Numbers 16:19-41 ויקהל gathered עליהם against קרח And Korah את כל all העדה the congregation אל them unto פתח the door אהל of the tabernacle מועד of the congregation: וירא appeared כבוד and the glory יהוה of the LORD אל unto כל all העדה׃ the congregation.

19 H6950 ויקהל gathered H5921 עליהם against H7141 קרח And Korah H853 את H3605 כל all H5712 העדה the congregation H413 אל them unto H6607 פתח the door H168 אהל of the tabernacle H4150 מועד of the congregation: H7200 וירא appeared H3519 כבוד and the glory H3068 יהוה of the LORD H413 אל unto H3605 כל all H5712 העדה׃ the congregation.

20 H1696 וידבר spoke H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses H413 ואל and unto H175 אהרן Aaron, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

21 H914 הבדלו Separate yourselves H8432 מתוך from among H5712 העדה congregation, H2063 הזאת this H3615 ואכלה that I may consume H853 אתם H7281 כרגע׃ them in a moment.

22 H5307 ויפלו And they fell H5921 על upon H6440 פניהם their faces, H559 ויאמרו and said, H410 אל O God, H430 אלהי the God H7307 הרוחת of the spirits H3605 לכל of all H1320 בשׂר flesh, H376 האישׁ man H259 אחד shall one H2398 יחטא sin, H5921 ועל with H3605 כל all H5712 העדה the congregation? H7107 תקצף׃ and wilt thou be wroth

23 H1696 וידבר spoke H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

24 H1696 דבר Speak H413 אל unto H5712 העדה the congregation, H559 לאמר saying, H5927 העלו Get you up H5439 מסביב from about H4908 למשׁכן the tabernacle H7141 קרח of Korah, H1885 דתן Dathan, H48 ואבירם׃ and Abiram.

25 H6965 ויקם rose up H4872 משׁה And Moses H1980 וילך and went H413 אל unto H1885 דתן Dathan H48 ואבירם and Abiram; H1980 וילכו followed H310 אחריו followed H2205 זקני and the elders H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel

26 H1696 וידבר And he spoke H413 אל unto H5712 העדה the congregation, H559 לאמר saying, H5493 סורו Depart, H4994 נא I pray you, H5921 מעל from H168 אהלי the tents H376 האנשׁים men, H7563 הרשׁעים wicked H428 האלה of these H408 ואל nothing H5060 תגעו and touch H3605 בכל nothing H834 אשׁר H6435 להם פן of theirs, lest H5595 תספו ye be consumed H3605 בכל in all H2403 חטאתם׃ their sins.

27 H5927 ויעלו So they got up H5921 מעל from H4908 משׁכן the tabernacle H7141 קרח of Korah, H1885 דתן Dathan, H48 ואבירם and Abiram, H5439 מסביב on every side: H1885 ודתן and Dathan H48 ואבירם and Abiram H3318 יצאו came out, H5324 נצבים and stood H6607 פתח in the door H168 אהליהם of their tents, H802 ונשׁיהם and their wives, H1121 ובניהם and their sons, H2945 וטפם׃ and their little children.

28 H559 ויאמר said, H4872 משׁה And Moses H2063 בזאת Hereby H3045 תדעון ye shall know H3588 כי that H3068 יהוה the LORD H7971 שׁלחני hath sent H6213 לעשׂות me to do H853 את H3605 כל all H4639 המעשׂים works; H428 האלה these H3588 כי for H3808 לא not H3820 מלבי׃ of mine own mind.

29 H518 אם If H4194 כמות the common death H3605 כל of all H120 האדם men, H4191 ימתון men die H428 אלה these H6486 ופקדת the visitation H3605 כל of all H120 האדם men; H6485 יפקד or if they be visited H5921 עליהם after H3808 לא hath not H3068 יהוה the LORD H7971 שׁלחני׃ sent

30 H518 ואם But if H1278 בריאה a new thing, H1254 יברא make H3068 יהוה the LORD H6475 ופצתה open H127 האדמה and the earth H853 את H6310 פיה her mouth, H1104 ובלעה H853 אתם H853 ואת H3605 כל with all H834 אשׁר that H3381 להם וירדו unto them, and they go down H2416 חיים quick H7585 שׁאלה into the pit; H3045 וידעתם then ye shall understand H3588 כי that H5006 נאצו have provoked H376 האנשׁים men H428 האלה these H853 את H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

31 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H3615 ככלתו as he had made an end H1696 לדבר of speaking H853 את H3605 כל all H1697 הדברים words, H428 האלה these H1234 ותבקע cleaved asunder H127 האדמה that the ground H834 אשׁר that H8478 תחתיהם׃ under

32 H6605 ותפתח opened H776 הארץ And the earth H853 את H6310 פיה her mouth, H1104 ותבלע H853 אתם H853 ואת H1004 בתיהם and their houses, H853 ואת H3605 כל and all H120 האדם the men H834 אשׁר that H7141 לקרח unto Korah, H853 ואת H3605 כל and all H7399 הרכושׁ׃ goods.

33 H3381 וירדו to them, went down H1992 הם They, H3605 וכל and all H834 אשׁר that H2416 להם חיים alive H7585 שׁאלה into the pit, H3680 ותכס closed H5921 עליהם upon H776 הארץ and the earth H6 ויאבדו them: and they perished H8432 מתוך from among H6951 הקהל׃ the congregation.

34 H3605 וכל And all H3478 ישׂראל Israel H834 אשׁר that H5439 סביבתיהם round about H5127 נסו them fled H6963 לקלם at the cry H3588 כי of them: for H559 אמרו they said, H6435 פן Lest H1104 תבלענו swallow us up H776 הארץ׃ the earth

35 H784 ואשׁ a fire H3318 יצאה And there came out H853 מאת H3068 יהוה the LORD, H398 ותאכל and consumed H853 את H2572 החמשׁים and fifty H3967 ומאתים the two hundred H376 אישׁ men H7126 מקריבי that offered H7004 הקטרת׃ incense.

36 H1696 וידבר spoke H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

37 H559 אמר Speak H413 אל unto H499 אלעזר Eleazar H1121 בן the son H175 אהרן of Aaron H3548 הכהן the priest, H7311 וירם that he take up H853 את H4289 המחתת the censers H996 מבין out of H8316 השׂרפה the burning, H853 ואת H784 האשׁ thou the fire H2219 זרה and scatter H1973 הלאה yonder; H3588 כי for H6942 קדשׁו׃ they are hallowed.

38 H853 את H4289 מחתות The censers H2400 החטאים sinners H428 האלה of these H5315 בנפשׁתם against their own souls, H6213 ועשׂו H853 אתם H7555 רקעי them broad H6341 פחים plates H6826 צפוי a covering H4196 למזבח of the altar: H3588 כי for H7126 הקריבם they offered H6440 לפני them before H3068 יהוה the LORD, H6942 ויקדשׁו therefore they are hallowed: H1961 ויהיו and they shall be H226 לאות a sign H1121 לבני unto the children H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

39 H3947 ויקח took H499 אלעזר And Eleazar H3548 הכהן the priest H853 את H4289 מחתות censers, H5178 הנחשׁת the brazen H834 אשׁר wherewith H7126 הקריבו had offered; H8313 השׂרפים they that were burnt H7554 וירקעום and they were made broad H6826 צפוי a covering H4196 למזבח׃ of the altar:

40 H2146 זכרון a memorial H1121 לבני unto the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H4616 למען that H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא no H7126 יקרב come near H376 אישׁ stranger, H2114 זר stranger, H834 אשׁר as H3808 לא not H2233 מזרע of the seed H175 אהרן of Aaron, H1931 הוא which H6999 להקטיר to offer H7004 קטרת incense H6440 לפני before H3068 יהוה the LORD; H3808 ולא not H1961 יהיה that he be H7141 כקרח as Korah, H5712 וכעדתו and as his company: H834 כאשׁר H1696 דבר said H3068 יהוה the LORD H3027 ביד to him by the hand H4872 משׁה׃ of Moses.

41 H3885 וילנו murmured H3605 כל all H5712 עדת the congregation H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H4283 ממחרת H5921 על against H4872 משׁה Moses H5921 ועל and against H175 אהרן Aaron, H559 לאמר saying, H859 אתם Ye H4191 המתם have killed H853 את H5971 עם the people H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD.
