H5329 To the chief Musician [H8764]   H4210 , A Psalm H1732 of David H3068 . O LORD H2713 , thou hast searched [H8804]   H3045 me, and known [H8799]   me .
H3045 Thou knowest [H8804]   H3427 my downsitting [H8800]   H6965 and mine uprising [H8800]   H995 , thou understandest [H8804]   H7454 my thought H7350 afar off.
H2219 Thou compassest [H8765]   H734 my path H7252 and my lying down H5532 , and art acquainted [H8689]   H1870 with all my ways.
H4405 For there is not a word H3956 in my tongue H3068 , but, lo, O LORD H3045 , thou knowest [H8804]   it altogether.
H6696 Thou hast beset [H8804]   H268 me behind H6924 and before H7896 , and laid [H8799]   H3709 thine hand upon me.
H1847 Such knowledge H6383 is too wonderful [H8675]   H6383   H7682 for me; it is high [H8738]   H3201 , I cannot [H8799]   attain unto it.
H3212 Whither shall I go [H8799]   H7307 from thy spirit H1272 ? or whither shall I flee [H8799]   H6440 from thy presence?
H5266 If I ascend up [H8799]   H8064 into heaven H3331 , thou art there: if I make my bed [H8686]   H7585 in hell, behold, thou art there .
H5375 If I take [H8799]   H3671 the wings H7837 of the morning H7931 , and dwell [H8799]   H319 in the uttermost parts H3220 of the sea;
H3027 Even there shall thy hand H5148 lead [H8686]   H3225 me, and thy right hand H270 shall hold [H8799]   me.
H559 If I say [H8799]   H2822 , Surely the darkness H7779 shall cover [H8799]   H3915 me; even the night H216 shall be light H1157 about me.
H2822 Yea, the darkness H2821 hideth [H8686]   H3915 not from thee; but the night H215 shineth [H8686]   H3117 as the day H2825 : the darkness H219 and the light are both alike to thee .
H7069 For thou hast possessed [H8804]   H3629 my reins H5526 : thou hast covered [H8799]   H517 me in my mother's H990 womb.
H3034 I will praise [H8686]   H3372 thee; for I am fearfully [H8737]   H6395 and wonderfully made [H8738]   H6381 : marvellous [H8737]   H4639 are thy works H5315 ; and that my soul H3045 knoweth [H8802]   H3966 right well.
H6108 My substance H3582 was not hid [H8738]   H6213 from thee, when I was made [H8795]   H5643 in secret H7551 , and curiously wrought [H8795]   H8482 in the lowest parts H776 of the earth.
H5869 Thine eyes H7200 did see [H8804]   H1564 my substance, yet being unperfect H5612 ; and in thy book H3789 all my members were written [H8735]   H3117 , which in continuance H3335 were fashioned [H8795]   H259 , when as yet there was none of them.
H3365 How precious [H8804]   H7454 also are thy thoughts H410 unto me, O God H6105 ! how great [H8804]   H7218 is the sum of them!
H5608 If I should count [H8799]   H7235 them, they are more in number [H8799]   H2344 than the sand H6974 : when I awake [H8689]   H5750 , I am still with thee.
H6991 Surely thou wilt slay [H8799]   H7563 the wicked H433 , O God H5493 : depart [H8798]   H1818 from me therefore, ye bloody H582 men.
H559 For they speak [H8799]   H4209 against thee wickedly H6145 , and thine enemies H5375 take [H8804]   H7723 thy name in vain.
H8130 Do not I hate [H8799]   H3068 them, O LORD H8130 , that hate [H8764]   H6962 thee? and am not I grieved [H8709]   H8618 with those that rise up against thee?
H8130 I hate [H8804]   H8503 them with perfect H8135 hatred H341 : I count them mine enemies [H8802]  .
H2713 Search [H8798]   H410 me, O God H3045 , and know [H8798]   H3824 my heart H974 : try [H8798]   H3045 me, and know [H8798]   H8312 my thoughts:
H7200 And see [H8798]   H6090 if there be any wicked H1870 way H5148 in me, and lead [H8798]   H1870 me in the way H5769 everlasting.
ERV(i) 1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. LORD, thou hast searched me, and known [me]. 2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. 3 Thou searchest out my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. 4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. 5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. 6 [Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. 7 Whither shall I from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou art there. 9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; 10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. 11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall overwhelm me, and the light about me shall be night; 12 Even the darkness hideth not from thee, but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike [to thee]. 13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. 14 I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: wonderful are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My frame was not hidden from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16 Thine eyes did see mine unperfect substance, and in thy book were all [my members] written, which day by day were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. 17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! 18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee. 19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloodthirsty men. 20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take [thy name] in vain. 21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? 22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies. 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any way of wickedness in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
