  7 H559 Then said [H8799]   H269 his sister H6547 to Pharaoh's H1323 daughter H3212 , Shall I go [H8799]   H7121 and call [H8804]   H3243 to thee a nurse [H8688]   H5680 of the Hebrew H802 women H3243 , that she may nurse [H8686]   H3206 the child for thee?
  8 H6547 And Pharaoh's H1323 daughter H559 said [H8799]   H3212 to her, Go [H8798]   H5959 . And the maid H3212 went [H8799]   H7121 and called [H8799]   H3206 the child's H517 mother.
  9 H6547 And Pharaoh's H1323 daughter H559 said [H8799]   H3212 unto her, Take H3206 this child H3212 away [H8685]   H3243 , and nurse [H8685]   H5414 it for me, and I will give [H8799]   H7939 thee thy wages H802 .   10 H3206 And the child H1431 grew [H8799]   H935 , and she brought [H8686]   H6547 him unto Pharaoh's H1323 daughter H1121 , and he became her son H7121 . And she called [H8799]   H8034 his name H4872 Moses H559 : and she said [H8799]   H4871 , Because I drew [H8804]   H4325 him out of the water.
  11 H3117 And it came to pass in those days H4872 , when Moses H1431 was grown [H8799]   H3318 , that he went out [H8799]   H251 unto his brethren H7200 , and looked [H8799]   H5450 on their burdens H7200 : and he spied [H8799]   H4713 an Egyptian H376   H5221 smiting [H8688]   H5680 an Hebrew H251 , one of his brethren.
  12 H6437 And he looked [H8799]   H3541 this way H3541 and that way H7200 , and when he saw [H8799]   H376 that there was no man H5221 , he slew [H8686]   H4713 the Egyptian H2934 , and hid [H8799]   H2344 him in the sand.
  13 H3318 And when he went out [H8799]   H8145 the second H3117 day H8147 , behold, two H582 men H5680 of the Hebrews H5327 strove [H8737]   H559 together: and he said [H8799]   H7563 to him that did the wrong H5221 , Wherefore smitest [H8686]   H7453 thou thy fellow?
  14 H559 And he said [H8799]   H7760 , Who made [H8804]   H376 thee H8269 a prince H8199 and a judge [H8802]   H559 over us? intendest [H8802]   H2026 thou to kill [H8800]   H2026 me, as thou killedst [H8804]   H4713 the Egyptian H4872 ? And Moses H3372 feared [H8799]   H559 , and said [H8799]   H403 , Surely H1697 this thing H3045 is known [H8738]  .
  15 H6547 Now when Pharaoh H8085 heard [H8799]   H1697 this thing H1245 , he sought [H8762]   H2026 to slay [H8800]   H4872 Moses H4872 . But Moses H1272 fled [H8799]   H6440 from the face H6547 of Pharaoh H3427 , and dwelt [H8799]   H776 in the land H4080 of Midian H3427 : and he sat down [H8799]   H875 by a well.
  16 H3548 Now the priest H4080 of Midian H7651 had seven H1323 daughters H935 : and they came [H8799]   H1802 and drew [H8799]   H4390 water, and filled [H8762]   H7298 the troughs H8248 to water [H8687]   H1 their father's H6629 flock.
  17 H7462 And the shepherds [H8802]   H935 came [H8799]   H1644 and drove them away [H8762]   H4872 : but Moses H6965 stood up [H8799]   H3467 and helped [H8686]   H8248 them, and watered [H8686]   H6629 their flock.
  18 H935 And when they came [H8799]   H7467 to Reuel H1 their father H559 , he said [H8799]   H4069 , How H935 is it that ye are come [H8800]   H4116 so soon [H8765]   H3117 to day?
  19 H559 And they said [H8799]   H4713 , An Egyptian H376   H5337 delivered [H8689]   H3027 us out of the hand H7462 of the shepherds [H8802]   H1802 , and also drew [H8804]   H1802 water enough [H8800]   H8248 for us, and watered [H8686]   H6629 the flock.
  20 H559 And he said [H8799]   H1323 unto his daughters H5800 , And where is he? why is it that ye have left [H8804]   H376 the man H7121 ? call [H8798]   H398 him, that he may eat [H8799]   H3899 bread.
  21 H4872 And Moses H2974 was content [H8686]   H3427 to dwell [H8800]   H376 with the man H5414 : and he gave [H8799]   H4872 Moses H6855 Zipporah H1323 his daughter.
  22 H3205 And she bare [H8799]   H1121 him a son H7121 , and he called [H8799]   H8034 his name H1647 Gershom H559 : for he said [H8804]   H1616 , I have been a stranger H5237 in a strange H776 land.
  23 H1992 And it came to pass in process H7227   H3117 of time H4428 , that the king H4714 of Egypt H4191 died [H8799]   H1121 : and the children H3478 of Israel H584 sighed [H8735]   H4480 by reason of H5656 the bondage H2199 , and they cried [H8799]   H7775 , and their cry H5927 came up [H8799]   H430 unto God H5656 by reason of the bondage.
  24 H430 And God H8085 heard [H8799]   H5009 their groaning H430 , and God H2142 remembered [H8799]   H1285 his covenant H85 with Abraham H3327 , with Isaac H3290 , and with Jacob.
  25 H430 And God H7200 looked [H8799]   H1121 upon the children H3478 of Israel H430 , and God H3045 had respect [H8799]   unto them .

  10 H1431 ויגדל grew, H3206 הילד And the child H935 ותבאהו and she brought H1323 לבת daughter, H6547 פרעה him unto Pharaoh's H1961 ויהי and he became H1121 לה לבן her son. H7121 ותקרא And she called H8034 שׁמו his name H4872 משׁה Moses: H559 ותאמר and she said, H3588 כי Because H4480 מן him out of H4325 המים the water. H4871 משׁיתהו׃ I drew
  11 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H3117 בימים days, H1992 ההם in those H1431 ויגדל was grown, H4872 משׁה when Moses H3318 ויצא that he went out H413 אל unto H251 אחיו his brethren, H7200 וירא and looked H5450 בסבלתם on their burdens: H7200 וירא and he spied H376 אישׁ   H4713 מצרי   H5221 מכה smiting H376 אישׁ   H5680 עברי   H251 מאחיו׃ one of his brethren.
  12 H6437 ויפן And he looked H3541 כה this way H3541 וכה and that way, H7200 וירא and when he saw H3588 כי that H369 אין no H376 אישׁ man, H5221 ויך he slew H853 את   H4713 המצרי the Egyptian, H2934 ויטמנהו and hid H2344 בחול׃ him in the sand.
  13 H3318 ויצא And when he went out H3117 ביום day, H8145 השׁני the second H2009 והנה behold, H8147 שׁני two H376 אנשׁים men H5680 עברים of the Hebrews H5327 נצים strove together: H559 ויאמר and he said H7563 לרשׁע to him that did the wrong, H4100 למה Wherefore H5221 תכה smitest H7453 רעך׃ thou thy fellow?
  14 H559 ויאמר And he said, H4310 מי Who H7760 שׂמך made H376 לאישׁ   H8269 שׂר thee a prince H8199 ושׁפט and a judge H5921 עלינו over H2026 הלהרגני to kill H859 אתה thou H559 אמר us? intendest H834 כאשׁר me, as H2026 הרגת thou killedst H853 את   H4713 המצרי the Egyptian? H3372 ויירא feared, H4872 משׁה And Moses H559 ויאמר and said, H403 אכן Surely H3045 נודע is known. H1697 הדבר׃ this thing
  15 H8085 וישׁמע heard H6547 פרעה Now when Pharaoh H853 את   H1697 הדבר thing, H2088 הזה this H1245 ויבקשׁ he sought H2026 להרג to slay H853 את   H4872 משׁה Moses. H1272 ויברח fled H4872 משׁה But Moses H6440 מפני from the face H6547 פרעה of Pharaoh, H3427 וישׁב and dwelt H776 בארץ in the land H4080 מדין of Midian: H3427 וישׁב and he sat down H5921 על by H875 הבאר׃ a well.
  16 H3548 ולכהן Now the priest H4080 מדין of Midian H7651 שׁבע had seven H1323 בנות daughters: H935 ותבאנה and they came H1802 ותדלנה and drew H4390 ותמלאנה and filled H853 את   H7298 הרהטים the troughs H8248 להשׁקות to water H6629 צאן flock. H1 אביהן׃ their father's
  17 H935 ויבאו came H7462 הרעים And the shepherds H1644 ויגרשׁום and drove them away: H6965 ויקם stood up H4872 משׁה but Moses H3467 ויושׁען and helped H8248 וישׁק them, and watered H853 את   H6629 צאנם׃ their flock.
  18 H935 ותבאנה And when they came H413 אל to H7467 רעואל Reuel H1 אביהן their father, H559 ויאמר he said, H4069 מדוע How H4116 מהרתן so soon H935 בא ye are come H3117 היום׃ today?
  19 H559 ותאמרן And they said, H376 אישׁ   H4713 מצרי   H5337 הצילנו delivered H3027 מיד us out of the hand H7462 הרעים of the shepherds, H1571 וגם and also H1802 דלה drew enough H1802 דלה drew enough H8248 לנו וישׁק for us, and watered H853 את   H6629 הצאן׃ the flock.
  20 H559 ויאמר And he said H413 אל unto H1323 בנתיו his daughters, H346 ואיו And where H4100 למה he? why H2088 זה it H5800 עזבתן ye have left H853 את   H376 האישׁ the man? H7121 קראן call H398 לו ויאכל him, that he may eat H3899 לחם׃ bread.
  21 H2974 ויואל was content H4872 משׁה And Moses H3427 לשׁבת to dwell H854 את with H376 האישׁ the man: H5414 ויתן and he gave H853 את   H6855 צפרה Zipporah H1323 בתו his daughter. H4872 למשׁה׃ Moses
  22 H3205 ותלד And she bore H1121 בן a son, H7121 ויקרא and he called H853 את   H8034 שׁמו his name H1647 גרשׁם   H3588 כי for H559 אמר he said, H1616 גר a stranger H1961 הייתי I have been H776 בארץ land. H5237 נכריה׃ in a strange
  23 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H3117 בימים in process of time, H7227 הרבים   H1992 ההם   H4191 וימת died: H4428 מלך that the king H4714 מצרים of Egypt H584 ויאנחו sighed H1121 בני and the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H4480 מן by reason of H5656 העבדה the bondage, H2199 ויזעקו and they cried, H5927 ותעל came up H7775 שׁועתם and their cry H413 אל unto H430 האלהים God H4480 מן by reason of H5656 העבדה׃ the bondage.
  24 H8085 וישׁמע heard H430 אלהים And God H853 את   H5009 נאקתם their groaning, H2142 ויזכר remembered H430 אלהים and God H853 את   H1285 בריתו his covenant H854 את with H85 אברהם Abraham, H854 את with H3327 יצחק Isaac, H854 ואת and with H3290 יעקב׃ Jacob.
