  16 H5414 ונתנו Then will we give H853 את   H1323 בנתינו our daughters H853 לכם ואת   H1323 בנתיכם your daughters H3947 נקח unto you, and we will take H3427 לנו וישׁבנו to us, and we will dwell H854 אתכם with H1961 והיינו you, and we will become H5971 לעם people. H259 אחד׃ one

  17 H518 ואם But if H3808 לא ye will not H8085 תשׁמעו hearken H413 אלינו unto H4135 להמול us, to be circumcised; H3947 ולקחנו then will we take H853 את   H1323 בתנו our daughter, H1980 והלכנו׃ and we will be gone.

  18 H3190 וייטבו pleased H1697 דבריהם And their words H5869 בעיני pleased H2544 חמור Hamor, H5869 ובעיני   H7928 שׁכם and Shechem H1121 בן son. H2544 חמור׃ Hamor's

  13 H559 ויאמר said H3478 ישׂראל And Israel H413 אל unto H3130 יוסף Joseph, H3808 הלוא Do not H251 אחיך thy brethren H7462 רעים feed H7927 בשׁכם in Shechem? H1980 לכה come, H7971 ואשׁלחך and I will send H413 אליהם thee unto H559 ויאמר them. And he said H2009 לו הנני׃ to him, Here

  7 H1121 בניו His sons, H1121 ובני and his sons' H1121 בניו sons H854 אתו with H1323 בנתיו him, his daughters, H1323 ובנות daughters, H1121 בניו and his sons' H3605 וכל and all H2233 זרעו his seed H935 הביא brought H854 אתו he with H4714 מצרימה׃ him into Egypt.

  5 H6258 ועתה Now H518 אם therefore, if H8085 שׁמוע ye will obey my voice indeed, H8085 תשׁמעו   H6963 בקלי   H8104 ושׁמרתם and keep H853 את   H1285 בריתי my covenant, H1961 והייתם then ye shall be H5459 לי סגלה a peculiar treasure H3605 מכל unto me above all H5971 העמים people: H3588 כי for H3605 לי כל all H776 הארץ׃ the earth

  6 H859 ואתם And ye H1961 תהיו shall be H4467 לי ממלכת unto me a kingdom H3548 כהנים of priests, H1471 וגוי nation. H6918 קדושׁ and a holy H428 אלה These H1697 הדברים the words H834 אשׁר which H1696 תדבר thou shalt speak H413 אל unto H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  2 H1696 דבר Speak H413 אל unto H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H559 לאמר saying, H5315 נפשׁ a soul H3588 כי If H2398 תחטא shall sin H7684 בשׁגגה through ignorance H3605 מכל against any H4687 מצות of the commandments H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא ought not H6213 תעשׂינה to be done, H6213 ועשׂה and shall do H259 מאחת against any H2007 מהנה׃ of them:

  13 H518 ואם And if H3605 כל the whole H5712 עדת congregation H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H7686 ישׁגו sin through ignorance, H5956 ונעלם be hid H1697 דבר and the thing H5869 מעיני from the eyes H6951 הקהל of the assembly, H6213 ועשׂו and they have done H259 אחת any of H3605 מכל   H4687 מצות the commandments H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא should not H6213 תעשׂינה be done, H816 ואשׁמו׃ and are guilty;

  27 H518 ואם And if H5315 נפשׁ one H259 אחת any H2398 תחטא sin H7684 בשׁגגה through ignorance, H5971 מעם   H776 הארץ   H6213 בעשׂתה while he doeth H259 אחת any H4687 ממצות of the commandments H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא ought not H6213 תעשׂינה to be done, H816 ואשׁם׃ and be guilty;

  21 H3318 והוציאו Then they shall bring out H853 את   H5291 הנער the damsel H413 אל to H6607 פתח the door H1004 בית house, H1 אביה of her father's H5619 וסקלוה shall stone H376 אנשׁי and the men H5892 עירה of her city H68 באבנים her with stones H4191 ומתה that she die: H3588 כי because H6213 עשׂתה she hath wrought H5039 נבלה folly H3478 בישׂראל in Israel, H2181 לזנות to play the whore H1004 בית house: H1 אביה in her father's H1197 ובערת so shalt thou put evil away H7451 הרע so shalt thou put evil away H7130 מקרבך׃ from among

  17 H3808 לא no H1961 תהיה There shall be H6948 קדשׁה whore H1323 מבנות of the daughters H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3808 ולא nor H1961 יהיה   H6945 קדשׁ a sodomite H1121 מבני of the sons H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  15 H1961 והיה And it shall be, H3920 הנלכד he that is taken H2764 בחרם with the accursed thing H8313 ישׂרף shall be burnt H784 באשׁ with fire, H853 אתו   H853 ואת   H3605 כל he and all H834 אשׁר that H3588 לו כי he hath: because H5674 עבר he hath transgressed H853 את   H1285 ברית the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H3588 וכי and because H6213 עשׂה he hath wrought H5039 נבלה folly H3478 בישׂראל׃ in Israel.

  22 H1992 המה as they H3190 מיטיבים   H853 את   H3820 לבם   H2009 והנה behold, H376 אנשׁי the men H5892 העיר of the city, H376 אנשׁי certain H1121 בני sons H1100 בליעל of Belial, H5437 נסבו   H853 את   H1004 הבית of the house, H1849 מתדפקים beat H5921 על at H1817 הדלת the door, H559 ויאמרו and spoke H413 אל to H376 האישׁ the man H1167 בעל the master H1004 הבית thine house, H2205 הזקן the old man, H559 לאמר saying, H3318 הוצא Bring forth H853 את   H376 האישׁ   H834 אשׁר that H935 בא came H413 אל into H1004 ביתך   H3045 ונדענו׃ that we may know

  23 H3318 ויצא went out H413 אליהם unto H376 האישׁ And the man, H1167 בעל the master H1004 הבית of the house, H559 ויאמר them, and said H413 אלהם unto H408 אל them, Nay, H251 אחי my brethren, H408 אל do not wickedly; H7489 תרעו do not wickedly; H4994 נא I pray you, H310 אחרי seeing that H834 אשׁר seeing that H935 בא is come H376 האישׁ man H2088 הזה this H413 אל into H1004 ביתי mine house, H408 אל not H6213 תעשׂו do H853 את   H5039 הנבלה folly. H2063 הזאת׃ this

  6 H270 ואחז And I took H6370 בפילגשׁי my concubine, H5408 ואנתחה and cut her in pieces, H7971 ואשׁלחה and sent H3605 בכל her throughout all H7704 שׂדה the country H5159 נחלת of the inheritance H3478 ישׂראל of Israel: H3588 כי for H6213 עשׂו they have committed H2154 זמה lewdness H5039 ונבלה and folly H3478 בישׂראל׃ in Israel.

  12 H559 ותאמר And she answered H408 לו אל him, Nay, H251 אחי my brother, H408 אל do not H6031 תענני force H3588 כי me; for H3808 לא no H6213 יעשׂה ought to be done H3651 כן such thing H3478 בישׂראל in Israel: H408 אל not H6213 תעשׂה do H853 את   H5039 הנבלה folly. H2063 הזאת׃ thou this

  5 H5713 עדתיך Thy testimonies H539 נאמנו sure: H3966 מאד are very H1004 לביתך thine house, H4998 נאוה becometh H6944 קדשׁ holiness H3068 יהוה O LORD, H753 לארך forever. H3117 ימים׃ forever.

  7 H7200 וארא And beheld H6612 בפתאים among the simple ones, H995 אבינה I discerned H1121 בבנים among the youths, H5288 נער a young man H2638 חסר void H3820 לב׃ of understanding,

  3 H1692 ותדבק cleaved H5315 נפשׁו And his soul H1783 בדינה unto Dinah H1323 בת the daughter H3290 יעקב of Jacob, H157 ויאהב and he loved H853 את   H5291 הנער the damsel, H1696 וידבר and spoke H5921 על kindly H3820 לב kindly H5291 הנער׃ unto the damsel.

  2 H3700 נכספה longeth, H1571 וגם yea even H3615 כלתה fainteth H5315 נפשׁי My soul H2691 לחצרות for the courts H3068 יהוה of the LORD: H3820 לבי my heart H1320 ובשׂרי and my flesh H7442 ירננו crieth out H413 אל for H410 אל God. H2416 חי׃ the living

  20 H1638 גרסה breaketh H5315 נפשׁי My soul H8375 לתאבה for the longing H413 אל unto H4941 משׁפטיך thy judgments H3605 בכל at all H6256 עת׃ times.

  14 H3318 ויצא went out, H3876 לוט And Lot H1696 וידבר and spoke H413 אל unto H2860 חתניו his sons-in-law, H3947 לקחי which married H1323 בנתיו his daughters, H559 ויאמר and said, H6965 קומו Up, H3318 צאו get you out H4480 מן of H4725 המקום place; H2088 הזה this H3588 כי for H7843 משׁחית will destroy H3068 יהוה the LORD H853 את   H5892 העיר this city. H1961 ויהי But he seemed H6711 כמצחק as one that mocked H5869 בעיני unto H2860 חתניו׃ his sons-in-law.

  3 H7650 ואשׁביעך And I will make thee swear H3068 ביהוה by the LORD, H430 אלהי the God H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H430 ואלהי and the God H776 הארץ of the earth, H834 אשׁר that H3808 לא thou shalt not H3947 תקח take H802 אשׁה a wife H1121 לבני unto my son H1323 מבנות of the daughters H3669 הכנעני of the Canaanites, H834 אשׁר whom H595 אנכי I H3427 יושׁב dwell: H7130 בקרבו׃ among
