De ce stai singur, şi tot poporul stă înaintea ta, de dimineaţa pînă seara?`` ¹⁵ Moise a răspuns socrului său:,,Poporul vine la mine ca să ceară sfat lui Dumnezeu. ¹⁶ Cînd au vreo treabă, vin la mine; eu judec între ei, şi fac cunoscut poruncile lui Dumnezeu şi legile Lui.``

Для чого ти сидиш сам один, а ввесь народ стоїть навколо від ранку аж до вечора? ¹⁵ А Мойсей відказав своєму тестеві: Бо народ приходить до мене питатися суду Бога. ¹⁶ Бо як мають вони справу, то приходять до мене, і я суджу поміж тим і тим, та оголошую постанови Божі та закони Його.
