן Satan, H2005 הנו H3027 בידך he in thine hand; H389 אך but H853 את H5315 נפשׁו his life. H8104 שׁמר׃ save
