Thomson(i) 20 Then the Lord said to Moses, I am merciful to them according to thy word. 21 But as I live, and my name liveth, and the glory of the Lord shall fill the whole earth; 22 because all these men, who have seen my glory, and the wonders which I have done in Egypt, and in this wilderness, have actually tempted me now the tenth time, and have not hearkened to my voice, 23 they indeed shall not see the land which I, with an oath, promised their fathers. But with regard to their children who are here with me; as many as have not known good or evil; every one who is too young to be taught by experience, to them I will give the land. As for all them who have provoked me, they shall not see it; 24 But with regard to my servant Chaleb, because there was a different spirit in him, and he followed me, him I will bring into the land to which he went, and his seed shall inherit it. 25 Now the Amalekites and the Chananites dwell in that valley, turn therefore to-morrow, and remove into the wilderness by the way to the Red sea. 26 Moreover the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 27 How long shall I bear with this wicked congregation? I have heard what they murmur before me; the murmuring of the Israelites which they have uttered concerning you, 28 Say to them, As I live, saith the Lord, As you have spoken in my hearing, so will I actually do to you. 29 In this wilderness your carcasses shall fall; the whole review of you; even all of you who have been reviewed, from twenty years old, and upwards, who have murmured against me. 30 None of you shall come into that land, respecting which I stretched forth my hand to cause you to dwell therein, save only Chaleb son of Jephonne, and Joshua son of Nave. 31 But as for your children, which you said would be for a prey, them I will bring into the land, and they shall inherit that land which you have rejected. 32 Your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness, and in this wilderness 33 your children shall be fed forty years. They shall bear your whoredom until your carcasses are consumed in the wilderness. 34 According to the number of days in which you explored the land, counting each of the forty days a year, you shall bear your sins forty years, and shall know the vengeance of my wrath.

Leeser(i) 20 And the Lord said, I have pardoned according to thy word. 21 But as truly as I live, and as all the earth is filled with the glory of the Lord:— 22 That all the men who have seen my glory, and my signs, which I have displayed in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice, 23 Shall surely not see the land which I have sworn unto their fathers, yea all those that have provoked me shall not see it. 24 But my servant Caleb, as a reward that he had another spirit with him, and followed me fully,—therefore will I bring him into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it. 25 And the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwell in the valley: tomorrow turn you, and set forward into the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea. 26 And the Lord spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 27 How long shall indulgence be given to this evil congregation, that murmur against me? the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me, have I heard. 28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in my ears, so will I do to you: 29 In this wilderness shall your carcasses fall, and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward; ye who have murmured against me; 30 Truly ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I have lifted up my hand to let you dwell therein; save Caleb the son of Yephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 But your little ones of which ye said, They would become a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised. 32 But as for you, your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness. 33 And your children shall wander about in the wilderness forty years, and bear your backslidings, until your carcasses be spent in the wilderness. 34 After the number of the days in which ye spied out the land, forty days, yea, each one day for a year, shall ye bear for your iniquities, forty years; and ye shall experience my withdrawal of protection.
YLT(i) 20 And Jehovah saith, `I have forgiven, according to thy word; 21 and yet, I live—and it is filled—the whole earth—with the honour of Jehovah; 22 for all the men who are seeing My honour, and My signs, which I have done in Egypt, and in the wilderness, and try Me these ten times, and have not hearkened to My voice— 23 they see not the land which I have sworn to their fathers, yea, none of those despising Me see it; 24 and My servant Caleb, because there hath been another spirit with him, and he is fully after Me—I have brought him in unto the land whither he hath entered, and his seed doth possess it. 25 `And the Amalekite and the Canaanite are dwelling in the valley; to-morrow turn ye and journey for yourselves into the wilderness—the way of the Red Sea.' 26 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Aaron, saying, 27 `Until when hath this evil company that which they are murmuring against Me? the murmurings of the sons of Israel, which they are murmuring against Me, I have heard; 28 say unto them, I live—an affirmation of Jehovah—if, as ye have spoken in Mine ears—so I do not to you; 29 in this wilderness do your carcases fall, even all your numbered ones, to all your number, from a son of twenty years and upward, who have murmured against Me; 30 ye—ye come not in unto the land which I have lifted up My hand to cause you to tabernacle in it, except Caleb son of Jephunneh, and Joshua son of Nun. 31 `As to your infants—of whom ye have said, A spoil they are become—I have even brought them in, and they have known the land which ye have kicked against; 32 as to you—your carcases do fall in this wilderness, 33 and your sons are evil in the wilderness forty years, and have borne your whoredoms till your carcases are consumed in the wilderness; 34 by the number of the days in which ye spied the land, forty days, —a day for a year, a day for a year—ye do bear your iniquities, forty years, and ye have known my breaking off;

Rotherham(i) 20 And Yahweh said, I have pardoned, according to thy word; 21 Nevertheless, as I, live,––and that all the earth may be filled with the glory of Yahweh, 22 Verily, none of the men who have been beholding my glory and my signs, which I have done in Egypt, and in the desert,––and have put me to the proof these ten times, and have not hearkened unto my voice, 23 shall see the land, which I sware to their fathers,––yea, none of my despisers, shall see it. 24 But, my servant Caleb––because there was another spirit with him, and he followed me fully, therefore will I bring him into the land whereinto he entered, and, his seed, shall possess it. 25 Now, the Amalekites and the Canaanites, are dwelling in the valley,––tomorrow, turn ye away; and set yourselves forward towards the desert, by the way of the Red Sea. 26 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying: 27 How long, as regardeth this evil assembly, are, they, to be murmuring against me? The murmuring of the sons of Israel, which, they, have been murmuring against me, have I heard. 28 Say unto them: As I live, is the oracle of Yahweh: Surely, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so, will I do unto you:–– 29 In this desert, shall your dead bodies fall, And, none of you who were numbered, in all your counting, from twenty years old and upwards,––who have murmured against me, 30 none of you, shall enter into the land, as to which I uplifted my hand, to give you an abode therein,––save Caleb, son of Jephunneh, and Joshua, son of Nun: 31 whereas, your little ones, of whom ye said, they should become, a prey, I will bring them in, and they shall acknowledge the land which ye refused. 32 But, your own dead bodies, shall fall in this desert; 33 and, your sons, shall be shepherds in the desert forty years, and shall bear your unchastities,––until your dead bodies are consumed in the desert. 34 By the number of the days, wherein ye spied out the land––forty days, each day for a year, shall they bear your iniquities––forty years,––so shall ye know my opposition.
CLV(i) 20 Yahweh said:I have pardoned them according to your word. 21 Howbeit, as I am the living One, and as all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Yahweh, 22 all the men who were seeing My glory and My signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, who probed Me these ten times and they did not hearken to My voice, 23 they assuredly shall not see the land about which I had sworn to their fathers! All who are spurning Me shall not see it. 24 Yet My servant Caleb, inasmuch as there is another spirit with him and he is following fully after Me, I will bring him to the land where he will enter, and his seed shall prepare it for tenancy. 25 Since the Amalekite and the Canaanite are dwelling in the vale, turn around tomorrow and journey; get yourself on to the wilderness, the Sea of Weeds road. 26 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying. 27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, they who are grumbling against Me? I have heard the grumblings of the sons of Israel which they are grumbling against Me. 28 Say to them:As I am the living One (this is the averring of Yahweh), just as you have spoken into My ears so shall I assuredly do to you. 29 In this wilderness your corpses shall fall:all your mustered ones, all of your number, from twenty years old and upward, you who have murmured against Me, 30 you yourselves shall assuredly not come into the land in which I lifted My hand to tabernacle you, none save Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun. 31 As for your little ones of whom you have said:They shall be taken as plunder, I will also bring them in, and they will know the land which you have rejected. 32 As for you, your corpses shall fall in this wilderness, 33 and your sons shall be shepherds in the wilderness for forty years, and they will bear your prostitutions until your corpses are spent in the wilderness. 34 By the number of the days in which you explored the land, forty days, a day for a year, a day for a year, shall you bear your depravities:forty years; thus you will realize My repudiation.
BBE(i) 20 And the Lord said, I have had mercy, as you say: 21 But truly, as I am living, and as all the earth will be full of the glory of the Lord; 22 Because all these men, having seen my glory and the signs which I have done in Egypt and in the waste land, still have put me to the test ten times, and have not given ear to my voice; 23 They will not see the land about which I made an oath to their fathers; not one of these by whom I have not been honoured will see it. 24 But my servant Caleb, because he had a different spirit in him, and has been true to me with all his heart, him I will take into that land into which he went, and his seed will have it for their heritage. 25 Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites are in the valley; tomorrow, turning round, go into the waste land by the way to the Red Sea. 26 Then the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 27 How long am I to put up with this evil people and their outcries against me? The words which they say against me have come to my ears. 28 Say to them, By my life, says the Lord, as certainly as your words have come to my ears, so certainly will I do this to you: 29 Your dead bodies will be stretched out in this waste land; and of all your number, all those of twenty years old and over who have been crying out against me, 30 Not one will come into the land which I gave my word you would have for your resting-place, but only Caleb, the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua, the son of Nun. 31 And your little ones, whom you said would come into strange hands, I will take in, and they will see the land which you would not have. 32 But as for you, your dead bodies will be stretched in this waste land. 33 And your children will be wanderers in the waste land for forty years, undergoing punishment for your false ways, till your bodies become dust in the waste land. 34 And as you went through the land viewing it for forty days, so for forty years, a year for every day, you will undergo punishment for your wrongdoing, and you will see that I am against you.
MKJV(i) 20 And Jehovah said, I have pardoned according to your word. 21 But truly, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Jehovah. 22 Because all those men who have seen My glory and My miracles which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted Me now these ten times, and have not listened to My voice, 23 surely they shall not see the land which I swore to their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked Me see it. 24 But My servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and has followed Me fully, I will bring him into the land into which he went. And his seed shall possess it. 25 (Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites lived in the valley.) Tomorrow turn and go into the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea. 26 And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying, 27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmurs against Me? I have heard the murmurings of the sons of Israel which they murmur against Me. 28 Say to them, As I live, says Jehovah, as you have spoken in My ears, so I will do to you. 29 Your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, who have murmured against Me, 30 you shall certainly not come into the land which I swore to make you live in, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 But your little ones, which you said should be a prey, I will bring them in and they shall know the land which you have despised. 32 But as for you, your bodies shall fall in this wilderness. 33 And your sons shall feed in the wilderness forty years and bear your fornications, until your dead bodies have wasted in the wilderness. 34 According to the number of the days in which you searched the land, forty days, each day for a year you shall bear your iniquities, forty years; and you shall know My alienation.
LITV(i) 20 And Jehovah said, I have forgiven according to your words; 21 but as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Jehovah; 22 for all the men who are seeing My glory, and My miracles which I have done in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tried Me these ten times, and have not listened to My voice, 23 they shall not see the land which I have sworn to their fathers. Yea, not one of those scorning Me shall see it. 24 And My servant Caleb, because there is another spirit in him, and he is fully following Me, I shall bring him into the land into which he has gone, and his seed shall possess it. 25 And the Amalekite and the Canaanite were living in the valley. Tomorrow turn and pull up stakes for yourselves; going into the wilderness, the way of the Sea of Reeds. 26 And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying, 27 Until when shall I bear with this evil company who are murmuring against Me? I have heard the murmurings of the sons of Israel which they are murmuring against Me. 28 Say to them, As I live, says Jehovah, as surely as you have spoken in My ears, so I will do to you. 29 Your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, even all your numbered ones, as to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, in that you have murmured against Me. 30 You shall certainly not come into the land which I lifted up My hand to cause you to live in it, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 As for your infants, of whom you have said, They shall be a prey, I shall bring them in, and they shall know the land which you have rejected. 32 As for you, your carcases shall fall in this wilderness. 33 And your sons shall be shepherds in the wilderness forty years, and shall bear your fornications until your carcases are wasted in the wilderness; 34 by the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, a day for a year, a day for a year; you shall bear your iniquities forty years; you shall know My alienation from you .

YAH VEH FORGIVES THE SONS OF YISRA EL
And Yah Veh says, I forgive according to your word: 21 but as truly as I live, all the earth fills with the honor of Yah Veh. 22 Because all those men who see my honor and my signs which I worked in Misrayim and in the wilderness; and now they test me these ten times and hearken not to my voice; 23 neither they see the land I oathed to their fathers, nor any who scorn me see it 24 - except my servant Kaleb: because there becomes another spirit with him and follows me fully - him I bring to the land he goes; and his seed possesses it. 25 And the Amaleqiy and the Kenaaniy settle in the valley. Tomorrow, pull stakes, to the face of the wilderness by the way of the Reed sea. 26 And Yah Veh words to Mosheh and to Aharon, saying, 27 Until when murmur they this evil witness against me? I hear the murmurings the sons of Yisra El murmur against me. 28 Say to them, I live, - an oracle of Yah Veh, as you word in my ears, thus work I to you: 29 your carcases fall in this wilderness; and all those mustered of you, according to your whole number, sons of twenty years and upward who complain against me 30 you - you come not into the land, which I lifted my hand that you tabernacle therein - except Kaleb the son of Yephunneh and Yah Shua the son of Nun: 31 and your toddlers, whom you say are a plunder, them bring I in; that they know the land you spurned. 32 And as for you, your carcases - they fall in this wilderness: 33 and your sons tend in the wilderness forty years and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases are consumed in the wilderness. 34 As the number of the days you explored the land - forty days, a day for a year, a day for a year, you bear your perversities - forty years that you know my alienation.

EJ2000(i) 20 ¶ Then the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word. 21 But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD. 22 Because all those men who saw my glory and my signs which I have done in Egypt and in the wilderness and have tempted me now these ten times and have not hearkened to my voice, 23 surely they shall not see the land which I swore unto their fathers, neither shall any of those that provoked me see it. 24 But my slave Caleb, because there was another spirit in him, and he proved to follow after me, I will bring him into the land that he entered into, and his seed shall receive it by inheritance, 25 and even the Amalekite and the Canaanite who dwell in the valley. Turn around tomorrow and go into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea. 26 And the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 27 How long shall I hear this evil congregation, which murmurs against me, the complaints of the sons of Israel, which they murmur against me? 28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, according as ye have spoken in my ears, so will I do to you. 29 Your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness, all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, who have murmured against me; 30 doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I swore to make you dwell therein, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 But your little ones, whom ye said should be a prey, I will bring them in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised. 32 But as for you, your carcasses, they shall fall in this wilderness. 33 And your children shall be shepherded in the wilderness forty years and bear your fornications until your carcasses are wasted in the wilderness. 34 After the number of the days in which ye spied out the land, even forty days, each day for a year, ye shall bear your iniquities forty years, and ye shall know my reason for annulling my promise.
CAB(i) 20 And the Lord said to Moses, I am gracious to them according to your word. 21 But as I live, and as My name lives, so the glory of the Lord shall fill all the earth. 22 For all the men who see My glory, and the signs which I have done in Egypt, and in the wilderness, and have tempted Me this tenth time, and have not hearkened to My voice, 23 surely they shall not see the land, which I swore to their fathers; but their children which are with Me here, as many as know not good or evil, every inexperienced youth, to them shall I give the land; but none who have provoked Me shall see it. 24 But My servant Caleb, because there was another spirit in him, and he followed Me, I will bring him into the land into which he entered, and his seed shall inherit it. 25 But Amalek and the Canaanite dwell in the valley. Tomorrow, turn and depart for the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea. 26 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 27 How long shall I endure this wicked congregation? I have heard their murmurings against Me, even the murmuring of the children of Israel, which they have murmured concerning you. 28 Say to them, As I live, says the Lord, surely as you spoke into My ears, so will I do to you. 29 Your caracasses shall fall in this wilderness; and all those of you that were reviewed, and those of you that were numbered from twenty years old and upward, all that murmured against Me, 30 you shall not enter into the land for which I stretched out My hand to establish you upon it; except only Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 And your little ones, who you said should be a prey, them will I bring into the land; and they shall inherit the land, which you rejected. 32 And your caracasses shall fall in this wilderness. 33 And your sons shall be fed in the wilderness forty years, and they shall bear your fornication, until your caracasses are consumed in the wilderness. 34 According to the number of the days during which you spied the land, forty days, a day for a year, you shall bear your sins forty years, and you shall know My fierce anger.

NSB(i) 20 Jehovah said: »I forgive them, as you have asked. 21 »But as I live and as the glory of Jehovah fills the whole earth, I solemnly swear that 22 none of the people who saw my glory and the miraculous signs I did in Egypt and in the desert will see the land I promised their ancestors. They have tested me now ten times and refused to obey me. 23 »None of those who treat me with contempt will see it! 24 »My servant Caleb has a different attitude and has wholeheartedly followed me, I will bring him to the land he already explored. His descendants will possess it. 25 »The Amalekites and Canaanites are living in the valleys. Tomorrow you must turn around, go back into the desert. Follow the road that goes to the Red Sea.« 26 Then Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron: 27 »How long must I put up with this wicked congregation that keeps complaining about me? I have heard the complaints the Israelites are making about me. 28 »Therefore tell them: ‘As I live, declares Jehovah, I solemnly swear I will do everything to you that you said I would do. 29 »‘Your bodies will drop dead in this desert. All of you who are at least twenty years old, who were registered and listed, and who complained about me will die. 30 »‘I raised my hand and swore an oath to give you this land to live in. But none of you will enter it except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun. 31 »‘You said your children would be taken as prisoners of war. Instead, I will bring them into the land you rejected, and they will enjoy it. 32 »‘But your bodies will drop dead in this desert. 33 »‘Your children will be shepherds in the desert for forty years. They will suffer for your unfaithfulness until the last of your bodies lies dead in the desert. 34 »‘You explored the land for forty days. So for forty years, one year for each day, you will suffer for your sins and know what it means for me to be against you.’
ISV(i) 20 God Responds to MosesThe LORD responded, “I’ve forgiven them based on what you’ve said. 21 But just as I live, and just as the whole earth will be filled with the LORD’s glory, 22 none of those men who saw my glory and watched my miracles that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness—even though they’ve tested me these ten times and never listened to my voice— 23 will ever see the land that I promised to their ancestors. Those who spurned me won’t see it. 24 Now as to my servant Caleb, because a different spirit is within him and he has remained true to me, I’m going to bring him into the land that he explored, and his descendants are to inherit it. 25 Now the Amalekite and the Canaanite live in the valley. Tomorrow, turn and then travel to the wilderness in the direction of the Reed Sea.”
26 Then the LORD told Moses and Aaron, 27 “How long will this wicked assembly keep complaining about me? I’ve heard the complaints of the Israelis that they’ve been murmuring against me. 28 So tell them that as long as I live—consider this to be an oracle from the LORD—as certainly as you’ve spoken right into my ears, that’s how I’m going to treat you. 29 Your corpses will fall in this wilderness—every single one of you who has been counted among you, according to your number from 20 years and above, who complained against me. 30 You will certainly never enter the land about which I made an oath with my uplifted hand to settle you in it, except for Jephunneh’s son Caleb and Nun’s son Joshua. 31 However, I’ll bring your little ones—the ones whom you claimed would become war victims—into the land so that they’ll know by experience the land that you’ve rejected.
32 “Now as for you, your corpses will fall in this wilderness 33 and your children will wander throughout the wilderness for 40 years. They’ll bear the consequences of your idolatries until your bodies are entirely consumed in the wilderness. 34 Just as you explored the land for 40 days, you’ll bear the consequences of your iniquities for 40 years—one year for each day—as you experience my hostility.

ELB1871(i) 20 Und Jehova sprach: Ich habe vergeben nach deinem Worte.

Martin(i) 20 Et l'Eternel dit : J'ai pardonné selon ta parole.
Segond(i) 20 Et l'Eternel dit: Je pardonne, comme tu l'as demandé.

25 Sutra se vratite i krenite u pustinju put Crvenog mora." 26 Još reče Jahve Mojsiju i Aronu: 27 "Dokle će ta opaka zajednica mrmljati protiv mene? 32 A vi? Neka vam tjelesa popadaju u ovoj pustinji!

FinnishPR(i) 20 Ja Herra vastasi: "Minä annan anteeksi, niinkuin sinä olet anonut.

Denmen n'ap fè bak, n'a tounen nan dezè a ankò nan direksyon Lanmè Wouj la. 26 Apre sa, Seyè a pale ak Moyiz ansanm ak Arawon, li di yo konsa: 27 -Kilè bann moun mechan sa yo va sispann bougonnen sou do mwen konsa? Mwen bouke tande jan moun pèp Izrayèl yo ap pale m' mal. 28 Men sa pou ou di yo pou mwen: Se mwen menm menm, Seyè a, ki di sa. Men, nou yonn p'ap gen chans lan, esepte Kalèb, pitit gason Jefoune a, ak Jozye, pitit gason Noun lan. 31 Nou te di pitit pitit nou yo pral tonbe anba men lènmi nou yo. Men, se yo menm m'ap fè antre nan peyi nou menm nou refize al pran an. 32 Men, nou menm y'ap antere kadav nou yo isit nan dezè a. 33 Pitit nou yo pral moute desann nan tout dezè a. Lè sa a, n'a konnen sa sa vle di lè m' vire do bay moun.

Lithuanian(i) 20 Viešpats atsakė: “Atleidžiu, kaip prašei. 26 Nad to rzekł Pan do Mojżesza i do Aarona, mówiąc: 27 I dokądże znosić mam ten zły lud, który szemrze przeciwko mnie? długoż szemrania synów Izraelskich, którzy szemrzą przeciwko mnie, słuchać będę?
Romanian(i) 20 Şi Domnul a spus:,,Iert cum ai cerut.
