  7 H5543 סלו Sallu, H5987 עמוק Amok, H2518 חלקיה Hilkiah, H3048 ידעיה Jedaiah. H428 אלה These H7218 ראשׁי the chief H3548 הכהנים of the priests H251 ואחיהם and of their brethren H3117 בימי in the days H3442 ישׁוע׃ of Jeshua.
  8 H3881 והלוים Moreover the Levites: H3442 ישׁוע Jeshua, H1131 בנוי Binnui, H6934 קדמיאל Kadmiel, H8274 שׁרביה Sherebiah, H3063 יהודה Judah, H4983 מתניה Mattaniah, H5921 על over H1960 הידות the thanksgiving, H1931 הוא he H251 ואחיו׃ and his brethren.
  9 H1229 ובקבקיה Also Bakbukiah H6042 וענו and Unni, H251 אחיהם their brethren, H5048 לנגדם over against H4931 למשׁמרות׃ them in the watches.
  10 H3442 וישׁוע And Jeshua H3205 הוליד begot H853 את   H3113 יויקים Joiakim, H3113 ויויקים Joiakim H3205 הוליד also begot H853 את   H475 אלישׁיב Eliashib, H475 ואלישׁיב and Eliashib H853 את   H3111 יוידע׃ Joiada,
  11 H3111 ויוידע And Joiada H3205 הוליד begot H853 את   H3129 יונתן Jonathan, H3129 ויונתן and Jonathan H3205 הוליד begot H853 את   H3037 ידוע׃ Jaddua.
  12 H3117 ובימי And in the days H3113 יויקים of Joiakim H1961 היו were H3548 כהנים priests, H7218 ראשׁי the chief H1 האבות of the fathers: H8304 לשׂריה of Seraiah, H4811 מריה Meraiah; H3414 לירמיה of Jeremiah, H2608 חנניה׃ Hananiah;

  23 H1121 בני The sons H3878 לוי of Levi, H7218 ראשׁי the chief H1 האבות of the fathers, H3789 כתובים written H5921 על in H5612 ספר the book H1697 דברי of the chronicles, H3117 הימים the days H5704 ועד even until H3117 ימי   H3110 יוחנן of Johanan H1121 בן the son H475 אלישׁיב׃ of Eliashib.
  24 H7218 וראשׁי And the chief H3881 הלוים of the Levites: H2811 חשׁביה Hashabiah, H8274 שׁרביה Sherebiah, H3442 וישׁוע and Jeshua H1121 בן the son H6934 קדמיאל of Kadmiel, H251 ואחיהם with their brethren H5048 לנגדם over against H1984 להלל them, to praise H3034 להודות to give thanks, H4687 במצות according to the commandment H1732 דויד of David H376 אישׁ the man H430 האלהים of God, H4929 משׁמר ward H5980 לעמת over against H4929 משׁמר׃ ward.
  25 H4983 מתניה Mattaniah, H1229 ובקבקיה and Bakbukiah, H5662 עבדיה Obadiah, H4918 משׁלם Meshullam, H2929 טלמון Talmon, H6126 עקוב Akkub, H8104 שׁמרים keeping H7778 שׁוערים porters H4929 משׁמר the ward H624 באספי at the thresholds H8179 השׁערים׃ of the gates.
  26 H428 אלה These H3117 בימי in the days H3113 יויקים of Joiakim H1121 בן the son H3442 ישׁוע of Jeshua, H1121 בן the son H3136 יוצדק of Jozadak, H3117 ובימי and in the days H5166 נחמיה of Nehemiah H6346 הפחה the governor, H5830 ועזרא and of Ezra H3548 הכהן the priest, H5608 הסופר׃ the scribe.
  27 H2598 ובחנכת And at the dedication H2346 חומת of the wall H3389 ירושׁלם of Jerusalem H1245 בקשׁו they sought H853 את   H3881 הלוים the Levites H3605 מכל out of all H4725 מקומתם their places, H935 להביאם to bring H3389 לירושׁלם them to Jerusalem, H6213 לעשׂת to keep H2598 חנכה the dedication H8057 ושׂמחה with gladness, H8426 ובתודות both with thanksgivings, H7892 ובשׁיר and with singing, H4700 מצלתים cymbals, H5035 נבלים psalteries, H3658 ובכנרות׃ and with harps.
  28 H622 ויאספו gathered themselves together, H1121 בני And the sons H7891 המשׁררים of the singers H4480 ומן both out of H3603 הככר the plain country H5439 סביבות round about H3389 ירושׁלם Jerusalem, H4480 ומן and from H2691 חצרי the villages H5200 נטפתי׃ of Netophathi;
  29 H1004 ומבית   H1537 הגלגל of Gilgal, H7704 ומשׂדות and out of the fields H1387 גבע of Geba H5820 ועזמות and Azmaveth: H3588 כי for H2691 חצרים them villages H1129 בנו had built H1992 להם   H7891 המשׁררים the singers H5439 סביבות round about H3389 ירושׁלם׃ Jerusalem.
  30 H2891 ויטהרו purified themselves, H3548 הכהנים And the priests H3881 והלוים and the Levites H2891 ויטהרו and purified H853 את   H5971 העם the people, H853 ואת   H8179 השׁערים and the gates, H853 ואת   H2346 החומה׃ and the wall.
  31 H5927 ואעלה Then I brought up H853 את   H8269 שׂרי the princes H3063 יהודה of Judah H5921 מעל upon H2346 לחומה the wall, H5975 ואעמידה and appointed H8147 שׁתי two H8426 תודת thanks, H1419 גדולת great H8418 ותהלכת   H3225 לימין on the right hand H5921 מעל upon H2346 לחומה the wall H8179 לשׁער gate: H830 האשׁפת׃ toward the dung
  32 H1980 וילך them went H310 אחריהם And after H1955 הושׁעיה Hoshaiah, H2677 וחצי and half H8269 שׂרי of the princes H3063 יהודה׃ of Judah,
  33 H5838 ועזריה And Azariah, H5830 עזרא Ezra, H4918 ומשׁלם׃ and Meshullam,
  34 H3063 יהודה Judah, H1144 ובנימן and Benjamin, H8098 ושׁמעיה and Shemaiah, H3414 וירמיה׃ and Jeremiah,
  35 H1121 ומבני the son H3548 הכהנים   H2689 בחצצרות with trumpets; H2148 זכריה Zechariah H1121 בן the son H3129 יונתן of Jonathan, H1121 בן the son H8098 שׁמעיה of Shemaiah, H1121 בן the son H4983 מתניה of Mattaniah, H1121 בן the son H4320 מיכיה of Michaiah, H1121 בן the son H2139 זכור of Zaccur, H1121 בן   H623 אסף׃ of Asaph:
  36 H251 ואחיו And his brethren, H8098 שׁמעיה Shemaiah, H5832 ועזראל and Azarael, H4450 מללי Milalai, H1562 גללי Gilalai, H4597 מעי Maai, H5417 נתנאל Nethaneel, H3063 ויהודה and Judah, H2607 חנני Hanani, H3627 בכלי instruments H7892 שׁיר with the musical H1732 דויד of David H376 אישׁ the man H430 האלהים of God, H5830 ועזרא and Ezra H5608 הסופר the scribe H6440 לפניהם׃ before
  37 H5921 ועל And at H8179 שׁער gate, H5869 העין the fountain H5048 ונגדם which was over against H5927 עלו them, they went up H5921 על by H4609 מעלות the stairs H5892 עיר of the city H1732 דויד of David, H4608 במעלה at the going up H2346 לחומה of the wall, H5921 מעל above H1004 לבית the house H1732 דויד of David, H5704 ועד even unto H8179 שׁער gate H4325 המים the water H4217 מזרח׃ eastward.
  38 H8426 והתודה thanks H8145 השׁנית And the other H1980 ההולכת went H4136 למואל over against H589 ואני and I H310 אחריה after H2677 וחצי them, and the half H5971 העם of the people H5921 מעל upon H2346 להחומה the wall, H5921 מעל from beyond H4026 למגדל the tower H8574 התנורים of the furnaces H5704 ועד even unto H2346 החומה wall; H7342 הרחבה׃ the broad
  39 H5921 ומעל and above H8179 לשׁער the gate H669 אפרים of Ephraim, H5921 ועל and above H8179 שׁער gate, H3466 הישׁנה   H5921 ועל   H8179 שׁער gate, H1709 הדגים the fish H4026 ומגדל and the tower H2606 חננאל of Hananeel, H4026 ומגדל and the tower H3968 המאה of Meah, H5704 ועד even unto H8179 שׁער gate: H6629 הצאן the sheep H5975 ועמדו and they stood still H8179 בשׁער gate. H4307 המטרה׃ in the prison
  40 H5975 ותעמדנה So stood H8147 שׁתי the two H8426 התודת thanks H1004 בבית in the house H430 האלהים of God, H589 ואני and I, H2677 וחצי and the half H5461 הסגנים of the rulers H5973 עמי׃ with
  41 H3548 והכהנים And the priests; H471 אליקים Eliakim, H4641 מעשׂיה Maaseiah, H4509 מנימין Miniamin, H4320 מיכיה Michaiah, H454 אליועיני Elioenai, H2148 זכריה Zechariah, H2608 חנניה Hananiah, H2689 בחצצרות׃ with trumpets;
  42 H4641 ומעשׂיה And Maaseiah, H8098 ושׁמעיה and Shemaiah, H499 ואלעזר and Eleazar, H5813 ועזי and Uzzi, H3076 ויהוחנן and Jehohanan, H4441 ומלכיה and Malchijah, H5867 ועילם and Elam, H5829 ועזר and Ezer. H8085 וישׁמיעו sang loud, H7891 המשׁררים And the singers H3156 ויזרחיה with Jezrahiah H6496 הפקיד׃ overseer.
  43 H2076 ויזבחו they offered H3117 ביום day H1931 ההוא Also that H2077 זבחים sacrifices, H1419 גדולים great H8055 וישׂמחו and rejoiced: H3588 כי for H430 האלהים God H8055 שׂמחם had made them rejoice H8057 שׂמחה joy: H1419 גדולה with great H1571 וגם also H802 הנשׁים the wives H3206 והילדים and the children H8055 שׂמחו rejoiced: H8085 ותשׁמע was heard H8057 שׂמחת so that the joy H3389 ירושׁלם of Jerusalem H7350 מרחוק׃ even afar off.
  44 H6485 ויפקדו appointed H3117 ביום time H1931 ההוא And at that H376 אנשׁים were some H5921 על over H5393 הנשׁכות the chambers H214 לאוצרות for the treasures, H8641 לתרומות for the offerings, H7225 לראשׁית for the firstfruits, H4643 ולמעשׂרות and for the tithes, H3664 לכנוס to gather H7704 בהם לשׂדי into them out of the fields H5892 הערים of the cities H4521 מנאות the portions H8451 התורה of the law H3548 לכהנים for the priests H3881 וללוים and Levites: H3588 כי for H8057 שׂמחת rejoiced H3063 יהודה Judah H5921 על for H3548 הכהנים the priests H5921 ועל and for H3881 הלוים the Levites H5975 העמדים׃ that waited.
  45 H8104 וישׁמרו kept H4931 משׁמרת the ward H430 אלהיהם of their God, H4931 ומשׁמרת and the ward H2893 הטהרה of the purification, H7891 והמשׁררים And both the singers H7778 והשׁערים and the porters H4687 כמצות according to the commandment H1732 דויד of David, H8010 שׁלמה of Solomon H1121 בנו׃ his son.
  46 H3588 כי For H3117 בימי in the days H1732 דויד of David H623 ואסף and Asaph H6924 מקדם of old H7218 ראשׁ chief H7891 המשׁררים of the singers, H7892 ושׁיר and songs H8416 תהלה of praise H3034 והדות and thanksgiving H430 לאלהים׃ unto God.
  47 H3605 וכל And all H3478 ישׂראל Israel H3117 בימי in the days H2216 זרבבל of Zerubbabel, H3117 ובימי and in the days H5166 נחמיה of Nehemiah, H5414 נתנים gave H4521 מניות the portions H7891 המשׁררים of the singers H7778 והשׁערים and the porters, H1697 דבר his portion: H3117 יום every day H3117 ביומו every day H6942 ומקדשׁים and they sanctified H3881 ללוים unto the Levites; H3881 והלוים and the Levites H6942 מקדשׁים sanctified H1121 לבני unto the children H175 אהרן׃ of Aaron.
