Revelation 5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside , sealed with seven seals.

2 G2532 And G1492 I saw [G5627] G2478 a strong G32 angel G2784 proclaiming [G5723] G3173 with a loud G5456 voice G5101 , Who G2076 is [G5748] G514 worthy G455 to open [G5658] G975 the book G2532 , and G3089 to loose [G5658] G4973 the seals G846 thereof?

3 G2532 And G3762 no man G1722 in G3772 heaven G3761 , nor G1909 in G1093 earth G3761 , neither G5270 under G1093 the earth G1410 , was able [G5711] G455 to open [G5658] G975 the book G3761 , neither G991 to look [G5721] G846 thereon.

4 G2532 And G1473 I G2799 wept [G5707] G4183 much G3754 , because G3762 no man G2147 was found [G5681] G514 worthy G455 to open [G5658] G2532 and G314 to read [G5629] G975 the book G3777 , neither G991 to look [G5721] G846 thereon.

5 G2532 And G1520 one G1537 of G4245 the elders G3004 saith [G5719] G3427 unto me G2799 , Weep [G5720] G3361 not G2400 : behold [G5628] G3023 , the Lion G5607 of [G5752] G1537 G5443 the tribe G2455 of Juda G4491 , the Root G1138 of David G3528 , hath prevailed [G5656] G455 to open [G5658] G975 the book G2532 , and G3089 to loose [G5658] G2033 the seven G4973 seals G846 thereof.

6 G2532 And G1492 I beheld [G5627] G2532 , and G2400 , lo [G5628] G1722 , in G3319 the midst G2362 of the throne G2532 and G5064 of the four G2226 beasts G2532 , and G1722 in G3319 the midst G4245 of the elders G2476 , stood [G5761] G721 a Lamb G5613 as G4969 it had been slain [G5772] G2192 , having [G5723] G2033 seven G2768 horns G2532 and G2033 seven G3788 eyes G3739 , which G1526 are [G5748] G2033 the seven G4151 Spirits G2316 of God G649 sent forth [G5772] G1519 into G3956 all G1093 the earth.

7 G2532 And G2064 he came [G5627] G2532 and G2983 took [G5758] G975 the book G1537 out of G1188 the right hand G2521 of him that sat [G5740] G1909 upon G2362 the throne.

8 G2532 And G3753 when G2983 he had taken [G5627] G975 the book G5064 , the four G2226 beasts G2532 and G5064 four G1501 and twenty G4245 elders G4098 fell down [G5627] G1799 before G721 the Lamb G2192 , having [G5723] G1538 every one of them G2788 harps G2532 , and G5552 golden G5357 vials G1073 full [G5723] G2368 of odours G3739 , which G1526 are [G5748] G4335 the prayers G40 of saints.

9 G2532 And G103 they sung [G5719] G2537 a new G5603 song G3004 , saying [G5723] G1488 , Thou art [G5748] G514 worthy G2983 to take [G5629] G975 the book G2532 , and G455 to open [G5658] G4973 the seals G846 thereof G3754 : for G4969 thou wast slain [G5648] G2532 , and G59 hast redeemed [G5656] G2248 us G2316 to God G1722 by G4675 thy G129 blood G1537 out of G3956 every G5443 kindred G2532 , and G1100 tongue G2532 , and G2992 people G2532 , and G1484 nation;

10 G2532 And G4160 hast made [G5656] G2248 us G2257 unto our G2316 God G935 kings G2532 and G2409 priests G2532 : and G936 we shall reign [G5692] G1909 on G1093 the earth.

11 G2532 And G1492 I beheld [G5627] G2532 , and G191 I heard [G5656] G5456 the voice G4183 of many G32 angels G2943 round about G2362 the throne G2532 and G2226 the beasts G2532 and G4245 the elders G2532 : and G706 the number G846 of them G2258 was [G5713] G3461 ten thousand G3461 times ten thousand G2532 , and G5505 thousands G5505 of thousands;

12 G3004 Saying [G5723] G3173 with a loud G5456 voice G514 , Worthy G2076 is [G5748] G721 the Lamb G4969 that was slain [G5772] G2983 to receive [G5629] G1411 power G2532 , and G4149 riches G2532 , and G4678 wisdom G2532 , and G2479 strength G2532 , and G5092 honour G2532 , and G1391 glory G2532 , and G2129 blessing.

13 G2532 And G3956 every G2938 creature G3739 which G2076 is [G5748] G1722 in G3772 heaven G2532 , and G1722 on G1093 the earth G2532 , and G5270 under G1093 the earth G2532 , and G3739 such as G2076 are [G5748] G1909 in G2281 the sea G2532 , and G3956 all G1722 that are in G846 them G191 , heard I [G5656] G3004 saying [G5723] G2129 , Blessing G2532 , and G5092 honour G2532 , and G1391 glory G2532 , and G2904 power G2521 , be unto him that sitteth [G5740] G1909 upon G2362 the throne G2532 , and G721 unto the Lamb G1519 for G165 ever G165 and ever.

14 G2532 And G5064 the four G2226 beasts G3004 said [G5707] G281 , Amen G2532 . And G5064 the four G1501 and twenty G4245 elders G4098 fell down [G5627] G2532 and G4352 worshipped [G5656] G2198 him that liveth [G5723] G1519 for G165 ever G165 and ever.

ERV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the back, close sealed with seven seals. ² And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a great voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? ³ And no one in the heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the book, or to look thereon. ⁴ And I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open the book, or to look thereon: ⁵ and one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion that is of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath overcome, to open the book and the seven seals thereof. ⁶ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth. ⁷ And he came, and he taketh [it] out of the right hand of him that sat on the throne. ⁸ And when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy art thou to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and didst purchase unto God with thy blood [men] of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation, ¹⁰ and madest them [to be] unto our God a kingdom and priests; and they reign upon the earth. ¹¹ And I saw, and I heard a voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; ¹² saying with a great voice, Worthy is the Lamb that hath been slain to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honour, and glory, and blessing. ¹³ And every created thing which is in the heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all things that are in them, heard I saying, Unto him that sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb, [be] the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the dominion, for ever and ever. ¹⁴ And the four living creatures said, Amen. And the elders fell down and worshipped.
