  14 H3318 יוציאם He brought them out H2822 מחשׁך of darkness H6757 וצלמות and the shadow of death, H4147 ומוסרותיהם their bands H5423 ינתק׃ and broke

  1 H6965 קומי Arise, H215 אורי shine; H3588 כי for H935 בא is come, H216 אורך thy light H3519 וכבוד and the glory H3068 יהוה of the LORD H5921 עליך upon H2224 זרח׃ is risen

  2 H3588 כי For, H2009 הנה behold, H2822 החשׁך the darkness H3680 יכסה shall cover H776 ארץ the earth, H6205 וערפל and gross darkness H3816 לאמים the people: H5921 ועליך upon H2224 יזרח shall arise H3068 יהוה but the LORD H3519 וכבודו thee, and his glory H5921 עליך upon H7200 יראה׃ shall be seen

  3 H1980 והלכו shall come H1471 גוים And the Gentiles H216 לאורך to thy light, H4428 ומלכים and kings H5051 לנגה to the brightness H2225 זרחך׃ of thy rising.

  19 H3808 לא no H1961 יהיה shall be H5750 לך עוד more H8121 השׁמשׁ The sun H216 לאור thy light H3119 יומם by day; H5051 ולנגה for brightness H3394 הירח shall the moon H3808 לא neither H215 יאיר give light H1961 לך והיה shall be H3068 לך יהוה unto thee: but the LORD H216 לאור light, H5769 עולם unto thee an everlasting H430 ואלהיך and thy God H8597 לתפארתך׃ thy glory.

  8 H6213 עשׂה that maketh H3598 כימה the seven stars H3685 וכסיל and Orion, H2015 והפך and turneth H1242 לבקר into the morning, H6757 צלמות the shadow of death H3117 ויום and maketh the day dark H3915 לילה with night: H2821 החשׁיך and maketh the day dark H7121 הקורא that calleth H4325 למי for the waters H3220 הים of the sea, H8210 וישׁפכם and poureth them out H5921 על upon H6440 פני the face H776 הארץ of the earth: H3068 יהוה The LORD H8034 שׁמו׃ his name:

  8 H408 אל not H8056 תשׂמחי   H341 איבתי against me, O mine enemy: H3588 לי כי when H5307 נפלתי I fall, H6965 קמתי I shall arise; H3588 כי when H3427 אשׁב I sit H2822 בחשׁך in darkness, H3068 יהוה the LORD H216 אור׃ a light

  9 H2197 זעף the indignation H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H5375 אשׂא I will bear H3588 כי because H2398 חטאתי I have sinned H5704 לו עד against him, until H834 אשׁר   H7378 יריב he plead H7379 ריבי my cause, H6213 ועשׂה and execute H4941 משׁפטי judgment H3318 יוציאני for me: he will bring me forth H216 לאור to the light, H7200 אראה I shall behold H6666 בצדקתו׃ his righteousness.

  3 H8085 שׁמעו Hear, H4428 מלכים O ye kings; H238 האזינו give ear, H7336 רזנים O ye princes; H595 אנכי I, H3068 ליהוה unto the LORD; H595 אנכי I, H7891 אשׁירה will sing H2167 אזמר I will sing H3068 ליהוה to the LORD H430 אלהי God H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  16 H3381 וירדהו And when he had brought him down, H2009 והנה behold, H5203 נטשׁים spread abroad H5921 על upon H6440 פני upon H3605 כל all H776 הארץ the earth, H398 אכלים eating H8354 ושׁתים and drinking, H2287 וחגגים and dancing, H3605 בכל because of all H7998 השׁלל spoil H1419 הגדול the great H834 אשׁר that H3947 לקחו they had taken H776 מארץ out of the land H6430 פלשׁתים of the Philistines, H776 ומארץ and out of the land H3063 יהודה׃ of Judah.

  27 H7725 וישׁבו Then they returned, H3605 כל every H376 אישׁ man H3063 יהודה of Judah H3389 וירושׁלם and Jerusalem, H3092 ויהושׁפט and Jehoshaphat H7218 בראשׁם in the forefront H7725 לשׁוב of them, to go again H413 אל to H3389 ירושׁלם Jerusalem H8057 בשׂמחה with joy; H3588 כי for H8055 שׂמחם had made them to rejoice H3069 יהוה   H341 מאויביהם׃ over their enemies.

  28 H935 ויבאו And they came H3389 ירושׁלם to Jerusalem H5035 בנבלים with psalteries H3658 ובכנרות and harps H2689 ובחצצרות and trumpets H413 אל unto H1004 בית the house H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD.

  23 H1121 ובניהם Their children H7235 הרבית also multipliedst H3556 כככבי thou as the stars H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H935 ותביאם and broughtest H413 אל them into H776 הארץ the land, H834 אשׁר concerning which H559 אמרת thou hadst promised H1 לאבתיהם to their fathers, H935 לבוא that they should go in H3423 לרשׁת׃ to possess

  7 H5414 נתתה Thou hast put H8057 שׂמחה gladness H3820 בלבי in my heart, H6256 מעת more than in the time H1715 דגנם their corn H8492 ותירושׁם and their wine H7231 רבו׃ increased.

  2 H6524 פרח   H6524 תפרח   H1523 ותגל and rejoice H637 אף even H1525 גילת with joy H7442 ורנן and singing: H3519 כבוד the glory H3844 הלבנון of Lebanon H5414 נתן shall be given H1926 לה הדר unto it, the excellency H3760 הכרמל of Carmel H8289 והשׁרון and Sharon, H1992 המה they H7200 יראו shall see H3519 כבוד the glory H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H1926 הדר the excellency H430 אלהינו׃ of our God.

  10 H6299 ופדויי And the ransomed H3068 יהוה of the LORD H7725 ישׁבון shall return, H935 ובאו and come H6726 ציון to Zion H7440 ברנה with songs H8057 ושׂמחת and gladness, H5769 עולם and everlasting H5921 על upon H7218 ראשׁם their heads: H8342 שׂשׂון joy H8057 ושׂמחה   H5381 ישׂיגו they shall obtain H5127 ונסו shall flee away.   18 H3588 כי for, H518 אם   H7797 שׂישׂו be ye glad H1523 וגילו and rejoice H5703 עדי forever H5704 עד forever H834 אשׁר which H589 אני I H1254 בורא create: H3588 כי   H2005 הנני   H1254 בורא I create H853 את   H3389 ירושׁלם Jerusalem H1525 גילה a rejoicing, H5971 ועמה and her people H4885 משׂושׂ׃ a joy.

  10 H8055 שׂמחו Rejoice H854 את ye with H3389 ירושׁלם Jerusalem, H1523 וגילו and be glad H3605 בה כל with her, all H157 אהביה ye that love H7797 שׂישׂו her: rejoice H854 אתה with H4885 משׂושׂ for joy H3605 כל her, all H56 המתאבלים ye that mourn H5921 עליה׃ for

  12 H935 ובאו Therefore they shall come H7442 ורננו and sing H4791 במרום in the height H6726 ציון of Zion, H5102 ונהרו and shall flow together H413 אל to H2898 טוב the goodness H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H5921 על for H1715 דגן wheat, H5921 ועל and for H8492 תירשׁ wine, H5921 ועל and for H3323 יצהר oil, H5921 ועל and for H1121 בני the young H6629 צאן of the flock H1241 ובקר and of the herd: H1961 והיתה shall be H5315 נפשׁם and their soul H1588 כגן garden; H7302 רוה as a watered H3808 ולא and they shall not H3254 יוסיפו any more H1669 לדאבה sorrow H5750 עוד׃  

  13 H227 אז Then H8055 תשׂמח rejoice H1330 בתולה shall the virgin H4234 במחול in the dance, H970 ובחרים both young men H2205 וזקנים and old H3162 יחדו together: H2015 והפכתי for I will turn H60 אבלם their mourning H8342 לשׂשׂון into joy, H5162 ונחמתים and will comfort H8055 ושׂמחתים them, and make them rejoice H3015 מיגונם׃ from their sorrow.

  14 H7301 ורויתי And I will satiate H5315 נפשׁ the soul H3548 הכהנים of the priests H1880 דשׁן with fatness, H5971 ועמי and my people H854 את   H2898 טובי my goodness, H7646 ישׂבעו shall be satisfied with H5002 נאם saith H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

  7 H7235 כרבם   H3651 כן so H2398 חטאו they sinned H3519 לי כבודם their glory H7036 בקלון into shame. H4171 אמיר׃ against me: will I change

  11 H3867 ונלוו shall be joined H1471 גוים nations H7227 רבים And many H413 אל to H3068 יהוה the LORD H3117 ביום day, H1931 ההוא in that H1961 והיו and shall be H5971 לי לעם my people: H7931 ושׁכנתי and I will dwell H8432 בתוכך in the midst H3045 וידעת of thee, and thou shalt know H3588 כי that H3068 יהוה the LORD H6635 צבאות of hosts H7971 שׁלחני hath sent H413 אליך׃ me unto

  23 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD H6635 צבאות of hosts; H3117 בימים days H1992 ההמה In those H834 אשׁר that H2388 יחזיקו shall take hold H6235 עשׂרה ten H376 אנשׁים men H3605 מכל out of all H3956 לשׁנות languages H1471 הגוים of the nations, H2388 והחזיקו even shall take hold H3671 בכנף of the skirt H376 אישׁ of him H3064 יהודי that is a Jew, H559 לאמר saying, H1980 נלכה We will go H5973 עמכם with H3588 כי you: for H8085 שׁמענו we have heard H430 אלהים God H5973 עמכם׃ with

  8 H8319 אשׁרקה I will hiss H6908 להם ואקבצם for them, and gather H3588 כי them; for H6299 פדיתים I have redeemed H7235 ורבו them: and they shall increase H3644 כמו as H7235 רבו׃ they have increased.

  40 H5921 ועל And by H2719 חרבך thy sword H2421 תחיה shalt thou live, H853 ואת   H251 אחיך thy brother; H5647 תעבד and shalt serve H1961 והיה and it shall come to pass H834 כאשׁר when H7300 תריד thou shalt have the dominion, H6561 ופרקת that thou shalt break H5923 עלו his yoke H5921 מעל from off H6677 צוארך׃ thy neck.

  13 H589 אני I H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God, H834 אשׁר which H3318 הוצאתי   H853 אתכם   H776 מארץ out of the land H4714 מצרים of Egypt, H1961 מהית that ye should not be H5650 להם עבדים their bondmen; H7665 ואשׁבר and I have broken H4133 מטת the bands H5923 עלכם of your yoke, H1980 ואולך   H853 אתכם   H6968 קוממיות׃ upright.

  1 H6213 ויעשׂו did H1121 בני And the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H7451 הרע evil H5869 בעיני in the sight H3068 יהוה of the LORD: H5414 ויתנם delivered H3068 יהוה and the LORD H3027 ביד them into the hand H4080 מדין of Midian H7651 שׁבע seven H8141 שׁנים׃ years.

  2 H5810 ותעז prevailed H3027 יד And the hand H4080 מדין of Midian H5921 על against H3478 ישׂראל Israel: H6440 מפני because H4080 מדין of the Midianites H6213 עשׂו made H1121 להם בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H853 את   H4492 המנהרות them the dens H834 אשׁר which H2022 בהרים in the mountains, H853 ואת   H4631 המערות and caves, H853 ואת   H4679 המצדות׃ and strongholds.

  3 H1961 והיה And it was, H518 אם when H2232 זרע had sown, H3478 ישׂראל Israel H5927 ועלה came up, H4080 מדין that the Midianites H6002 ועמלק   H1121 ובני and the children H6924 קדם of the east, H5927 ועלו even they came up H5921 עליו׃ against

  4 H2583 ויחנו And they encamped H5921 עליהם against H7843 וישׁחיתו them, and destroyed H853 את   H2981 יבול the increase H776 הארץ of the earth, H5704 עד till H935 בואך thou come H5804 עזה unto Gaza, H3808 ולא no H7604 ישׁאירו and left H4241 מחיה sustenance H3478 בישׂראל for Israel, H7716 ושׂה neither sheep, H7794 ושׁור nor ox, H2543 וחמור׃ nor ass.

  5 H3588 כי For H1992 הם they H4735 ומקניהם with their cattle H5927 יעלו came up H168 ואהליהם and their tents, H935 יבאו and they came H1767 כדי   H697 ארבה grasshoppers H7230 לרב for multitude; H1581 ולהם ולגמליהם and their camels H369 אין were without H4557 מספר number: H935 ויבאו and they entered H776 בארץ into the land H7843 לשׁחתה׃ to destroy

  6 H1809 וידל impoverished H3478 ישׂראל And Israel H3966 מאד was greatly H6440 מפני because H4080 מדין of the Midianites; H2199 ויזעקו cried H1121 בני and the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H413 אל unto H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

  22 H8628 ויתקעו blew H7969 שׁלשׁ And the three H3967 מאות hundred H7782 השׁופרות the trumpets, H7760 וישׂם set H3068 יהוה and the LORD H853 את   H2719 חרב sword H376 אישׁ every man's H7453 ברעהו against his fellow, H3605 ובכל even throughout all H4264 המחנה the host: H5127 וינס fled H4264 המחנה and the host H5704 עד to H1029 בית השׁטה Beth-shittah H6888 צררתה in Zererath, H5704 עד to H8193 שׂפת the border H65 אבל מחולה of Abel-meholah, H5921 על unto H2888 טבת׃ Tabbath.

  23 H6817 ויצעק gathered themselves together H376 אישׁ And the men H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H5321 מנפתלי   H4480 ומן and out of H836 אשׁר Asher, H4480 ומן and out of H3605 כל all H4519 מנשׁה Manasseh, H7291 וירדפו and pursued H310 אחרי after H4080 מדין׃ the Midianites.

  24 H4397 ומלאכים messengers H7971 שׁלח sent H1439 גדעון And Gideon H3605 בכל throughout all H2022 הר mount H669 אפרים Ephraim, H559 לאמר saying, H3381 רדו Come down H7125 לקראת against H4080 מדין the Midianites, H3920 ולכדו and take H853 להם את   H4325 המים before them the waters H5704 עד unto H1012 בית ברה Beth-barah H853 ואת   H3383 הירדן and Jordan. H6817 ויצעק gathered themselves together, H3605 כל Then all H376 אישׁ the men H669 אפרים of Ephraim H3920 וילכדו and took H853 את   H4325 המים the waters H5704 עד unto H1012 בית ברה Beth-barah H853 ואת   H3383 הירדן׃ and Jordan.

  25 H3920 וילכדו And they took H8147 שׁני two H8269 שׂרי princes H4080 מדין of the Midianites, H853 את   H6159 ערב Oreb H853 ואת   H2062 זאב and Zeeb; H2026 ויהרגו and they slew H853 את   H6159 עורב Oreb H6697 בצור upon the rock H6159 עורב Oreb, H853 ואת   H2062 זאב and Zeeb H2026 הרגו they slew H3342 ביקב at the winepress H2062 זאב of Zeeb, H7291 וירדפו and pursued H413 אל and pursued H4080 מדין Midian, H7218 וראשׁ the heads H6159 ערב of Oreb H2062 וזאב and Zeeb H935 הביאו and brought H413 אל to H1439 גדעון Gideon H5676 מעבר on the other side H3383 לירדן׃ Jordan.

  10 H2078 וזבח Now Zebah H6759 וצלמנע and Zalmunna H7174 בקרקר in Karkor, H4264 ומחניהם and their hosts H5973 עמם with H2568 כחמשׁת them, about fifteen H6240 עשׂר them, about fifteen H505 אלף thousand H3605 כל all H3498 הנותרים that were left H3605 מכל of all H4264 מחנה the hosts H1121 בני of the children H6924 קדם of the east: H5307 והנפלים for there fell H3967 מאה a hundred H6242 ועשׂרים and twenty H505 אלף thousand H376 אישׁ men H8025 שׁלף that drew H2719 חרב׃ sword.

  11 H5927 ויעל went up H1439 גדעון And Gideon H1870 דרך by the way H7931 השׁכוני of them that dwelt H168 באהלים in tents H6924 מקדם on the east H5025 לנבח of Nobah H3011 ויגבהה and Jogbehah, H5221 ויך and smote H853 את   H4264 המחנה the host: H4264 והמחנה for the host H1961 היה was H983 בטח׃ secure.

  12 H5127 וינוסו fled, H2078 זבח And when Zebah H6759 וצלמנע and Zalmunna H7291 וירדף he pursued H310 אחריהם after H3920 וילכד them, and took H853 את   H8147 שׁני the two H4428 מלכי kings H4080 מדין of Midian, H853 את   H2078 זבח Zebah H853 ואת   H6759 צלמנע and Zalmunna, H3605 וכל all H4264 המחנה the host. H2729 החריד׃ and discomfited

  9 H6213 עשׂה Do H1992 להם   H4080 כמדין unto them as the Midianites; H5516 כסיסרא as Sisera, H2985 כיבין as Jabin, H5158 בנחל at the brook H7028 קישׁון׃ of Kison:

  10 H8045 נשׁמדו perished H5874 בעין דאר at Endor: H1961 היו they became H1828 דמן dung H127 לאדמה׃ for the earth.

  11 H7896 שׁיתמו Make H5081 נדיבמו their nobles H6159 כערב like Oreb, H2062 וכזאב and like Zeeb: H2078 וכזבח as Zebah, H6759 וכצלמנע and as Zalmunna: H3605 כל yea, all H5257 נסיכמו׃ their princes

  3 H3588 כי For H3808 לא shall not H5117 ינוח rest H7626 שׁבט the rod H7562 הרשׁע of the wicked H5921 על upon H1486 גורל the lot H6662 הצדיקים of the righteous; H4616 למען lest H3808 לא lest H7971 ישׁלחו put forth H6662 הצדיקים the righteous H5766 בעולתה unto iniquity. H3027 ידיהם׃ their hands

  5 H1945 הוי   H804 אשׁור O Assyrian, H7626 שׁבט the rod H639 אפי of mine anger, H4294 ומטה and the staff H1931 הוא   H3027 בידם in their hand H2195 זעמי׃ is mine indignation.

  26 H5782 ועורר shall stir up H5921 עליו for H3068 יהוה And the LORD H6635 צבאות of hosts H7752 שׁוט a scourge H4347 כמכת him according to the slaughter H4080 מדין of Midian H6697 בצור at the rock H6159 עורב of Oreb: H4294 ומטהו and his rod H5921 על upon H3220 הים the sea, H5375 ונשׂאו so shall he lift it up H1870 בדרך after the manner H4714 מצרים׃ of Egypt.
