Korean⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 내 종 욥을 유의하여 보았느냐 ? 그와 같이 순전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난 자가 세상에 없느니라 네가 나를 격동하여 까닭없이 그를 치게 하였어도 그가 오히려 자기의 순전을 굳게 지켰느니라 ⁴ 사단이 여호와께 대답하여 가로되 `가죽으로 가죽을 바꾸오니 사람이 그 모든 소유물로 자기의 생명을 바꾸올지라 ⁵ 이제 주의 손을 펴서 그의 뼈와 살을 치소서 그리하시면 정녕 대면하여 주를 욕하리이다' ⁶ 여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 내가 그를 네 손에 붙이노라 오직 그의 생명은 해하지 말지니라 !

Lithuanian⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ Viešpats klausė šėtoną: “Ar atkreipei dėmesį į mano tarną Jobą? Juk žemėje nėra jam lygaus. Jis yra tobulas ir teisus, bijo Dievo ir vengia pikto. Jis ir toliau lieka man ištikimas, nors tu mane sukurstei prieš jį, kad be priežasties jam kenkčiau”. ⁴ Šėtonas atsakė Viešpačiui: “Oda už odą, bet žmogus viską atiduos, kad liktų gyvas. ⁵ Bet ištiesk savo ranką ir paliesk jo kaulus ir kūną, ir jis keiks Tave į akis”. ⁶ Viešpats tarė šėtonui: “Jis tavo rankose. Tik nepaliesk jo gyvybės”.

El se ţine tare în neprihănirea lui, şi tu Mă îndemni să -l perd fără pricină.`` ⁴ Şi Satana a răspuns Domnului:,,Piele pentru piele! Omul dă tot ce are pentru viaţa lui. ⁵ Dar ia întinde-Ţi mîna şi atinge-Te de oasele şi de carnea lui, şi sînt încredinţat că Te va blestema în faţă.`` ⁶ Domnul a zis Satanei:,,Iată, ţi -l dau pe mînă: numai cruţă -i viaţa.``

І він ще тримається міцно в своїй невинності, а ти намовляв був Мене на нього, щоб без приводу його зруйнувати... ⁴ І відповів сатана Господеві й сказав: Шкіра за шкіру, і все, що хто має, віддасть він за душу свою. ⁵ Але простягни но Ти руку Свою, і доторкнись до костей його та до тіла його, чи він не зневажить Тебе перед лицем Твоїм? ⁶ І сказав Господь до сатани: Ось він у руці твоїй, тільки душу його бережи!
