Jeremiah 8 At that time , saith the LORD , they shall bring out the bones of the kings of Judah , and the bones of his princes , and the bones of the priests , and the bones of the prophets , and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem , out of their graves:

3 H4194 And death H977 shall be chosen [H8738] H2416 rather than life H7611 by all the residue H7604 of them that remain [H8737] H7451 of this evil H4940 family H7604 , which remain [H8737] H4725 in all the places H5080 whither I have driven [H8689] H5002 them, saith [H8803] H3068 the LORD H6635 of hosts.

4 H559 Moreover thou shalt say [H8804] H559 unto them, Thus saith [H8804] H3068 the LORD H5307 ; Shall they fall [H8799] H6965 , and not arise [H8799] H7725 ? shall he turn away [H8799] H7725 , and not return [H8799] ?

9 H2450 The wise H3001 men are ashamed [H8689] H2865 , they are dismayed [H8804] H3920 and taken [H8735] H3988 : lo, they have rejected [H8804] H1697 the word H3068 of the LORD H2451 ; and what wisdom is in them?

18 H4010 When I would comfort H3015 myself against sorrow H3820 , my heart H1742 is faint in me.

19 H6963 Behold the voice H7775 of the cry H1323 of the daughter H5971 of my people H4801 because of them that dwell in a far H776 country H3068 : Is not the LORD H6726 in Zion H4428 ? is not her king H3707 in her? Why have they provoked me to anger [H8689] H6456 with their graven images H5236 , and with strange H1892 vanities?

22 H6875 Is there no balm H1568 in Gilead H7495 ; is there no physician [H8802] H3588 there? why then H724 is not the health H1323 of the daughter H5971 of my people H5927 recovered [H8804] ?
