Proverbs 6:20-7:27

ASV_Strongs(i)
20 H1121 My son, H5341 keep H4687 the commandment H1 of thy father, H5203 And forsake H8451 not the law H517 of thy mother:
21 H7194 Bind H8548 them continually H3820 upon thy heart; H6029 Tie H1621 them about thy neck.
22 H1980 When thou walkest, H5148 it shall lead H7901 thee; When thou sleepest, H8104 it shall watch H6974 over thee; And when thou awakest, H7878 it shall talk with thee.
23 H4687 For the commandment H5216 is a lamp; H8451 And the law H216 is light; H8433 And reproofs H4148 of instruction H1870 are the way H2416 of life:
24 H8104 To keep H7451 thee from the evil H802 woman, H2513 From the flattery H5237 of the foreigner's H3956 tongue.
25 H2530 Lust H3308 not after her beauty H3824 in thy heart; H3947 Neither let her take H6079 thee with her eyelids.
26 H1157 For on account of H802 a H2181 harlot H3603 a man is brought to a piece H3899 of bread; H802 And the adulteress H6679 hunteth H3368 for the precious H5315 life.
27 H376 Can a man H2846 take H784 fire H2436 in his bosom, H899 And his clothes H8313 not be burned?
28 H376 Or can one H1980 walk H1513 upon hot coals, H7272 And his feet H3554 not be scorched?
29 H935 So he that goeth in H7453 to his neighbor's H802 wife; H5060 Whosoever toucheth H5352 her shall not be unpunished.
30 H936 Men do not despise H1590 a thief, H1589 if he steal H4390 To satisfy H5315 himself H7456 when he is hungry:
31 H4672 But if he be found, H7999 he shall restore H7659 sevenfold; H5414 He shall give H1952 all the substance H1004 of his house.
32 H5003 He that committeth adultery H802 with a woman H2638 is void H3820 of understanding: H6213 He doeth H7843 it who would destroy H5315 his own soul.
33 H5061 Wounds H7036 and dishonor H4672 shall he get; H2781 And his reproach H4229 shall not be wiped away.
34 H7068 For jealousy H2534 is the rage H1397 of a man; H2550 And he will not spare H3117 in the day H5359 of vengeance.
35 H5375 He will not regard H3724 any ransom; H14 Neither will he rest content, H7235 though thou givest many H7810 gifts.

1 H1121 My son, H8104 keep H561 my words, H6845 And lay up H4687 my commandments with thee.
2 H8104 Keep H4687 my commandments H2421 and live; H8451 And my law H380 as the apple H5869 of thine eye.
3 H7194 Bind H676 them upon thy fingers; H3789 Write H3871 them upon the tablet H3820 of thy heart.
4 H559 Say H2451 unto wisdom, H269 Thou art my sister; H7121 And call H998 understanding H4129 thy kinswoman:
5 H8104 That they may keep H2114 thee from the strange H802 woman, H5237 From the foreigner H2505 that flattereth H561 with her words.
  6 H2474 For at the window H1004 of my house H8259 I looked H822 forth through my lattice;
  7 H7200 And I beheld H6612 among the simple ones, H995 I discerned H1121 among the youths, H5288 A young man H2638 void H3820 of understanding,
8 H5674 Passing through H7784 the street H681 near H6434 her corner; H6805 And he went H1870 the way H1004 to her house,
9 H5399 In the twilight, H3117 in the evening H380 of the day, In the middle H3915 of the night H653 and in the darkness.
10 H7125 And, behold, there met H802 him a woman H7897 With the attire H2181 of a harlot, H5341 and wily H3820 of heart.
11 H1993 (She is clamorous H5637 and wilful; H7272 Her feet H7931 abide H1004 not in her house:
12 H6471 Now H7339 she is in the streets, H6471 now H7339 in the broad H693 places, And lieth in wait H681 at H6438 every corner.)
13 H2388 So she caught H5401 him, and kissed H5810 him, And with an impudent H6440 face H559 she said unto him:
  14 H8002 Sacrifices H2077 of peace-offerings H3117 are with me; This day H7999 have I paid H5088 my vows.
15 H3318 Therefore came I forth H7125 to meet H7836 thee, Diligently to seek H6440 thy face, H4672 and I have found thee.
16 H7234 I have spread H6210 my couch H4765 with carpets H2405 of tapestry, With striped H330 cloths of the yarn H4714 of Egypt.
  17 H5130 I have perfumed H4904 my bed H4753 With myrrh, H174 aloes, H7076 and cinnamon.
18 H3212 Come, H7301 let us take our fill H1730 of love H1242 until the morning; H5965 Let us solace H159 ourselves with loves.
19 H376 For the man H1004 is not at home; H1980 He is gone H7350 a long H1870 journey:
20 H3947 He hath taken H6872 a bag H3701 of money H3027 with him; H935 He will come H1004 home H3117 at the full H3677 moon.
21 H7230 With her much H3948 fair speech H5186 she causeth him to yield; H2506 With the flattering H8193 of her lips H5080 she forceth him along.
  22 H1980 He goeth H310 after H6597 her straightway, H7794 As an ox H935 goeth H2874 to the slaughter, H5914 Or as one in fetters H4148 to the correction H191 of the fool;
23 H2671 Till an arrow H6398 strike H3516 through his liver; H6833 As a bird H4116 hasteth H6341 to the snare, H3045 And knoweth H5315 not that it is for his life.
24 H1121 Now therefore, my sons, H8085 hearken H7181 unto me, And attend H561 to the words H6310 of my mouth.
25 H3820 Let not thy heart H7847 decline H1870 to her ways; H8582 Go not astray H5410 in her paths.
26 H5307 For she hath cast down H7227 many H2491 wounded: H2026 Yea, all her slain H6099 are a mighty host.
27 H1004 Her house H1870 is the way H7585 to Sheol, H3381 Going down H2315 to the chambers H4194 of death.
