3 H7650 and I will make thee swear H3068 by Jehovah, H430 the God H8064 of heaven H430 and the God H776 of the earth, H3947 that thou wilt not take H802 a wife H1121 for my son H1323 of the daughters H3669 of the Canaanites, H7130 among H3427 whom I dwell:

4 H3212 but thou shalt go H776 unto my country, H4138 and to my kindred, H3947 and take H802 a wife H1121 for my son H3327 Isaac.

5 H5650 And the servant H559 said H802 unto him, Peradventure the woman H14 will not be willing H3212 to follow H310 me H776 unto this land: H7725 must I needs bring H1121 thy son H7725 again H776 unto the land H3318 from whence thou camest?

6 H85 And Abraham H559 said H8104 unto him, Beware H7725 thou that thou bring H6435 not H1121 my son H7725 thither again.

7 H3068 Jehovah, H430 the God H8064 of heaven, H3947 who took me H1 from my father's H1004 house, H776 and from the land H4138 of my nativity, H1696 and who spake H7650 unto me, and who sware H559 unto me, saying, H2233 Unto thy seed H5414 will I give H776 this land; H7971 he will send H4397 his angel H6440 before thee, H3947 and thou shalt take H802 a wife H1121 for my son from thence.

8 H802 And if the woman H14 be not willing H3212 to follow H310 thee, H5352 then thou shalt be clear H7621 from this my oath; H7725 only thou shalt not bring H1121 my son H7725 thither again.

14 H5291 and let it come to pass, that the damsel H559 to whom I shall say, H5186 Let down H3537 thy pitcher, H8354 I pray thee, that I may drink; H559 and she shall say, H8354 Drink, H8248 and I will give H1581 thy camels H8248 drink H3198 also: let the same be she that thou hast appointed H5650 for thy servant H3327 Isaac; H3045 and thereby shall I know H6213 that thou hast showed H2617 kindness H113 unto my master.
