Jeremiah 21:1-14

  2 H1875 Inquire, H3068 I pray thee, of Jehovah H1157 for us; H5019 for Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H3898 maketh war H3068 against us: peradventure Jehovah H6213 will deal H6381 with us according to all his wondrous works, H5927 that he may go up from us.
  3 H559 Then said H3414 Jeremiah H559 unto them, Thus shall ye say H6667 to Zedekiah:

  8 H5971 And unto this people H559 thou shalt say, H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H5414 Behold, I set H6440 before H1870 you the way H2416 of life H1870 and the way H4194 of death.
  9 H3427 He that abideth H5892 in this city H4191 shall die H2719 by the sword, H7458 and by the famine, H1698 and by the pestilence; H3318 but he that goeth out, H5307 and passeth H3778 over to the Chaldeans H6696 that besiege H2421 you, he shall live, H5315 and his life H7998 shall be unto him for a prey.

  11 H1004 And touching the house H4428 of the king H3063 of Judah, H8085 hear H1697 ye the word H3068 of Jehovah:
  12 H1004 O house H1732 of David, H559 thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H1777 Execute H4941 justice H1242 in the morning, H5337 and deliver H1497 him that is robbed H3027 out of the hand H6231 of the oppressor, H2534 lest my wrath H3318 go forth H784 like fire, H1197 and burn H3518 so that none can quench H6440 it, because H7455 of the evil H4611 of your doings.
  13 H3427 Behold, I am against thee, O inhabitant H6010 of the valley, H6697 and of the rock H4334 of the plain, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah; H559 you that say, H5181 Who shall come down H935 against us? or who shall enter H4585 into our habitations?
  14 H6485 And I will punish H6529 you according to the fruit H4611 of your doings, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah; H3341 and I will kindle H784 a fire H3293 in her forest, H398 and it shall devour H5439 all that is round about her.

Jeremiah 25:1-3

  1 H1697 The word H3414 that came to Jeremiah H5971 concerning all the people H3063 of Judah, H7243 in the fourth H8141 year H3079 of Jehoiakim H1121 the son H2977 of Josiah, H4428 king H3063 of Judah H7224 (the same was the first H8141 year H5019 of Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon,)

Jeremiah 26:1-24

  1 H7225 In the beginning H4468 of the reign H3079 of Jehoiakim H1121 the son H2977 of Josiah, H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H1697 came this word H3068 from Jehovah, H559 saying,
  2 H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H5975 Stand H2691 in the court H3068 of Jehovah's H1004 house, H1696 and speak H5892 unto all the cities H3063 of Judah, H935 which come H7812 to worship H3068 in Jehovah's H1004 house, H1697 all the words H6680 that I command H1696 thee to speak H1639 unto them; diminish H1697 not a word.
  3 H8085 It may be they will hearken, H7725 and turn H376 every man H7451 from his evil H1870 way; H5162 that I may repent H7451 me of the evil H2803 which I purpose H6213 to do H6440 unto them because H7455 of the evil H4611 of their doings.
  4 H559 And thou shalt say H559 unto them, Thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H8085 If ye will not hearken H3212 to me, to walk H8451 in my law, H5414 which I have set H6440 before you,

  7 H3548 And the priests H5030 and the prophets H5971 and all the people H8085 heard H3414 Jeremiah H1696 speaking H1697 these words H1004 in the house H3068 of Jehovah.
  8 H3414 And it came to pass, when Jeremiah H3615 had made an end H1696 of speaking H3068 all that Jehovah H6680 had commanded H1696 him to speak H5971 unto all the people, H3548 that the priests H5030 and the prophets H5971 and all the people H8610 laid hold H559 on him, saying, H4191 Thou shalt surely H4191 die.
  9 H5012 Why hast thou prophesied H8034 in the name H3068 of Jehovah, H559 saying, H1004 This house H7887 shall be like Shiloh, H5892 and this city H2717 shall be desolate, H3427 without inhabitant?   13 H3190 Now therefore amend H1870 your ways H4611 and your doings, H8085 and obey H6963 the voice H3068 of Jehovah H430 your God; H3068 and Jehovah H5162 will repent H7451 him of the evil H1696 that he hath pronounced against you.
  14 H3027 But as for me, behold, I am in your hand: H6213 do H5869 with me as is H2896 good H3477 and right in your eyes.

  19 H2396 Did Hezekiah H4428 king H3063 of Judah H4191 and all H3063 Judah H4191 put him to death? H3373 did he not fear H3068 Jehovah, H2470 and entreat H3068 the favor of Jehovah, H3068 and Jehovah H5162 repented H7451 him of the evil H1696 which he had pronounced H587 against them? Thus H6213 should we commit H1419 great H7451 evil H5315 against our own souls.
  20 H376 And there was also a man H5012 that prophesied H8034 in the name H3068 of Jehovah, H223 Uriah H1121 the son H8098 of Shemaiah H7157 of Kiriath-jearim; H5012 and he prophesied H5892 against this city H776 and against this land H1697 according to all the words H3414 of Jeremiah:
  21 H3079 and when Jehoiakim H4428 the king, H1368 with all his mighty-men, H8269 and all the princes, H8085 heard H1697 his words, H4428 the king H1245 sought H4191 to put him to death; H223 but when Uriah H8085 heard H3372 it, he was afraid, H1272 and fled, H935 and went H4714 into Egypt:
  22 H3079 and Jehoiakim H4428 the king H7971 sent H582 men H4714 into Egypt, H494 namely, Elnathan H1121 the son H5907 of Achbor, H582 and certain men H4714 with him, into Egypt;
  23 H3318 and they fetched forth H223 Uriah H4714 out of Egypt, H935 and brought H3079 him unto Jehoiakim H4428 the king, H5221 who slew H2719 him with the sword, H7993 and cast H5038 his dead body H6913 into the graves H1121 of the common H5971 people.
  24 H3027 But the hand H296 of Ahikam H1121 the son H8227 of Shaphan H3414 was with Jeremiah, H5414 that they should not give H3027 him into the hand H5971 of the people H4191 to put him to death.

Jeremiah 28:1-17

  1 H8141 And it came to pass the same year, H7225 in the beginning H4467 of the reign H6667 of Zedekiah H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H7243 in the fourth H8141 year, H2549 in the fifth H2320 month, H2608 that Hananiah H1121 the son H5809 of Azzur, H5030 the prophet, H1391 who was of Gibeon, H559 spake H1004 unto me in the house H3068 of Jehovah, H5869 in the presence H3548 of the priests H5971 and of all the people, H559 saying,
  2 H559 Thus speaketh H3068 Jehovah H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel, H559 saying, H7665 I have broken H5923 the yoke H4428 of the king H894 of Babylon.
  3 H3117 Within two full H8141 years H7725 will I bring again H4725 into this place H3627 all the vessels H3068 of Jehovah's H1004 house, H5019 that Nebuchadnezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H3947 took away H4725 from this place, H935 and carried H894 to Babylon:
  4 H7725 and I will bring again H4725 to this place H3204 Jeconiah H1121 the son H3079 of Jehoiakim, H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H1546 with all the captives H3063 of Judah, H935 that went H894 to Babylon, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah; H7665 for I will break H5923 the yoke H4428 of the king H894 of Babylon.
  5 H5030 Then the prophet H3414 Jeremiah H559 said H5030 unto the prophet H2608 Hananiah H5869 in the presence H3548 of the priests, H5869 and in the presence H5971 of all the people H5975 that stood H1004 in the house H3068 of Jehovah,
  6 H5030 even the prophet H3414 Jeremiah H559 said, H543 Amen: H3068 Jehovah H6213 do H3068 so; Jehovah H6965 perform H1697 thy words H5012 which thou hast prophesied, H7725 to bring again H3627 the vessels H3068 of Jehovah's H1004 house, H1473 and all them of the captivity, H894 from Babylon H4725 unto this place.
  7 H8085 Nevertheless hear H1697 thou now this word H1696 that I speak H241 in thine ears, H241 and in the ears H5971 of all the people:
  8 H5030 The prophets H6440 that have been before H6440 me and before H5769 thee of old H5012 prophesied H7227 against many H776 countries, H1419 and against great H4467 kingdoms, H4421 of war, H7451 and of evil, H1698 and of pestilence.
  9 H5030 The prophet H5012 that prophesieth H7965 of peace, H1697 when the word H5030 of the prophet H935 shall come to pass, H227 then H5030 shall the prophet H3045 be known, H3068 that Jehovah H571 hath truly H7971 sent him.
  10 H2608 Then Hananiah H5030 the prophet H3947 took H4133 the bar H5030 from off the prophet H3414 Jeremiah's H6677 neck, H7665 and brake it.
  11 H2608 And Hananiah H559 spake H5869 in the presence H5971 of all the people, H559 saying, H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H7665 Even so will I break H5923 the yoke H5019 of Nebuchadnezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H3117 within two full H8141 years H6677 from off the neck H1471 of all the nations. H5030 And the prophet H3414 Jeremiah H3212 went H1870 his way.
  12 H1697 Then the word H3068 of Jehovah H3414 came unto Jeremiah, H310 after H2608 that Hananiah H5030 the prophet H7665 had broken H4133 the bar H6677 from off the neck H5030 of the prophet H3414 Jeremiah, H559 saying,
  13 H1980 Go, H559 and tell H2608 Hananiah, H559 saying, H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H7665 Thou hast broken H4133 the bars H6086 of wood; H6213 but thou hast made H4133 in their stead bars H1270 of iron.
  14 H559 For thus saith H3068 Jehovah H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H5414 I have put H5923 a yoke H1270 of iron H6677 upon the neck H1471 of all these nations, H5647 that they may serve H5019 Nebuchadnezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon; H5647 and they shall serve H5414 him: and I have given H2416 him the beasts H7704 of the field also.
  15 H559 Then said H5030 the prophet H3414 Jeremiah H2608 unto Hananiah H5030 the prophet, H8085 Hear H2608 now, Hananiah: H3068 Jehovah H7971 hath not sent H5971 thee; but thou makest this people H982 to trust H8267 in a lie.
  16 H559 Therefore thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H7971 Behold, I will send H6440 thee away from off the face H127 of the earth: H8141 this year H4191 thou shalt die, H1696 because thou hast spoken H5627 rebellion H3068 against Jehovah.
  17 H2608 So Hananiah H5030 the prophet H4191 died H8141 the same year H7637 in the seventh H2320 month.

Jeremiah 34:1-35:19

  1 H1697 The word H3414 which came unto Jeremiah H3068 from Jehovah, H5019 when Nebuchadnezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon, H2428 and all his army, H4467 and all the kingdoms H776 of the earth H3027 that were under his dominion, H5971 and all the peoples, H3898 were fighting H3389 against Jerusalem, H5892 and against all the cities H559 thereof, saying:

  4 H8085 Yet hear H1697 the word H3068 of Jehovah, H6667 O Zedekiah H4428 king H3063 of Judah: H559 thus saith H3068 Jehovah H4191 concerning thee, Thou shalt not die H2719 by the sword;
  5 H4191 thou shalt die H7965 in peace; H4955 and with the burnings H1 of thy fathers, H7223 the former H4428 kings H6440 that were before H8313 thee, so shall they make a burning H5594 for thee; and they shall lament H1945 thee, saying, Ah H113 Lord! H1696 for I have spoken H1697 the word, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah.
  6 H3414 Then Jeremiah H5030 the prophet H1696 spake H1697 all these words H6667 unto Zedekiah H4428 king H3063 of Judah H3389 in Jerusalem,
  7 H4428 when the king H894 of Babylon's H2428 army H3898 was fighting H3389 against Jerusalem, H5892 and against all the cities H3063 of Judah H3498 that were left, H3923 against Lachish H5825 and against Azekah; H7604 for these alone remained H5892 of the cities H3063 of Judah H4013 as fortified H5892 cities.
  8 H1697 The word H3414 that came unto Jeremiah H3068 from Jehovah, H310 after H4428 that the king H6667 Zedekiah H3772 had made H1285 a covenant H5971 with all the people H3389 that were at Jerusalem, H7121 to proclaim H1865 liberty unto them;
  9 H376 that every man H5650 should let his man-servant, H376 and every man H8198 his maid-servant, H5680 that is a Hebrew H5680 or a Hebrewess, H7971 go H2670 free; H5647 that none should make bondmen H3064 of them, to wit, of a Jew H251 his brother.
  10 H8269 And all the princes H5971 and all the people H935 obeyed, that had entered H1285 into the covenant, H376 that every one H5650 should let his man-servant, H376 and every one H8198 his maid-servant, H7971 go H2670 free, H5647 that none should make bondmen H8085 of them any more; they obeyed, H7971 and let them go:
  11 H310 but afterwards H7725 they turned, H5650 and caused the servants H8198 and the handmaids, H7971 whom they had let go H2670 free, H7725 to return, H3533 and brought them into subjection H5650 for servants H8198 and for handmaids.
  12 H1697 Therefore the word H3068 of Jehovah H3414 came to Jeremiah H3068 from Jehovah, H559 saying,
  13 H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H3772 I made H1285 a covenant H1 with your fathers H3117 in the day H3318 that I brought them forth H776 out of the land H4714 of Egypt, H1004 out of the house H5650 of bondage, H559 saying,
  14 H7093 At the end H7651 of seven H8141 years H7971 ye shall let go H376 every man H251 his brother H5680 that is a Hebrew, H4376 that hath been sold H5647 unto thee, and hath served H8337 thee six H8141 years, H7971 thou shalt let him go H2670 free H1 from thee: but your fathers H8085 hearkened H5186 not unto me, neither inclined H241 their ear.
  15 H3117 And ye were now H7725 turned, H6213 and had done H3477 that which is right H5869 in mine eyes, H7121 in proclaiming H1865 liberty H376 every man H7453 to his neighbor; H3772 and ye had made H1285 a covenant H6440 before H1004 me in the house H7121 which is called H8034 by my name:
  16 H7725 but ye turned H2490 and profaned H8034 my name, H376 and caused every man H5650 his servant, H376 and every man H8198 his handmaid, H7971 whom ye had let H2670 go free H5315 at their pleasure, H7725 to return; H3533 and ye brought them into subjection, H5650 to be unto you for servants H8198 and for handmaids.
  17 H559 Therefore thus saith H3068 Jehovah: H8085 ye have not hearkened H7121 unto me, to proclaim H1865 liberty, H376 every man H251 to his brother, H376 and every man H7453 to his neighbor: H7121 behold, I proclaim H1865 unto you a liberty, H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah, H2719 to the sword, H1698 to the pestilence, H7458 and to the famine; H5414 and I will make H2189 you to be tossed H4467 to and fro among all the kingdoms H776 of the earth.
  18 H5414 And I will give H582 the men H5674 that have transgressed H1285 my covenant, H6965 that have not performed H1697 the words H1285 of the covenant H3772 which they made H6440 before H3772 me, when they cut H5695 the calf H8147 in twain H5674 and passed H1335 between the parts thereof;
  19 H8269 the princes H3063 of Judah, H8269 and the princes H3389 of Jerusalem, H5631 the eunuchs, H3548 and the priests, H5971 and all the people H776 of the land, H5674 that passed H1335 between the parts H5695 of the calf;

Jeremiah 35:1-19

  1 H1697 The word H3414 which came unto Jeremiah H3068 from Jehovah H3117 in the days H3079 of Jehoiakim H1121 the son H2977 of Josiah, H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H559 saying,
  2 H1980 Go H1004 unto the house H7397 of the Rechabites, H1696 and speak H935 unto them, and bring H1004 them into the house H3068 of Jehovah, H259 into one H3957 of the chambers, H3196 and give them wine H8248 to drink.
  3 H3947 Then I took H2970 Jaazaniah H1121 the son H3414 of Jeremiah, H1121 the son H2262 of Habazziniah, H251 and his brethren, H1121 and all his sons, H1004 and the whole house H7397 of the Rechabites;
  4 H935 and I brought H1004 them into the house H3068 of Jehovah, H3957 into the chamber H1121 of the sons H2605 of Hanan H1121 the son H3012 of Igdaliah, H376 the man H430 of God, H681 which was by H3957 the chamber H8269 of the princes, H4605 which was above H3957 the chamber H4641 of Maaseiah H1121 the son H7967 of Shallum, H8104 the keeper H5592 of the threshold.
  5 H5414 And I set H6440 before H1121 the sons H1004 of the house H7397 of the Rechabites H1375 bowls H4392 full H3196 of wine, H3563 and cups; H559 and I said H8354 unto them, Drink H3196 ye wine.
  6 H559 But they said, H8354 We will drink H3196 no wine; H3122 for Jonadab H1121 the son H7394 of Rechab, H1 our father, H6680 commanded H559 us, saying, H8354 Ye shall drink H3196 no wine, H1121 neither ye, nor your sons, H5704 for H5769 ever:
  7 H1129 neither shall ye build H1004 house, H2232 nor sow H2233 seed, H5193 nor plant H3754 vineyard, H3117 nor have any; but all your days H3427 ye shall dwell H168 in tents; H2421 that ye may live H7227 many H3117 days H6440 in H127 the land H1481 wherein ye sojourn.
  8 H8085 And we have obeyed H6963 the voice H3082 of Jonadab H1121 the son H7394 of Rechab, H1 our father, H6680 in all that he charged H8354 us, to drink H3196 no wine H3117 all our days, H802 we, our wives, H1121 our sons, H1323 or our daughters;
  9 H1129 nor to build H1004 houses H3427 for us to dwell in; H3754 neither have we vineyard, H7704 nor field, H2233 nor seed:
  10 H3427 but we have dwelt in H168 tents, H8085 and have obeyed, H6213 and done H3122 according to all that Jonadab H1 our father H6680 commanded us.
  11 H5019 But it came to pass, when Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H5927 came up H776 into the land, H559 that we said, H935 Come, H935 and let us go H3389 to Jerusalem H6440 for fear H2428 of the army H3778 of the Chaldeans, H6440 and for fear H2428 of the army H758 of the Syrians; H3427 so we dwell H3389 at Jerusalem.
  12 H1697 Then came the word H3068 of Jehovah H3414 unto Jeremiah, H559 saying,
  13 H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H1980 Go, H559 and say H376 to the men H3063 of Judah H3427 and the inhabitants H3389 of Jerusalem, H3947 Will ye not receive H4148 instruction H8085 to hearken H1697 to my words? H5002 saith H3068 Jehovah.
  14 H1697 The words H3082 of Jonadab H1121 the son H7394 of Rechab, H6680 that he commanded H1121 his sons, H8354 not to drink H3196 wine, H6965 are performed; H3117 and unto this day H8354 they drink H8085 none, for they obey H1 their father's H4687 commandment: H1696 but I have spoken H7925 unto you, rising up early H1696 and speaking; H8085 and ye have not hearkened unto me.
  15 H7971 I have sent H5650 also unto you all my servants H5030 the prophets, H7925 rising up early H7971 and sending H559 them, saying, H7725 Return H376 ye now every man H7451 from his evil H1870 way, H3190 and amend H4611 your doings, H3212 and go H310 not after H312 other H430 gods H5647 to serve H3427 them, and ye shall dwell in H127 the land H5414 which I have given H1 to you and to your fathers: H5186 but ye have not inclined H241 your ear, H8085 nor hearkened unto me.
  16 H1121 Forasmuch as the sons H3082 of Jonadab H1121 the son H7394 of Rechab H6965 have performed H4687 the commandment H1 of their father H6680 which he commanded H5971 them, but this people H8085 hath not hearkened unto me;
  17 H559 therefore thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H430 the God H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H935 Behold, I will bring H3063 upon Judah H3427 and upon all the inhabitants H3389 of Jerusalem H7451 all the evil H1696 that I have pronounced H1696 against them; because I have spoken H8085 unto them, but they have not heard; H7121 and I have called H6030 unto them, but they have not answered.
  18 H3414 And Jeremiah H559 said H1004 unto the house H7397 of the Rechabites, H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H8085 Because ye have obeyed H4687 the commandment H3082 of Jonadab H1 your father, H8104 and kept H4687 all his precepts, H6213 and done H6680 according unto all that he commanded you;
  19 H559 therefore thus saith H3068 Jehovah H6635 of hosts, H430 the God H3478 of Israel: H3122 Jonadab H1121 the son H7394 of Rechab H3772 shall not want H376 a man H5975 to stand H6440 before H3117 me for ever.

Jeremiah 37:1-21

  1 H6667 And Zedekiah H1121 the son H2977 of Josiah H4427 reigned H4428 as king, H3659 instead of Coniah H1121 the son H3079 of Jehoiakim, H5019 whom Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H4427 made king H776 in the land H3063 of Judah.
  2 H5650 But neither he, nor his servants, H5971 nor the people H776 of the land, H8085 did hearken H1697 unto the words H3068 of Jehovah, H1696 which he spake H3027 by H5030 the prophet H3414 Jeremiah.
  3 H6667 And Zedekiah H4428 the king H7971 sent H3081 Jehucal H1121 the son H8018 of Shelemiah, H6846 and Zephaniah H1121 the son H4641 of Maaseiah, H3548 the priest, H5030 to the prophet H3414 Jeremiah, H559 saying, H6419 Pray H3068 now unto Jehovah H430 our God for us.
  4 H3414 Now Jeremiah H935 came in H3318 and went out H8432 among H5971 the people; H5414 for they had not put H1004 him into prison.
  5 H6547 And Pharaoh's H2428 army H3318 was come forth H3318 out H4714 of Egypt; H3778 and when the Chaldeans H6696 that were besieging H3389 Jerusalem H8085 heard H8088 tidings H3389 of them, they brake up from Jerusalem.
  6 H1697 Then came the word H3068 of Jehovah H5030 unto the prophet H3414 Jeremiah, H559 saying,
  7 H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H430 the God H3478 of Israel, H559 Thus shall ye say H4428 to the king H3063 of Judah, H7971 that sent H1875 you unto me to inquire H6547 of me: Behold, Pharaoh's H2428 army, H3318 which is come forth H5833 to help H7725 you, shall return H4714 to Egypt H776 into their own land.
  8 H3778 And the Chaldeans H7725 shall come again, H3898 and fight H5892 against this city; H3920 and they shall take H8313 it, and burn H784 it with fire.
  9 H559 Thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H5377 Deceive H5315 not yourselves, H559 saying, H3778 The Chaldeans H1980 shall surely H3212 depart H3212 from us; for they shall not depart.
  10 H5221 For though ye had smitten H2428 the whole army H3778 of the Chaldeans H3898 that fight H7604 against you, and there remained H1856 but wounded H582 men H6965 among them, yet would they rise up H376 every man H168 in his tent, H8313 and burn H5892 this city H784 with fire.
  11 H2428 And it came to pass that, when the army H3778 of the Chaldeans H5927 was broken up H3389 from Jerusalem H6440 for fear H6547 of Pharaoh's H2428 army,
  12 H3414 then Jeremiah H3318 went forth H3318 out H3389 of Jerusalem H3212 to go H776 into the land H1144 of Benjamin, H8432 to receive his portion there, in the midst H5971 of the people.
  13 H8179 And when he was in the gate H1144 of Benjamin, H1167 a captain H6488 of the ward H8034 was there, whose name H3376 was Irijah, H1121 the son H8018 of Shelemiah, H1121 the son H2608 of Hananiah; H8610 and he laid hold H3414 on Jeremiah H5030 the prophet, H559 saying, H5307 Thou art falling away H3778 to the Chaldeans.
  14 H559 Then said H3414 Jeremiah, H8267 It is false; H5307 I am not falling away H3778 to the Chaldeans. H8085 But he hearkened H3376 not to him; so Irijah H8610 laid hold H3414 on Jeremiah, H8610 and brought H8269 him to the princes.
  15 H8269 And the princes H7107 were wroth H3414 with Jeremiah, H5221 and smote H5414 him, and put H612 him in prison H1004 in the house H3083 of Jonathan H5608 the scribe; H6213 for they had made H3608 that the prison.
  16 H3414 When Jeremiah H935 was come into H1004 the dungeon-house, H2588 and into the cells, H3414 and Jeremiah H3427 had remained H7227 there many H3117 days;
  17 H6667 Then Zedekiah H4428 the king H7971 sent, H3947 and fetched H4428 him: and the king H7592 asked H5643 him secretly H1004 in his house, H559 and said, H1697 Is there any word H3068 from Jehovah? H3414 And Jeremiah H559 said, H3426 There is. H559 He said H5414 also, Thou shalt be delivered H3027 into the hand H4428 of the king H894 of Babylon.
  18 H3414 Moreover Jeremiah H559 said H4428 unto king H6667 Zedekiah, H2398 Wherein have I sinned H5650 against thee, or against thy servants, H5971 or against this people, H5414 that ye have put H1004 me in prison?
  19 H346 Where now H5030 are your prophets H5012 that prophesied H559 unto you, saying, H4428 The king H894 of Babylon H935 shall not come H776 against you, nor against this land?
  20 H8085 And now hear, H113 I pray thee, O my lord H4428 the king: H8467 let my supplication, H5307 I pray thee, be presented H6440 before H7725 thee, that thou cause me not to return H1004 to the house H3083 of Jonathan H5608 the scribe, H4191 lest I die there.
  21 H6667 Then Zedekiah H4428 the king H6680 commanded, H6485 and they committed H3414 Jeremiah H2691 into the court H4307 of the guard; H5414 and they gave H3117 him daily H3603 a loaf H3899 of bread H644 out of the bakers' H2351 street, H3899 until all the bread H5892 in the city H8552 was spent. H3414 Thus Jeremiah H3427 remained H2691 in the court H4307 of the guard.

Jeremiah 39:2

  2 H6249 in the eleventh H8141 year H6667 of Zedekiah, H7243 in the fourth H2320 month, H8672 the ninth H2320 day of the month, H1234 a breach H5892 was made in the city,)

Jeremiah 52:1-34

  1 H6667 Zedekiah H259 was one H6242 and twenty H8141 years H1121 old H4427 when he began to reign; H4427 and he reigned H259 eleven H8141 years H3389 in Jerusalem: H517 and his mother's H8034 name H2537 was Hamutal H1323 the daughter H3414 of Jeremiah H3841 of Libnah.
  2 H6213 And he did H7451 that which was evil H5869 in the sight H3068 of Jehovah, H3079 according to all that Jehoiakim H6213 had done.
  3 H5921 For through H639 the anger H3068 of Jehovah H3389 did it come to pass in Jerusalem H3063 and Judah, H7993 until he had cast them out H6440 from his presence. H6667 And Zedekiah H4775 rebelled H4428 against the king H894 of Babylon.
  4 H8671 And it came to pass in the ninth H8141 year H4427 of his reign, H6224 in the tenth H2320 month, H6218 in the tenth H2320 day of the month, H5019 that Nebuchadrezzar H4428 king H894 of Babylon H935 came, H2428 he and all his army, H3389 against Jerusalem, H2583 and encamped H1129 against it; and they built H1785 forts H5439 against it round about.
  5 H935 So H5892 the city H4692 was besieged H6249 unto the eleventh H8141 year H4428 of king H6667 Zedekiah.
  6 H7243 In the fourth H2320 month, H8672 in the ninth H2320 day of the month, H7458 the famine H2388 was sore H5892 in the city, H3899 so that there was no bread H5971 for the people H776 of the land.
  7 H1234 Then a breach H5892 was made in the city, H582 and all the men H4421 of war H1272 fled, H3318 and went forth H3318 out H5892 of the city H3915 by night H1870 by the way H8179 of the gate H2346 between the two walls, H4428 which was by the king's H1588 garden; H3778 (now the Chaldeans H5892 were against the city H5439 round about;) H3212 and they went H6160 toward the Arabah.
  8 H2428 But the army H3778 of the Chaldeans H7291 pursued H310 after H4428 the king, H5381 and overtook H6667 Zedekiah H6160 in the plains H3405 of Jericho; H2428 and all his army H6327 was scattered from him.
  9 H8610 Then they took H4428 the king, H5927 and carried him up H4428 unto the king H894 of Babylon H7247 to Riblah H776 in the land H2574 of Hamath; H1696 and he gave H4941 judgment upon him.
  10 H4428 And the king H894 of Babylon H7819 slew H1121 the sons H6667 of Zedekiah H5869 before his eyes: H7819 he slew H8269 also all the princes H3063 of Judah H7247 in Riblah.
  11 H5786 And he put out H5869 the eyes H6667 of Zedekiah; H4428 and the king H894 of Babylon H631 bound H5178 him in fetters, H935 and carried H894 him to Babylon, H5414 and put H1004 him in prison H3117 till the day H4194 of his death.
  12 H2549 Now in the fifth H2320 month, H6218 in the tenth H2320 day of the month, H6240 which was the nineteenth H8141 year H4428 of king H5019 Nebuchadrezzar, H4428 king H894 of Babylon, H935 came H5018 Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard, H4428 who stood before the king H894 of Babylon, H3389 into Jerusalem:
  13 H8313 and he burned H1004 the house H3068 of Jehovah, H4428 and the king's H1004 house; H1004 and all the houses H3389 of Jerusalem, H1419 even every great H1004 house, H8313 burned H784 he with fire.
  14 H2428 And all the army H3778 of the Chaldeans, H7227 that were with the captain H2876 of the guard, H5422 brake down H2346 all the walls H3389 of Jerusalem H5439 round about.
  15 H5018 Then Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H1540 carried away captive H1803 of the poorest H5971 of the people, H3499 and the residue H5971 of the people H7604 that were left H5892 in the city, H5307 and those that fell away, H5307 that fell H4428 to the king H894 of Babylon, H3499 and the residue H527 of the multitude.
  16 H5018 But Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H7604 left H1803 of the poorest H776 of the land H3755 to be vinedressers H3009 and husbandmen.
  17 H5982 And the pillars H5178 of brass H1004 that were in the house H3068 of Jehovah, H4350 and the bases H5178 and the brazen H3220 sea H1004 that were in the house H3068 of Jehovah, H3778 did the Chaldeans H7665 break H5375 in pieces, and carried H5178 all the brass H894 of them to Babylon.
  18 H5518 The pots H3257 also, and the shovels, H4212 and the snuffers, H4219 and the basins, H3709 and the spoons, H3627 and all the vessels H5178 of brass H8334 wherewith they ministered, H3947 took they away.
  19 H4219 And the cups, H4289 and the firepans, H5592 and the basins, H5518 and the pots, H4501 and the candlesticks, H3709 and the spoons, H4518 and the bowls—that H2091 which was of gold, H2091 in gold, H3701 and that which was of silver, H3701 in silver,—the H7227 captain H2876 of the guard H3947 took H3947 away.
  20 H8147 The two H5982 pillars, H259 the one H3220 sea, H8147 and the twelve H5178 brazen H1241 bulls H4350 that were under the bases, H4428 which king H8010 Solomon H6213 had made H1004 for the house H3068 of Jehovah—the H5178 brass H3627 of all these vessels H4948 was without weight.
  21 H5982 And as for the pillars, H6967 the height H259 of the one H5982 pillar H8083 was eighteen H520 cubits; H2339 and a line H8147 of twelve H520 cubits H5437 did compass H5672 it; and the thickness H702 thereof was four H676 fingers: H5014 it was hollow.
  22 H3805 And a capital H5178 of brass H6967 was upon it; and the height H259 of the one H3805 capital H2568 was five H520 cubits, H7639 with network H7416 and pomegranates H3805 upon the capital H5439 round about, H5178 all of brass: H8145 and the second H5982 pillar H7416 also had like unto these, and pomegranates.
  23 H8673 And there were ninety H8337 and six H7416 pomegranates H7307 on the sides; H7416 all the pomegranates H3967 were a hundred H7639 upon the network H5439 round about.
  24 H7227 And the captain H2876 of the guard H3947 took H8304 Seraiah H7218 the chief H3548 priest, H6846 and Zephaniah H4932 the second H3548 priest, H7969 and the three H8104 keepers H5592 of the threshold:
  25 H5892 and out of the city H3947 he took H259 an H5631 officer H6496 that was set H582 over the men H4421 of war; H7651 and seven H582 men H7200 of them that saw H4428 the king's H6440 face, H4672 that were found H5892 in the city; H5608 and the scribe H8269 of the captain H6635 of the host, H6633 who mustered H5971 the people H776 of the land; H8346 and threescore H376 men H5971 of the people H776 of the land, H4672 that were found H8432 in the midst H5892 of the city.
  26 H5018 And Nebuzaradan H7227 the captain H2876 of the guard H3947 took H3212 them, and brought H4428 them to the king H894 of Babylon H7247 to Riblah.
  27 H4428 And the king H894 of Babylon H5221 smote H4191 them, and put them to death H7247 at Riblah H127 in the land H2574 of Hamath. H3063 So Judah H1540 was carried away captive H776 out of his land.
  28 H5971 This is the people H5019 whom Nebuchadrezzar H1540 carried away captive: H7651 in the seventh H8141 year H7969 three H505 thousand H3064 Jews H7969 and three H6242 and twenty;
  29 H8083 in the eighteenth H8141 year H5019 of Nebuchadrezzar H1540 he carried away captive H3389 from Jerusalem H8083 eight H3967 hundred H7970 thirty H8147 and two H5315 persons;

  31 H7651 And it came to pass in the seven H7970 and thirtieth H8141 year H1546 of the captivity H3078 of Jehoiachin H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H8147 in the twelfth H2320 month, H2568 in the five H6242 and twentieth H2320 day of the month, H192 that Evil-merodach H4428 king H894 of Babylon, H8141 in the first year H4438 of his reign, H5375 lifted up H7218 the head H3078 of Jehoiachin H4428 king H3063 of Judah, H3318 and brought him forth H1004 out of prison;
  32 H1696 and he spake H2896 kindly H5414 to him, and set H3678 his throne H4605 above H3678 the throne H4428 of the kings H894 that were with him in Babylon,
  33 H8138 and changed H3608 his prison H899 garments. H398 And Jehoiachin did eat H3899 bread H6440 before H8548 him continually H3117 all the days H2416 of his life:

Jeremiah 38:6-13

  13 H4900 So they drew up H3414 Jeremiah H2256 with the cords, H5927 and took him up H953 out of the dungeon: H3414 and Jeremiah H3427 remained H2691 in the court H4307 of the guard.
