Haidem să luăm dela Silo chivotul legămîntului Domnului, ca să vină în mijlocul nostru, şi să ne izbăvească din mîna vrăjmaşilor noştri. 4 Poporul a trimes la Silo, de unde au adus chivotul legămîntului Domnului oştirilor, care şade între heruvimi. Cei doi fii ai lui Eli, Hofni şi Fineas, erau acolo, împreună cu chivotul legămîntului lui Dumnezeu. 5 Cînd a intrat chivotul legămîntului Domnului în tabără, tot Israelul a scos strigăte de bucurie, de s'a cutremurat pămîntul. 6 Răsunetul acestor strigăte a fost auzit de Filisteni, şi au zis:,Ce înseamnă strigătele acestea cari răsună în tabăra Evreilor`? Şi au auzit că sosise chivotul Domnului în tabără.
Ukrainian(i) 3 І прийшов народ до табору, а Ізраїлеві старші сказали: Чому вдарив нас Господь сьогодні перед филистимлянами? Візьмімо собі з Шіло ковчега Господнього заповіту, і нехай ввійде поміж нас, і нехай спасе нас із рук наших ворогів. 4 І послав народ до Шіло, і понесли звідти ковчега заповіту Господа Саваота, що сидить на херувимах. А там були двоє Ілієвих синів, Хофні та Пінхас, із ковчегом Божого заповіту. 5 І сталося, як ковчег заповіту Господнього прибув до табору, то ввесь Ізраїль скрикнув великим окриком, аж застогнала земля! 6 А филистимляни почули голос окрику, та й сказали: Що це за голос цього великого окрику в єврейському таборі? І довідалися вони, що Господній ковчег прибув до табору.
