Ezra 1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of Yahweh by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, Yahweh stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

3 H5971 Whoever there is among you of all his people, H430 may his God H5927 be with him, and let him go up H3389 to Jerusalem, H3063 which is in Judah, H1129 and build H1004 the house H3068 of Yahweh, H430 the God H3478 of Israel H430 (he is God), H3389 which is in Jerusalem.

4 H7604 Whoever is left, H4725 in any place H1481 where he lives, H582 let the men H4725 of his place H5375 help H3701 him with silver, H2091 with gold, H7399 with goods, H929 and with animals, H5071 besides the freewill offering H1004 for the house H430 of God H3389 which is in Jerusalem.'"

8 H3566 even those, Cyrus H4428 king H6539 of Persia H3318 brought out H3027 by the hand H4990 of Mithredath H1489 the treasurer, H5608 and numbered H8339 them to Sheshbazzar, H5387 the prince H3063 of Judah.
