  21 H8085 וישׁמע heard H7205 ראובן And Reuben H5337 ויצלהו and he delivered H3027 מידם him out of their hands; H559 ויאמר and said, H3808 לא Let us not H5221 נכנו kill H5315 נפשׁ׃

  30 H7725 וישׁב And he returned H413 אל unto H251 אחיו his brethren, H559 ויאמר and said, H3206 הילד The child H369 איננו not; H589 ואני and I, H575 אנה whither H589 אני shall I H935 בא׃ go?

  31 H3947 ויקחו And they took H853 את   H3801 כתנת coat, H3130 יוסף Joseph's H7819 וישׁחטו and killed H8163 שׂעיר a kid H5795 עזים of the goats, H2881 ויטבלו and dipped H853 את   H3801 הכתנת the coat H1818 בדם׃ in the blood;

  32 H7971 וישׁלחו And they sent H853 את   H3801 כתנת the coat H6446 הפסים of colors, H935 ויביאו and they brought H413 אל to H1 אביהם their father; H559 ויאמרו and said, H2063 זאת This H4672 מצאנו have we found: H5234 הכר know H4994 נא now H3801 הכתנת coat H1121 בנך thy son's H1931 הוא whether it H518 אם or H3808 לא׃ no.

  8 H5414 ונתתי And I will give H2233 לך ולזרעך unto thee, and to thy seed H310 אחריך after H853 את   H776 ארץ thee, the land H4033 מגריך wherein thou art a stranger, H853 את   H3605 כל all H776 ארץ the land H3667 כנען of Canaan, H272 לאחזת possession; H5769 עולם for an everlasting H1961 והייתי and I will be H430 להם לאלהים׃ their God.

  4 H1616 גר a stranger H8453 ותושׁב and a sojourner H595 אנכי I H5973 עמכם with H5414 תנו you: give H272 לי אחזת me a possession H6913 קבר of a burial place H5973 עמכם with H6912 ואקברה you, that I may bury H4191 מתי my dead H6440 מלפני׃ out of my sight.

  4 H5414 ויתן And give H853 לך את   H1293 ברכת thee the blessing H85 אברהם of Abraham, H2233 לך ולזרעך to thee, and to thy seed H854 אתך with H3423 לרשׁתך thee; that thou mayest inherit H853 את   H776 ארץ the land H4033 מגריך wherein thou art a stranger, H834 אשׁר which H5414 נתן gave H430 אלהים God H85 לאברהם׃ unto Abraham.

  7 H3588 כי For H1961 היה were H7399 רכושׁם their riches H7227 רב more than H3427 משׁבת that they might dwell H3162 יחדו together; H3808 ולא not H3201 יכלה could H776 ארץ and the land H4033 מגוריהם wherein they were strangers H5375 לשׂאת bear H853 אתם   H6440 מפני them because H4735 מקניהם׃ of their cattle.

  9 H428 אלה These H8435 תולדת the generations H5146 נח of Noah: H5146 נח Noah H582 אישׁ   H6662 צדיק a just H8549 תמים perfect H1961 היה was H1755 בדרתיו in his generations, H854 את with H430 האלהים God. H1980 התהלך walked H5146 נח׃ Noah

  1 H428 ואלה Now these H8435 תולדת the generations H1121 בני of the sons H5146 נח of Noah, H8035 שׁם Shem, H2526 חם Ham, H3315 ויפת and Japheth: H3205 ויולדו born H1121 להם בנים and unto them were sons H310 אחר after H3999 המבול׃ the flood.

  4 H5414 ותתן And she gave H853 לו את   H1090 בלהה him Bilhah H8198 שׁפחתה her handmaid H802 לאשׁה to wife: H935 ויבא went in H413 אליה unto H3290 יעקב׃ and Jacob

  22 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H7931 בשׁכן dwelt H3478 ישׂראל when Israel H776 בארץ land, H1931 ההוא in that H1980 וילך went H7205 ראובן that Reuben H7901 וישׁכב and lay with H853 את   H1090 בלהה Bilhah H6370 פילגשׁ concubine: H1 אביו his father's H8085 וישׁמע heard H3478 ישׂראל and Israel H1961 ויהיו were H1121 בני Now the sons H3290 יעקב of Jacob H8147 שׁנים twelve: H6240 עשׂר׃ twelve:

  25 H1121 ובני And the sons H1090 בלהה of Bilhah, H8198 שׁפחת handmaid; H7354 רחל Rachel's H1835 דן Dan, H5321 ונפתלי׃ and Naphtali:

  26 H1121 ובני And the sons H2153 זלפה of Zilpah, H8198 שׁפחת handmaid; H3812 לאה Leah's H1410 גד Gad, H836 ואשׁר and Asher: H428 אלה these H1121 בני the sons H3290 יעקב of Jacob, H834 אשׁר which H3205 ילד were born H6307 לו בפדן ארם׃ to him in Padan-aram.

  24 H408 אל Nay, H1121 בני my sons; H3588 כי for H3808 לוא no H2896 טובה good H8052 השׁמעה report H834 אשׁר that H595 אנכי I H8085 שׁמע hear: H5674 מעברים to transgress. H5971 עם people H3068 יהוה׃ ye make the LORD's

  23 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H834 כאשׁר when H935 בא was come H3130 יוסף Joseph H413 אל unto H251 אחיו his brethren, H6584 ויפשׁיטו that they stripped H853 את   H3130 יוסף Joseph H853 את   H3801 כתנתו out of his coat, H853 את   H3801 כתנת coat H6446 הפסים of colors H834 אשׁר that H5921 עליו׃ on

  20 H559 ונאמר And we said H413 אל unto H113 אדני my lord, H3426 ישׁ We have H1 לנו אב a father, H2205 זקן an old man, H3206 וילד and a child H2208 זקנים of his old age, H6996 קטן a little one; H251 ואחיו and his brother H4191 מת is dead, H3498 ויותר is left H1931 הוא and he H905 לבדו alone H517 לאמו of his mother, H1 ואביו and his father H157 אהבו׃ loveth

  21 H559 ותאמר And thou saidst H413 אל unto H5650 עבדיך thy servants, H3381 הורדהו Bring him down H413 אלי unto H7760 ואשׂימה me, that I may set H5869 עיני mine eyes H5921 עליו׃ upon

  22 H559 ונאמר And we said H413 אל unto H113 אדני my lord, H3808 לא cannot H3201 יוכל cannot H5288 הנער The lad H5800 לעזב leave H853 את   H1 אביו his father: H5800 ועזב for he should leave H853 את   H1 אביו his father, H4191 ומת׃ would die.

  23 H559 ותאמר And thou saidst H413 אל unto H5650 עבדיך thy servants, H518 אם   H3808 לא no H3381 ירד come down H251 אחיכם brother H6996 הקטן your youngest H854 אתכם with H3808 לא   H3254 תספון more. H7200 לראות you, ye shall see H6440 פני׃ my face

  24 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H3588 כי when H5927 עלינו we came up H413 אל unto H5650 עבדך thy servant H1 אבי my father, H5046 ונגד we told H853 לו את   H1697 דברי him the words H113 אדני׃ of my lord.

  25 H559 ויאמר said, H1 אבינו And our father H7725 שׁבו Go again, H7666 שׁברו buy H4592 לנו מעט us a little H400 אכל׃ food.

  26 H559 ונאמר And we said, H3808 לא not H3201 נוכל we may H3381 לרדת go down: H518 אם if H3426 ישׁ be H251 אחינו brother H6996 הקטן our youngest H854 אתנו with H3381 וירדנו us, then will we go down: H3588 כי for H3808 לא   H3201 נוכל   H7200 לראות see H6440 פני face, H376 האישׁ the man's H251 ואחינו brother H6996 הקטן our youngest H369 איננו except H854 אתנו׃ with

  30 H6258 ועתה Now H935 כבאי therefore when I come H413 אל to H5650 עבדך thy servant H1 אבי my father, H5288 והנער and the lad H369 איננו not H854 אתנו with H5315 ונפשׁו us; seeing that his life H7194 קשׁורה is bound up H5315 בנפשׁו׃ in the lad's life;

  4 H7231 רבו are more H8185 משׂערות than the hairs H7218 ראשׁי of mine head: H8130 שׂנאי They that hate H2600 חנם me without a cause H6105 עצמו are mighty: H6789 מצמיתי they that would destroy H341 איבי me, mine enemies H8267 שׁקר wrongfully, H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא   H1497 גזלתי   H227 אז then H7725 אשׁיב׃ I restored

  12 H2492 ויחלם And he dreamed, H2009 והנה and behold H5551 סלם a ladder H5324 מצב set up H776 ארצה on the earth, H7218 וראשׁו and the top H5060 מגיע of it reached H8064 השׁמימה to heaven: H2009 והנה and behold H4397 מלאכי the angels H430 אלהים of God H5927 עלים ascending H3381 וירדים׃ and descending

  4 H7200 ויראו saw H251 אחיו And when his brethren H3588 כי that H853 אתו   H157 אהב loved H1 אביהם their father H3605 מכל him more than all H251 אחיו his brethren, H8130 וישׂנאו they hated H853 אתו   H3808 ולא not H3201 יכלו him, and could H1696 דברו speak H7965 לשׁלם׃ peaceably

  28 H1961 והיה And it shall come to pass H310 אחרי afterward, H3651 כן afterward, H8210 אשׁפוך I will pour out H853 את   H7307 רוחי my spirit H5921 על upon H3605 כל all H1320 בשׂר flesh; H5012 ונבאו shall prophesy, H1121 בניכם and your sons H1323 ובנותיכם and your daughters H2205 זקניכם your old men H2492 חלמות shall dream H2472 יחלמון dreams, H970 בחוריכם your young men H2384 חזינות visions: H7200 יראו׃ shall see

  7 H3588 כי Surely H3808 לא nothing, H6213 יעשׂה will do H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD H1697 דבר nothing, H3588 כי but H518 אם but H1540 גלה he revealeth H5475 סודו his secret H413 אל unto H5650 עבדיו his servants H5030 הנביאים׃ the prophets.

  18 H5066 ויגשׁ came near H413 אליו unto him, H3063 יהודה Then Judah H559 ויאמר and said, H994 בי Oh H113 אדני my lord, H1696 ידבר speak H4994 נא I pray thee, H5650 עבדך let thy servant, H1697 דבר a word H241 באזני ears, H113 אדני in my lord's H408 ואל and let not H2734 יחר burn H639 אפך thine anger H5650 בעבדך against thy servant: H3588 כי for H3644 כמוך thou even as H6547 כפרעה׃ Pharaoh.

  7 H5046 ויגדו And when they told H3147 ליותם to Jotham, H1980 וילך he went H5975 ויעמד and stood H7218 בראשׁ in the top H2022 הר of mount H1630 גרזים Gerizim, H5375 וישׂא and lifted up H6963 קולו his voice, H7121 ויקרא and cried, H559 ויאמר and said H8085 להם שׁמעו unto them, Hearken H413 אלי unto H1167 בעלי me, ye men H7927 שׁכם of Shechem, H8085 וישׁמע may hearken H413 אליכם unto H430 אלהים׃ that God

  6 H3130 ויוסף And Joseph H1931 הוא he H7989 השׁליט the governor H5921 על over H776 הארץ the land, H1931 הוא   H7666 המשׁביר that sold H3605 לכל to all H5971 עם the people H776 הארץ of the land: H935 ויבאו came, H251 אחי brethren H3130 יוסף and Joseph's H7812 וישׁתחוו and bowed down themselves H639 לו אפים before him their faces H776 ארצה׃ to the earth.

  26 H935 ויבא came H3130 יוסף And when Joseph H1004 הביתה home, H935 ויביאו they brought H853 לו את   H4503 המנחה him the present H834 אשׁר which H3027 בידם in their hand H1004 הביתה into the house, H7812 וישׁתחוו and bowed themselves H776 לו ארצה׃ to him to the earth.

  14 H935 ויבא came H3063 יהודה And Judah H251 ואחיו and his brethren H1004 ביתה house; H3130 יוסף to Joseph's H1931 והוא for he H5750 עודנו yet H8033 שׁם there: H5307 ויפלו and they fell H6440 לפניו before H776 ארצה׃ him on the ground.

  19 H113 אדני My lord H7592 שׁאל asked H853 את   H5650 עבדיו his servants, H559 לאמר saying, H3426 הישׁ Have H1 לכם אב ye a father, H176 או or H251 אח׃ a brother?

  26 H1293 ברכת The blessings H1 אביך of thy father H1396 גברו have prevailed H5921 על above H1293 ברכת the blessings H2029 הורי of my progenitors H5704 עד unto H8379 תאות the utmost bound H1389 גבעת hills: H5769 עולם of the everlasting H1961 תהיין they shall be H7218 לראשׁ on the head H3130 יוסף of Joseph, H6936 ולקדקד and on the crown of the head H5139 נזיר of him that was separate from H251 אחיו׃ his brethren.
