Luke 5:18-26

  18 G2532 And G2400 [G5628] , behold G435 , men G5342 [G5723] brought G1909 in G2825 a bed G444 a man G3739 who G2258 [G5713] was G3886 [G5772] sick with the palsy G2532 : and G2212 [G5707] they sought G1533 0 means to bring G846 him G1533 [G5629] in G2532 , and G5087 [G5629] to lay G1799 him before G846 him.

  19 G2532 And G2147 0 when they could G3361 not G2147 [G5631] find G1223 by G4169 what G1533 0 way they might bring G846 him G1533 [G5632] in G1223 because G3793 of the multitude G305 [G5631] , they went G1909 upon G1430 the housetop G2524 0 , and let G846 him G2524 [G5656] down G1223 through G2766 the tiling G4862 with G2826 his couch G1519 into G3319 the midst G1715 before G2424 Jesus.

  20 G2532 And G1492 [G5631] when he saw G846 their G4102 faith G2036 [G5627] , he said G846 to him G444 , { Man G4675 , thy G266 sins G863 [G5769] are forgiven G4671 thee.}

  21 G2532 And G1122 the scribes G2532 and G5330 the Pharisees G756 [G5662] began G1260 [G5738] to reason G3004 [G5723] , saying G5101 , Who G2076 [G5748] is G3778 this G3739 who G2980 [G5719] speaketh G988 blasphemies G5101 ? Who G1410 [G5736] can G863 [G5721] forgive G266 sins G1508 , but G2316 God G3441 alone?

  22 G1161 But G2424 when Jesus G1921 [G5631] perceived G846 their G1261 thoughts G611 [G5679] , he answering G2036 [G5627] said G4314 to G846 them G5101 , { Why G1260 [G5736] reason ye G1722 in G5216 your G2588 hearts?}

  23 G5101 { Which G2076 [G5748] is G2123 easier G2036 [G5629] , to say G4675 , Thy G266 sins G863 [G5769] are forgiven G4671 thee G2228 ; or G2036 [G5629] to say G1453 [G5669] , Rise G2532 and G4043 [G5720] walk?}

  24 G1161 { But G2443 that G1492 [G5762] ye may know G3754 that G5207 the Son G444 of man G2192 [G5719] hath G1849 authority G1909 upon G1093 earth G863 [G5721] to forgive G266 sins G2036 [G5627] ,} (he said G3886 [G5772] to the sick with the palsy G3004 [G5719] ,) { I say G4671 to thee G1453 [G5669] , Arise G2532 , and G142 [G5660] take up G4675 thy G2826 couch G4198 [G5737] , and go G1519 into G4675 thy G3624 house.}

  25 G2532 And G3916 immediately G450 [G5631] he arose G1799 before G846 them G142 [G5660] , and took up G3739 what G2621 [G5711] he had been laying G1909 on G565 [G5627] , and departed G1519 to G846 his own G3624 house G1392 [G5723] , glorifying G2316 God.

  26 G2532 And G2983 [G5627] they were G537 all G1611 amazed G2532 , and G1392 [G5707] they glorified G2316 God G2532 , and G4130 [G5681] were filled G5401 with fear G3004 [G5723] , saying G3754 , G1492 [G5627] We have seen G3861 strange things G4594 to day.
