Jeremiah 15 ויאמר Then said יהוה the LORD אלי unto אם me, Though יעמד stood משׁה Moses ושׁמואל and Samuel לפני before אין not נפשׁי me, my mind אל toward העם people: הזה this שׁלח cast מעל out of פני my sight, ויצאו׃ and let them go forth.

2 H1961 והיה And it shall come to pass, H3588 כי if H559 יאמרו they say H413 אליך unto H575 אנה thee, Whither H3318 נצא shall we go forth? H559 ואמרת then thou shalt tell H413 אליהם then thou shalt tell H3541 כה them, Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD; H834 אשׁר Such as H4194 למות for death, H4194 למות to death; H834 ואשׁר and such as H2719 לחרב for the sword, H2719 לחרב to the sword; H834 ואשׁר and such as H7458 לרעב for the famine, H7458 לרעב to the famine; H834 ואשׁר and such as H7628 לשׁבי for the captivity, H7628 לשׁבי׃ to the captivity.

3 H6485 ופקדתי And I will appoint H5921 עליהם over H702 ארבע them four H4940 משׁפחות kinds, H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה the LORD: H853 את H2719 החרב the sword H2026 להרג to slay, H853 ואת H3611 הכלבים and the dogs H5498 לסחב to tear, H853 ואת H5775 עוף and the fowls H8064 השׁמים of the heaven, H853 ואת H929 בהמת and the beasts H776 הארץ of the earth, H398 לאכל to devour H7843 ולהשׁחית׃ and destroy.

4 H5414 ונתתים And I will cause H2113 לזועה H3605 לכל into all H4467 ממלכות kingdoms H776 הארץ of the earth, H1558 בגלל because of H4519 מנשׁה Manasseh H1121 בן the son H2396 יחזקיהו H4428 מלך king H3063 יהודה of Judah, H5921 על for H834 אשׁר which H6213 עשׂה he did H3389 בירושׁלם׃ in Jerusalem.

5 H3588 כי For H4310 מי who H2550 יחמל shall have pity H5921 עליך upon H3389 ירושׁלם thee, O Jerusalem? H4310 ומי or who H5110 ינוד shall bemoan H4310 לך ומי thee? or who H5493 יסור shall go aside H7592 לשׁאל to ask H7965 לשׁלם׃ how thou doest?

6 H859 את Thou H5203 נטשׁת hast forsaken H853 אתי H5002 נאם me, saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H268 אחור backward: H1980 תלכי thou art gone H5186 ואט therefore will I stretch out H853 את H3027 ידי my hand H5921 עליך against H7843 ואשׁחיתך thee, and destroy H3811 נלאיתי thee; I am weary H5162 הנחם׃ with repenting.

7 H2219 ואזרם And I will fan H4214 במזרה them with a fan H8179 בשׁערי in the gates H776 הארץ of the land; H7921 שׁכלתי I will bereave H6 אבדתי of children, I will destroy H853 את H5971 עמי my people, H1870 מדרכיהם from their ways. H3808 לוא not H7725 שׁבו׃ they return

8 H6105 עצמו are increased H490 לי אלמנתו Their widows H2344 מחול to me above the sand H3220 ימים of the seas: H935 הבאתי I have brought H1992 להם H5921 על upon them against H517 אם the mother H970 בחור of the young men H7703 שׁדד a spoiler H6672 בצהרים at noonday: H5307 הפלתי I have caused to fall H5921 עליה upon H6597 פתאם it suddenly, H5892 עיר upon the city. H928 ובהלות׃ and terrors

9 H535 אמללה languisheth: H3205 ילדת She that hath borne H7651 השׁבעה seven H5301 נפחה she hath given up H5315 נפשׁה the ghost; H935 באה is gone down H8121 שׁמשׁה her sun H5750 בעד while H3119 יומם yet day: H954 בושׁה she hath been ashamed H2659 וחפרה and confounded: H7611 ושׁאריתם and the residue H2719 לחרב to the sword H5414 אתן of them will I deliver H6440 לפני before H341 איביהם their enemies, H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

10 H188 אוי Woe H517 לי אמי is me, my mother, H3588 כי that H3205 ילדתני thou hast borne H376 אישׁ me a man H7379 ריב of strife H376 ואישׁ and a man H4066 מדון of contention H3605 לכל to the whole H776 הארץ earth! H3808 לא I have neither H5383 נשׁיתי lent on usury, H3808 ולא nor H5383 נשׁו men have lent to me on usury; H3605 בי כלה every one H7043 מקללוני׃ of them doth curse

11 H559 אמר said, H3068 יהוה The LORD H518 אם verily H3808 לא verily H8325 שׁרותך H2896 לטוב it shall be well H518 אם H3808 לוא H6293 הפגעתי to entreat H6256 בך בעת thee in the time H7451 רעה of evil H6256 ובעת and in the time H6869 צרה of affliction. H853 את H341 האיב׃ I will cause the enemy

12 H7489 הירע break H1270 ברזל Shall iron H1270 ברזל iron H6828 מצפון the northern H5178 ונחשׁת׃ and the steel?

13 H2428 חילך Thy substance H214 ואוצרותיך and thy treasures H957 לבז to the spoil H5414 אתן will I give H3808 לא without H4242 במחיר price, H3605 ובכל and for all H2403 חטאותיך thy sins, H3605 ובכל even in all H1366 גבוליך׃ thy borders.

14 H5674 והעברתי And I will make to pass H854 את with H341 איביך thine enemies H776 בארץ into a land H3808 לא not: H3045 ידעת thou knowest H3588 כי for H784 אשׁ a fire H6919 קדחה is kindled H639 באפי in mine anger, H5921 עליכם upon H3344 תוקד׃ shall burn

15 H859 אתה thou H3045 ידעת knowest: H3068 יהוה O LORD, H2142 זכרני remember H6485 ופקדני me, and visit H5358 והנקם me, and revenge H7291 לי מרדפי me of my persecutors; H408 אל me not H750 לארך away in thy longsuffering: H639 אפך away in thy longsuffering: H3947 תקחני take H3045 דע know H5375 שׂאתי thy sake I have suffered H5921 עליך that for H2781 חרפה׃ rebuke.

16 H4672 נמצאו were found, H1697 דבריך Thy words H398 ואכלם and I did eat H1961 ויהי was H1697 דבריך them; and thy word H8342 לי לשׂשׂון unto me the joy H8057 ולשׂמחת and rejoicing H3824 לבבי of mine heart: H3588 כי for H7121 נקרא I am called H8034 שׁמך thy name, H5921 עלי by H3068 יהוה O LORD H430 אלהי God H6635 צבאות׃ of hosts.

17 H3808 לא not H3427 ישׁבתי I sat H5475 בסוד in the assembly H7832 משׂחקים of the mockers, H5937 ואעלז nor rejoiced; H6440 מפני because H3027 ידך of thy hand: H910 בדד alone H3427 ישׁבתי I sat H3588 כי for H2195 זעם me with indignation. H4390 מלאתני׃ thou hast filled

18 H4100 למה Why H1961 היה is H3511 כאבי my pain H5331 נצח perpetual, H4347 ומכתי and my wound H605 אנושׁה incurable, H3985 מאנה refuseth H7495 הרפא to be healed? H1961 היו wilt thou be altogether H1961 תהיה wilt thou be altogether H3644 לי כמו unto me as H391 אכזב a liar, H4325 מים waters H3808 לא fail? H539 נאמנו׃ fail?

19 H3651 לכן Therefore H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H518 אם If H7725 תשׁוב thou return, H7725 ואשׁיבך then will I bring thee again, H6440 לפני before H5975 תעמד thou shalt stand H518 ואם me: and if H3318 תוציא thou take forth H3368 יקר the precious H2151 מזולל from the vile, H6310 כפי as my mouth: H1961 תהיה thou shalt be H7725 ישׁבו let them return H1992 המה H413 אליך unto H859 ואתה thou H3808 לא not H7725 תשׁוב thee; but return H413 אליהם׃ unto

20 H5414 ונתתיך And I will make H5971 לעם people H2088 הזה thee unto this H2346 לחומת wall: H5178 נחשׁת brazen H1219 בצורה a fenced H3898 ונלחמו and they shall fight H413 אליך against H3808 ולא thee, but they shall not H3201 יוכלו prevail H3588 לך כי against thee: for H854 אתך with H589 אני I H3467 להושׁיעך thee to save H5337 ולהצילך thee and to deliver H5002 נאם thee, saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

21 H5337 והצלתיך And I will deliver H3027 מיד thee out of the hand H7451 רעים of the wicked, H6299 ופדתיך and I will redeem H3709 מכף thee out of the hand H6184 ערצים׃ of the terrible.
