  6 H559 ויאמר spoke H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H413 אל unto H3548 הכהנים the priests, H559 לאמר saying, H5375 שׂאו Take up H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 הברית of the covenant, H5674 ועברו and pass over H6440 לפני before H5971 העם the people. H5375 וישׂאו And they took up H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 הברית of the covenant, H1980 וילכו and went H6440 לפני before H5971 העם׃ the people.

  9 H559 ויאמר said H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H413 אל unto H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H5066 גשׁו Come H2008 הנה hither, H8085 ושׁמעו and hear H853 את   H1697 דברי the words H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהיכם׃ your God.

  10 H559 ויאמר said, H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H2063 בזאת Hereby H3045 תדעון ye shall know H3588 כי that H410 אל God H2416 חי the living H7130 בקרבכם among H3423 והורשׁ you, and he will without fail drive out H3423 יורישׁ you, and he will without fail drive out H6440 מפניכם from before H853 את   H3669 הכנעני you the Canaanites, H853 ואת   H2850 החתי and the Hittites, H853 ואת   H2340 החוי and the Hivites, H853 ואת   H6522 הפרזי and the Perizzites, H853 ואת   H1622 הגרגשׁי and the Girgashites, H567 והאמרי and the Amorites, H2983 והיבוסי׃ and the Jebusites.

  60 H2363 חשׁתי I made haste, H3808 ולא not H4102 התמהמהתי and delayed H8104 לשׁמר to keep H4687 מצותיך׃ thy commandments.

  13 H6258 ועתה   H3282 יען because H6213 עשׂותכם ye have done H853 את   H3605 כל all H4639 המעשׂים works, H428 האלה these H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H1696 ואדבר and I spoke H413 אליכם unto H7925 השׁכם you, rising up early H1696 ודבר and speaking, H3808 ולא not; H8085 שׁמעתם but ye heard H7121 ואקרא and I called H853 אתכם   H3808 ולא not; H6030 עניתם׃ you, but ye answered

  5 H8085 לשׁמע To hearken H5921 על to H1697 דברי the words H5650 עבדי of my servants H5030 הנבאים the prophets, H834 אשׁר whom H595 אנכי I H7971 שׁלח sent H413 אליכם unto H7925 והשׁכם you, both rising up early, H7971 ושׁלח and sending H3808 ולא but ye have not H8085 שׁמעתם׃ hearkened;

  5 H5971 עמי O my people, H2142 זכר remember H4994 נא now H4100 מה what H3289 יעץ consulted, H1111 בלק Balak H4428 מלך king H4124 מואב of Moab H4100 ומה and what H6030 ענה answered H853 אתו   H1109 בלעם Balaam H1121 בן the son H1160 בעור of Beor H4480 מן him from H7851 השׁטים Shittim H5704 עד unto H1537 הגלגל Gilgal; H4616 למען that H3045 דעת ye may know H6666 צדקות the righteousness H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD.

  10 H6680 ויצו commanded H3091 יהושׁע Then Joshua H853 את   H7860 שׁטרי the officers H5971 העם of the people, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

  11 H5674 עברו Pass H7130 בקרב through H4264 המחנה the host, H6680 וצוו and command H853 את   H5971 העם the people, H559 לאמר saying, H3559 הכינו Prepare H6720 לכם צידה you victuals; H3588 כי for H5750 בעוד within H7969 שׁלשׁת three H3117 ימים days H859 אתם ye H5674 עברים shall pass over H853 את   H3383 הירדן Jordan, H2088 הזה this H935 לבוא to go in H3423 לרשׁת to possess H853 את   H776 הארץ the land, H834 אשׁר which H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God H5414 נתן giveth H3423 לכם לרשׁתה׃ you to possess

  21 H3068 ויהוה And the LORD H1980 הלך went H6440 לפניהם before H3119 יומם them by day H5982 בעמוד in a pillar H6051 ענן of a cloud, H5148 לנחתם to lead H1870 הדרך them the way; H3915 ולילה and by night H5982 בעמוד in a pillar H784 אשׁ of fire, H215 להאיר to give them light; H1980 להם ללכת to go H3119 יומם by day H3915 ולילה׃ and night:

  15 H3615 וכלה have made an end H175 אהרן And when Aaron H1121 ובניו and his sons H3680 לכסת of covering H853 את   H6944 הקדשׁ the sanctuary, H853 ואת   H3605 כל and all H3627 כלי the vessels H6944 הקדשׁ of the sanctuary, H5265 בנסע is to set forward; H4264 המחנה as the camp H310 ואחרי after H3651 כן that, H935 יבאו shall come H1121 בני the sons H6955 קהת of Kohath H5375 לשׂאת to bear H3808 ולא but they shall not H5060 יגעו touch H413 אל touch H6944 הקדשׁ holy thing, H4191 ומתו lest they die.   33 H5265 ויסעו And they departed H2022 מהר from the mount H3068 יהוה of the LORD H1870 דרך journey: H7969 שׁלשׁת three H3117 ימים days' H727 וארון and the ark H1285 ברית of the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD H5265 נסע went H6440 לפניהם before H1870 דרך journey, H7969 שׁלשׁת them in the three H3117 ימים days' H8446 לתור to search out H4496 להם מנוחה׃ a resting place

  9 H3789 ויכתב wrote H4872 משׁה And Moses H853 את   H8451 התורה law, H2063 הזאת this H5414 ויתנה and delivered H413 אל it unto H3548 הכהנים the priests H1121 בני the sons H3878 לוי of Levi, H5375 הנשׂאים which bore H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 ברית of the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H413 ואל and unto H3605 כל all H2205 זקני the elders H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  25 H6680 ויצו commanded H4872 משׁה That Moses H853 את   H3881 הלוים the Levites, H5375 נשׂאי which bore H727 ארון the ark H1285 ברית of the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

  6 H559 ויאמר spoke H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H413 אל unto H3548 הכהנים the priests, H559 לאמר saying, H5375 שׂאו Take up H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 הברית of the covenant, H5674 ועברו and pass over H6440 לפני before H5971 העם the people.   6 H7121 ויקרא called H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H1121 בן the son H5126 נון of Nun H413 אל called H3548 הכהנים the priests, H559 ויאמר and said H413 אלהם unto H5375 שׂאו them, Take up H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 הברית of the covenant, H7651 ושׁבעה seven H3548 כהנים priests H5375 ישׂאו and let H7651 שׁבעה seven H7782 שׁופרות trumpets H3104 יובלים of rams' horns H6440 לפני before H727 ארון the ark H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD.

  13 H1961 ויהי And it was H3588 כי that when H6805 צעדו had gone H5375 נשׂאי they that bore H727 ארון the ark H3068 יהוה of the LORD H8337 שׁשׁה six H6806 צעדים paces, H2076 ויזבח he sacrificed H7794 שׁור oxen H4806 ומריא׃ and fatlings.

  11 H7121 ויקרא called H1732 דויד And David H6659 לצדוק for Zadok H54 ולאביתר and Abiathar H3548 הכהנים the priests, H3881 וללוים and for the Levites, H222 לאוריאל for Uriel, H6222 עשׂיה Asaiah, H3100 ויואל and Joel, H8098 שׁמעיה Shemaiah, H447 ואליאל and Eliel, H5992 ועמינדב׃ and Amminadab,

  12 H559 ויאמר And said H859 להם אתם unto them, Ye H7218 ראשׁי the chief H1 האבות of the fathers H3881 ללוים of the Levites: H6942 התקדשׁו sanctify yourselves, H859 אתם ye H251 ואחיכם and your brethren, H5927 והעליתם that ye may bring up H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהי God H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H413 אל unto H3559 הכינותי׃ I have prepared

  2 H7200 וירא beheld H3290 יעקב And Jacob H853 את   H6440 פני the countenance H3837 לבן of Laban, H2009 והנה and, behold, H369 איננו it not H5973 עמו toward H8543 כתמול him as before. H8032 שׁלשׁום׃ him as before.

  10 H559 ויאמר said H3068 יהוה And the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses, H1980 לך Go H413 אל unto H5971 העם the people, H6942 וקדשׁתם and sanctify H3117 היום them today H4279 ומחר and tomorrow, H3526 וכבסו and let them wash H8071 שׂמלתם׃ their clothes,

  11 H1961 והיו And be H3559 נכנים ready H3117 ליום day: H7992 השׁלישׁי against the third H3588 כי for H3117 ביום day H7992 השׁלשׁי the third H3381 ירד will come down H3068 יהוה the LORD H5869 לעיני in the sight H3605 כל of all H5971 העם the people H5921 על upon H2022 הר mount H5514 סיני׃ Sinai.

  12 H1379 והגבלת And thou shalt set bounds H853 את   H5971 העם unto the people H5439 סביב round about, H559 לאמר saying, H8104 השׁמרו Take heed H5927 לכם עלות to yourselves, go up H2022 בהר into the mount, H5060 ונגע or touch H7097 בקצהו the border H3605 כל of it: whosoever H5060 הנגע toucheth H2022 בהר the mount H4191 מות shall be surely put to death: H4191 יומת׃ shall be surely put to death:

  13 H3808 לא There shall not H5060 תגע touch H3027 בו יד a hand H3588 כי it, but H5619 סקול he shall surely be stoned, H5619 יסקל he shall surely be stoned, H176 או or H3384 ירה shot through; H3384 יירה shot through; H518 אם whether H929 בהמה beast H518 אם or H376 אישׁ man, H3808 לא it shall not H2421 יחיה live: H4900 במשׁך soundeth long, H3104 היבל when the trumpet H1992 המה they H5927 יעלו shall come up H2022 בהר׃ to the mount.

  14 H3381 וירד went down H4872 משׁה And Moses H4480 מן from H2022 ההר the mount H413 אל unto H5971 העם the people, H6942 ויקדשׁ and sanctified H853 את   H5971 העם the people; H3526 ויכבסו and they washed H8071 שׂמלתם׃ their clothes.

  15 H559 ויאמר And he said H413 אל unto H5971 העם the people, H1961 היו Be H3559 נכנים ready H7969 לשׁלשׁת against the third H3117 ימים day: H408 אל not H5066 תגשׁו come H413 אל at H802 אשׁה׃ wives.

  3 H559 ויאמר said H4872 משׁה Then Moses H413 אל unto H175 אהרן Aaron, H1931 הוא This H834 אשׁר that H1696 דבר spoke, H3068 יהוה the LORD H559 לאמר saying, H7138 בקרבי in them that come nigh H6942 אקדשׁ I will be sanctified H5921 ועל me, and before H6440 פני me, and before H3605 כל all H5971 העם the people H3513 אכבד I will be glorified.   7 H6942 והתקדשׁתם Sanctify yourselves H1961 והייתם therefore, and be H6918 קדשׁים ye holy: H3588 כי for H589 אני I H3069 יהוה   H430 אלהיכם׃ your God.

  8 H7751 שׁטו went about, H5971 העם the people H3950 ולקטו and gathered H2912 וטחנו and ground H7347 ברחים in mills, H176 או or H1743 דכו beat H4085 במדכה in a mortar, H1310 ובשׁלו and baked H6517 בפרור in pans, H6213 ועשׂו and made H853 אתו   H5692 עגות cakes H1961 והיה of it was H2940 טעמו of it: and the taste H2940 כטעם as the taste H3955 לשׁד of fresh H8081 השׁמן׃ oil.

  13 H1961 והיה And it shall come to pass, H5117 כנוח shall rest H3709 כפות as soon as the soles H7272 רגלי of the feet H3548 הכהנים of the priests H5375 נשׂאי that bear H727 ארון the ark H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H136 אדון   H3605 כל of all H776 הארץ the earth, H4325 במי in the waters H3383 הירדן of Jordan, H4325 מי the waters H3383 הירדן of Jordan H3772 יכרתון shall be cut off H4325 המים the waters H3381 הירדים that come down H4605 מלמעלה from above; H5975 ויעמדו and they shall stand H5067 נד heap.   15 H935 וכבוא were come H5375 נשׂאי And as they that bore H727 הארון the ark H5704 עד unto H3383 הירדן Jordan, H7272 ורגלי and the feet H3548 הכהנים of the priests H5375 נשׂאי that bore H727 הארון the ark H2881 נטבלו were dipped H7097 בקצה in the brim H4325 המים of the water, H3383 והירדן (for Jordan H4390 מלא overfloweth H5921 על overfloweth H3605 כל all H1415 גדותיו his banks H3605 כל all H3117 ימי the time H7105 קציר׃ of harvest,)

  13 H6965 קם Up, H6942 קדשׁ sanctify H853 את   H5971 העם the people, H559 ואמרת and say, H6942 התקדשׁו Sanctify yourselves H4279 למחר against tomorrow: H3588 כי for H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the Lord H430 אלהי God H3478 ישׂראל of Israel. H2764 חרם an accursed thing H7130 בקרבך in the midst H3478 ישׂראל of thee, O Israel: H3808 לא not H3201 תוכל thou canst H6965 לקום stand H6440 לפני before H341 איביך thine enemies, H5704 עד until H5493 הסירכם ye take away H2764 החרם the accursed thing H7130 מקרבכם׃ from among

  5 H559 ויאמר And he said, H7965 שׁלום Peaceably: H2076 לזבח to sacrifice H3068 ליהוה unto the LORD: H935 באתי I am come H6942 התקדשׁו sanctify yourselves, H935 ובאתם and come H854 אתי with H2077 בזבח me to the sacrifice. H6942 ויקדשׁ And he sanctified H853 את   H3448 ישׁי Jesse H853 ואת   H1121 בניו and his sons, H7121 ויקרא and called H2077 להם לזבח׃ them to the sacrifice.

  5 H1961 ויהי And it was H3588 כי so, when H5362 הקיפו were gone about, H3117 ימי the days H4960 המשׁתה of feasting H7971 וישׁלח sent H347 איוב that Job H6942 ויקדשׁם and sanctified H7925 והשׁכים them, and rose up early H1242 בבקר in the morning, H5927 והעלה and offered H5930 עלות burnt offerings H4557 מספר to the number H3605 כלם of them all: H3588 כי for H559 אמר said, H347 איוב Job H194 אולי It may be H2398 חטאו have sinned, H1121 בני that my sons H1288 וברכו and cursed H430 אלהים God H3824 בלבבם in their hearts.   10 H3588 כי For H1419 גדול great, H859 אתה thou H6213 ועשׂה and doest H6381 נפלאות wondrous things: H859 אתה thou H430 אלהים God H905 לבדך׃ alone.

  1 H3318 בצאת went out H3478 ישׂראל When Israel H4714 ממצרים   H1004 בית the house H3290 יעקב of Jacob H5971 מעם from a people H3937 לעז׃ of strange language;

  2 H1961 היתה was H3063 יהודה Judah H6944 לקדשׁו his sanctuary, H3478 ישׂראל Israel H4475 ממשׁלותיו׃ his dominion.

  3 H3220 הים The sea H7200 ראה saw H5127 וינס and fled: H3383 הירדן Jordan H5437 יסב was driven H268 לאחור׃ back.

  4 H2022 ההרים The mountains H7540 רקדו skipped H352 כאילים like rams, H1389 גבעות the little hills H1121 כבני like lambs. H6629 צאן׃ like lambs.

  5 H4100 מה What H3220 לך הים thee, O thou sea, H3588 כי that H5127 תנוס thou fleddest? H3383 הירדן thou Jordan, H5437 תסב thou wast driven H268 לאחור׃ back?

  6 H2022 ההרים Ye mountains, H7540 תרקדו ye skipped H352 כאילים like rams; H1389 גבעות ye little hills, H1121 כבני like lambs? H6629 צאן׃ like lambs?

  7 H6440 מלפני at the presence H113 אדון of the Lord, H2342 חולי Tremble, H776 ארץ thou earth, H6440 מלפני at the presence H433 אלוה of the God H3290 יעקב׃ of Jacob;

  16 H622 אספו Gather H5971 עם the people, H6942 קדשׁו sanctify H6951 קהל the congregation, H6908 קבצו assemble H2205 זקנים the elders, H622 אספו gather H5768 עוללים the children, H3243 וינקי and those that suck H7699 שׁדים the breasts: H3318 יצא go forth H2860 חתן let the bridegroom H2315 מחדרו of his chamber, H3618 וכלה and the bride H2646 מחפתה׃ out of her closet.

  15 H4191 והמתה Now thou shalt kill H853 את   H5971 העם people H2088 הזה this H376 כאישׁ man, H259 אחד as one H559 ואמרו of thee will speak, H1471 הגוים then the nations H834 אשׁר which H8085 שׁמעו have heard H853 את   H8088 שׁמעך the fame H559 לאמר׃ saying,

  3 H6680 ויצוו And they commanded H853 את   H5971 העם the people, H559 לאמר saying, H7200 כראותכם When ye see H853 את   H727 ארון the ark H1285 ברית of the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God, H3548 והכהנים and the priests H3881 הלוים the Levites H5375 נשׂאים bearing H853 אתו   H859 ואתם it, then ye H5265 תסעו shall remove H4725 ממקומכם from your place, H1980 והלכתם and go H310 אחריו׃ after

  13 H5927 עלה is come up H6555 הפרץ The breaker H6440 לפניהם before H6555 פרצו them: they have broken up, H5674 ויעברו and have passed through H8179 שׁער the gate, H3318 ויצאו and are gone out H5674 בו ויעבר shall pass H4428 מלכם by it: and their king H6440 לפניהם before H3068 ויהוה them, and the LORD H7218 בראשׁם׃ on the head

  5 H3808 לא There shall not H3320 יתיצב be able to stand H376 אישׁ any man H6440 לפניך before H3605 כל thee all H3117 ימי the days H2416 חייך of thy life: H834 כאשׁר as H1961 הייתי I was H5973 עם with H4872 משׁה Moses, H1961 אהיה I will be H5973 עמך with H3808 לא thee: I will not H7503 ארפך fail H3808 ולא thee, nor H5800 אעזבך׃ forsake

  17 H3605 ככל in all H834 אשׁר things, H8085 שׁמענו According as we hearkened H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses H3651 כן so H8085 נשׁמע will we hearken H413 אליך unto H7535 רק thee: only H1961 יהיה be H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God H5973 עמך with H834 כאשׁר thee, as H1961 היה he was H5973 עם with H4872 משׁה׃ Moses.

  14 H3117 ביום day H1931 ההוא On that H1431 גדל magnified H3068 יהוה the LORD H853 את   H3091 יהושׁע Joshua H5869 בעיני in the sight H3605 כל of all H3478 ישׂראל Israel; H3372 ויראו and they feared H853 אתו   H834 כאשׁר him, as H3372 יראו they feared H853 את   H4872 משׁה Moses, H3605 כל all H3117 ימי the days H2416 חייו׃ of his life.

  25 H1431 ויגדל magnified H3068 יהוה And the LORD H853 את   H8010 שׁלמה Solomon H4605 למעלה exceedingly H5869 לעיני in the sight H3605 כל of all H3478 ישׂראל Israel, H5414 ויתן and bestowed H5921 עליו upon H1935 הוד majesty H4438 מלכות him royal H834 אשׁר as H3808 לא had not H1961 היה been H5921 על on H3605 כל any H4428 מלך king H6440 לפניו before H5921 על him in H3478 ישׂראל׃ Israel.

  1 H2388 ויתחזק was strengthened H8010 שׁלמה And Solomon H1121 בן the son H1732 דויד of David H5921 על in H4438 מלכותו his kingdom, H3068 ויהוה and the LORD H430 אלהיו his God H5973 עמו with H1431 ויגדלהו him, and magnified H4605 למעלה׃ him exceedingly.

  17 H4100 מה What H582 אנושׁ man, H3588 כי that H1431 תגדלנו thou shouldest magnify H3588 וכי him? and that H7896 תשׁית thou shouldest set H413 אליו upon H3820 לבך׃ thine heart

  35 H5414 ותתן Thou hast also given H4043 לי מגן me the shield H3468 ישׁעך of thy salvation: H3225 וימינך and thy right hand H5582 תסעדני hath holden me up, H6037 וענותך   H7235 תרבני׃ hath made me great.

  13 H559 ויאמר said H4872 משׁה And Moses H413 אל unto H5971 העם the people, H408 אל ye not, H3372 תיראו Fear H3320 התיצבו stand still, H7200 וראו and see H853 את   H3444 ישׁועת the salvation H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H834 אשׁר which H6213 יעשׂה he will show H3117 לכם היום to you today: H3588 כי for H834 אשׁר whom H7200 ראיתם ye have seen H853 את   H4713 מצרים   H3117 היום today, H3808 לא no H3254 תספו more H7200 לראתם ye shall see H5750 עוד them again H5704 עד   H5769 עולם׃ forever.

  17 H5975 ויעמדו stood H3548 הכהנים And the priests H5375 נשׂאי that bore H727 הארון the ark H1285 ברית of the covenant H3068 יהוה of the LORD H2724 בחרבה on dry ground H8432 בתוך in the midst H3383 הירדן of Jordan, H3559 הכן firm H3605 וכל and all H3478 ישׂראל the Israelites H5674 עברים passed over H2724 בחרבה on dry ground, H5704 עד until H834 אשׁר until H8552 תמו clean H3605 כל all H1471 הגוי the people H5674 לעבר were passed H853 את   H3383 הירדן׃ Jordan.

  8 H5973 ועמהם And with H3881 הלוים them Levites, H8098 שׁמעיהו Shemaiah, H5418 ונתניהו and Nethaniah, H2069 וזבדיהו and Zebadiah, H6214 ועשׂהאל and Asahel, H8070 ושׁמרימות and Shemiramoth, H3083 ויהונתן and Jehonathan, H138 ואדניהו and Adonijah, H2900 וטוביהו and Tobijah, H2899 וטוב אדוניה and Tob-adonijah, H3881 הלוים Levites; H5973 ועמהם and with H476 אלישׁמע them Elishama H3088 ויהורם and Jehoram, H3548 הכהנים׃ priests.

  9 H3925 וילמדו And they taught H3063 ביהודה in Judah, H5973 ועמהם with H5612 ספר and the book H8451 תורת of the law H3068 יהוה of the LORD H5437 ויסבו them, and went about H3605 בכל throughout all H5892 ערי the cities H3063 יהודה of Judah, H3925 וילמדו and taught H5971 בעם׃ the people.

  4 H935 ויבא And he brought in H853 את   H3548 הכהנים the priests H853 ואת   H3881 הלוים and the Levites, H622 ויאספם and gathered them together H7339 לרחוב street, H4217 המזרח׃ into the east

  5 H559 ויאמר And said H8085 להם שׁמעוני unto them, Hear H3881 הלוים me, ye Levites, H6258 עתה sanctify now yourselves, H6942 התקדשׁו sanctify now yourselves, H6942 וקדשׁו and sanctify H853 את   H1004 בית the house H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהי God H1 אבתיכם of your fathers, H3318 והוציאו and carry forth H853 את   H5079 הנדה the filthiness H4480 מן out of H6944 הקדשׁ׃ the holy

  6 H3588 כי For H4603 מעלו have trespassed, H1 אבתינו our fathers H6213 ועשׂו and done H7451 הרע evil H5869 בעיני in the eyes H3068 יהוה of the LORD H430 אלהינו our God, H5800 ויעזבהו and have forsaken H5437 ויסבו him, and have turned away H6440 פניהם their faces H4908 ממשׁכן from the habitation H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H5414 ויתנו and turned H6203 ערף׃ backs.
